Website magazine menjadi salah satu sumber informasi di dunia yang dewasa ini serba digital. Musik menjadi komoditas pertukaran sosial di kalangan anak muda, Semarang khususnya. Anak muda lantas mencari informasi musik di website magazine untuk kebutuhan pertukaran sosial mereka. Karya bidang ini bertujuan melahirkan website magazine yang menyajikan informasi tentang musik lokal kota Semarang. Karya bidang ini merupakan produk jurnalistik yang dibuat berdasarkan teori jurnalistik online dari buku karangan Asep Syamsul M. Romli (2012) yang berjudul Jurnalistik Online. “Pranala” juga menjadi salah satu bentuk local movement yang mendukung local wisdom. Dari hasil karya bidang, diketahui bahwa tingkat kunjungan ke website magazine “Pranala” mencapai target. Pengunjung website selalu ada yang baru tiap harinya dan followers media sosial “Pranala” turut menyebarkan artikel. Membuktikan bahwa website magazine yang menyajikan informasi musik kota Semarang dibutuhkan oleh anak muda kota Semarang. Dari hasil karya bidang diketahui bahwa website magazine yang mengangkat tema musik memiliki pengaruh terhadap pertukaran sosial anak muda. Website magazine musik juga dapat menjadi sarana promosi bagi musisi agar karya mereka lebih dikenal.

Sunan Kuning merupakan lokalisasi di Kota Semarang yang dihuni oleh 369 pekerja seks komersial dengan kategori usia, daerah asal maupun karakter yang sangat beragam. Keberadaan dalam satu lingkup setiap harinya tidak membuat setiap PSK ini memiliki sikap terbuka (self disclosure) yang sama dengan PSK lainnya. Jika seharusnya seseorang semakin terbuka membuat hubungan mereka semakin stabil, ternyata di Sunan Kuning ditemukan bahwa karakteristik tertutup justru membuat hubungan mereka stabil, sedangkan bagi mereka yang memiliki sikap terbuka dengan teman di lingkungan Sunan Kuning justru memiliki hubungan yang tidak stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh self disclosure terhadap stabilitas hubungan antar PSK di Lokalisasi Sunan Kuning Semarang. Analisis regresi sederhana digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan melihat nilai signifikansi. Pengujian ini menghasilkan nilai signifikansi bagi self disclosure 0,007 dengan persentase memberikan pengaruh sebesar 14,2% terhadap stabilitas hubungan. Sementara sisanya sebesar 85,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bagaimana self disclosure memang memiliki pengaruh, meskipun tidak dengan pengaruh yang besar, karena terbukti hubungan antar PSK telah stabil meskipun dengan adanya karakteristik yang tertutup, dan para PSK dapat meningkatkan hubungan mereka menjadi lebih stabil dengan terus meningkatkan self disclosure mereka.

Television is one of the media used by indonesians as a source of information, entertainment, and education because it is easily to absorb messages that delivered so television be an effective instrument to influence the public perceptions especially childrens. Perception of television positive effect in children is very important to be developed because can help children as active audience to distinguish between impressions a positive and negative for children. Although the children was said to be active audience, but it cannot be denied that children are still unstable to sorting of bad things and good things that is in impressions by television. So is needed parents mediation in supervising child while watching television to continue assist develop perception of television positive effect in children. This research aims to understand the influence of parental mediation against perception the positive effects of television on children. To answer these problems used parental mediation theory. The population in this research was children aged 10 to 12 years in semarang city that within 1 last month got parental mediation when watching television from their parents in any form either active mediation, restrictive mediation, nor coviewing mediation. Respondents who taken are 120 respondents using nonprobability techniques of sampling. Data obtained analyzed using the eligibility test, classical assumptions test, and continued with multivariate linear regression analysis with help by SPSS V. 16.0 application program. The first hypothesis test result indicated that the restrictive mediation variable (X1) does not significantly influential the perception of television positive effect on childrens (Y). The second hypothesis shows that the active mediation variable (X2) positively influential and very significant (Sig.=0,004) to perception of television positive effect on childrens (Y). The higher childs get active mediation from parents the higher perception of television positive effect on child. The third hypothesis test shows that the coviewing mediation variable (X3) does not significantly influential the perception of television positive effect on children (Y). The coefficients determined showing that the R square value is 0,131 which means that parental mediation contributes influence by 13% to perception of the television positive effects in children.

Nowadays, people can take health discussion in cyberspace, Milis Sehat is one that provides a forum for the public. You can consulted directly with doctors without going through face-to-face. The existence of a new way of discussion or consultation about the health from became online that creates barriers in each members. Therefore, researcher interested to discuss what are the barriers that prevent members on Milis Sehat and how they achieve a common understanding when communicating effort. The purpose of this study is to describe the factors inhibiting new members on Milis Sehat when they are not able to reach a mutual understanding and to describe their efforts in reaching a mutual understanding. The theory that used is Accommodation Communication Theory (Howard Giles).This study uses an interpretive paradigm with a phenomenological approach of Moustakas. The results from this study is there are six barriers perceived by new members. The most dominant barriers is a psychological barrier in the form of their feeling less satisfied with the answers or the results of discussions on the mailing list because the answer just a link that contains articles; their discomfort when communicating because doctors in mailing lists according to their fierce; and their anxiety for fear the question is not got a response by anyone. Semantic barriers they experienced as a result of the use of the abbreviation / term health unfamiliar and less familiar to them. To understand this, they look for abbreviations / that term in the search engine Google, asking senior members or doctors in the mailing list. Frame of mind and cultural differences are also preventing them interpret what they read the writing on the mailing list. Barriers for their status within the social and technical barriers caused less supportive tool shared by several informants. In order to achieve mutual understanding, communication barriers have to be overcome first like a psychological barrier, status, culture, and mindset through mutual understanding their individual differences; semantic barriers can be overcome by finding yourself or ask about the language / vocabulary of what you do not understand, once they understand, they can converge (equalization) in order to make it look the same as the other members. Technical barriers can be overcome by using tools that support. Academically, Accommodation Communication Theory (Howard Giles) describes someone convergence for wanting approval. Meanwhile, someone from the findings converge to make it more practical and effective. In practical terms, the findings of this study can be applied to individuals who have a similar situation as in this study. Socially, the benefits that can be taken by the public should be when you are in this situation in order to look the same convergence with new people.

As an online media mass media also performs the function of social control, as mandated by Law No. 40 of 1999 on the Press. Social control is realized through reporting on the performance of the government portraits. Jokowi as a government figure who holds the office of President of the Republic of Indonesia, can not be separated from the media spotlight, including Viva.co.id one jokowi economic policy. Intensity of the public to read the news about economic policy Jokowi potentially affect their trust level regarding the performance Jokowi in economics. In addition jokowi image can also affect the level of public confidence. This study aims to determine determine the effect intensity of reading news about economic policy in Viva.co.id and Image Jokowi to Public Trust Level Jokowi Regarding performance in the Economy . The rationale used is the Cognitive Effects of Mass Media Theory and Expectancy Value Theory. This type of research is explanatory research. This study using the technique of Non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method to determine the sample. The total sample of 50 respondents who met the criteria Viva.co.id readers aged over 17 years in the city of Semarang. Analysis of the data used is simplistic linear regression SPSS. The first hypothesis test results show that the variable intensity of reading news about economic policy Jokowi in Viva.co.id (X1) does not affect the level of public trust the performance of Jokowi in the economy (Y) and showed no significant results, with the result Sig / significance worth 0257 or probability greater than 0.05. The second hypothesis test showed Jokowi image variables (X2) and highly significant positive effect on the level of public trust in the performance of Jokowi in the economy (Y) with the Sig / significance worth 0.000 or probability of less than 0.05 and contributions effect as much as 64%. this indicates a relatively high contribution. Advice can be given is the President Jokowi must be to maintain and enhance the good image to the public. People who have had positive experiences with the performance of Jokowi will generate a positive perception and image also against Jokowi.

The background of this study is one of Indonesia TV station that serves Dangdut Pantura talent show program on the primetime period within 4 hours duration, 5 days a week. Will it gives any positive or not to dangdut music that already got a negative perception in Indonesia people’s mindset, that will make an effect to public impression about development of dangdut music. This study aims to analyze the relation of viewing intensity and perception of Indosiar’s Bintang Pantura talent show participant’s personal branding performance towards public impression of dangdut music development among Fisip Undip’s students. This study is a kind of explanatory study, that explain the connection between the variables. Population number of this study are 5.153 person, the sample number user got by using Frank Lynch formula are 97 person. Sample choosen by using probability sampling technique with proporsional random sampling method. Data collected by using self-administered survey (quesioner) technique, and using Rank Kendall analytic method. User used theory of finite effect of mass media to get know about the relation of viewing intensity of Indosiar's Bintang Pantura talent show among Fisip Undip’s students (X1) with public impression of dangdut music development among Fisip Undip’s students (Y). User used theory of interpersonal perceiption and public opinion to connected perception of Indosiar’s Bintang Pantura talent show participant’s personal branding performance among Fisip Undip’s students (X2) towards public impression of dangdut music development among Fisip Undip’s students (Y) . The study result showed : (1) There is a positive relation between viewing intensity of Indosiar's Bintang Pantura talent show among Fisip Undip’s students with public impression of dangdut music development among Fisip Undip’s students, it proved by the value of r (0,200) > r tabel (0,1996) and signification standard at 0,007 < 0,01. (2) There is a positive reason between perception of Indosiar’s Bintang Pantura talent show participant’s personal branding performance among Fisip Undip’s students towards public impression of dangdut music development among Fisip Undip’s students proved by the value of r (0,206) > r tabel (0,1996) and signification standard at 0,005 < 0,01.

PT Pos Indonesia is a state-owned enterprise or government moves to serve customers in the field of logistics service or shipping services. The presence of other logistics services such as and others either privately owned or foreign make increasingly tight competition among logistics services. The amount of the logistics industry in this Indoneisa make businesses try to improve and quality service to make the company become top of mind in people's minds and have a positive image to the public. The rationale used is Stimulusm Organism response theory and Expectancy Value Theory with supporting theory Resoned Action Theory. This research type is explanatory research. This study used a technique Non-Probability Sampling with accidental sampling method in determining sampling. Total sample of 100 who have met the criteria already used the services of logistics PT Pos Indonesia aged 20-65 years in the city of Semarang.The first hypothesis test results showed that the variables of consumer perceptions about the services of PT Pos Indonesia (X1) affect the interest of using the return services of Pos Express (Y) and showed significant results with the results of 0,000 or probability <0,5 and the contribution of the effect as much as 71.2%. Test the hypothesis of the second image shows variable meerek (X2) befrpengaruh positive and significant interest in reusing the services of the Post Express (Pos Indonesia) (Y) with significant value 0,000 or probability < 0.5 and the contribution of the effect as much as 74.0% this mark contribution is high. Advice can be given is Pos Indonesia to continue to use a variety of strategies unutuk improve its quality is not inferior to that of its competitors who are also opening branch offices in various regions

Tingginya intensitas iklan pada jam tayang anak menjadi hal yang sangatmenghawatirkan mengingat anak-anak merupakan khalayak yang rentan terhadap pengaruh iklan televisi. Hal ini terjadi karena kemampuan kognitif mereka yang masih terbatas sehingga menjadikan mereka target yang mudah dipersuasi.Namun faktor pendorong tingginya impulse buying pada anak bukan hanya dariiklan di televise. Gencarnya promosi penjualan yang dilakukan oleh produsenmakanan anak tidak kalah penting dalam mendorong tingginya impulse buyingpada anak. Akan tetapi mengingat impulse buying merupakan salah satu perilaku pengambilan keputusan pembelian yang bersifat kebiasaan (habitual decision making), jika dilakukan berulang-ulang dan terus dilanjutkan hingga usia yang lebih tua, kebiasaan ini dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang merugikan baik secara ekonomi maupun psikologis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh terpaan iklanIce Cream Paddle Pop (????????) dan Promosi Penjualan Ice Cream Paddle Pop (????????)terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada anak (????). Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Advertising Exposure untuk menjelaskan pengaruh terpaan iklan Ice CreamPaddle Pop terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada anak. Sedangkan pendekatansales promotion digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh Promosi Penjualan IceCream Paddle Pop terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada anak. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah anak-anak dengan usia 9-12 tahun yang sudah terterpa iklan Ice Cream Paddle Pop di televisi dan sample yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling.Dalam uji hipotesis, penulis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier. Ujihipotesis model pertama menunjukkan nilai signifikansi antara terpaan iklanterhadap perilaku impulse buying dengan 0,204 (>0,05) sehingga dapat diartikan terpaan iklan Ice Cream Paddle Pop tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku impulse buying pada anak. Uji hipotesis model kedua mengukur pengaruh promosi penjualan terhadap perilaku impulse buying yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,019 (<0,05). Dengan demikian semakin tinggi pengaruh promosi penjualan Ice Cream Paddle Pop maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku impulse buying pada anak.

Pegawai merupakan salah satu komponen esensial dalam suatu sistem organisasi di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Peran dan tanggung jawab pegawai sangat penting dalam mewujudka kualitas manusia.Tanpa disadari, iklim komunikasi di Dinbudpar Jateng tidak sehat dan kurang kondusif. Selain itu, ditemukan masalah mengenai gaya kepemimpinan yang ditunjukan oleh pimpinan Dinbudpar Jateng sendiri lebih mengarah ke birokrasi. Kerangka teoritis yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan Iklim Komunikasi (X1) dengan Kinerja Pegawai di Dinbudpar Jateng (Y) menggunakan pemikiran dari Kopleman, Brief, dan Guzzo (Pace&Faules, 2006;148). Sedangkan kerangka teoritis yag menggabungkan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) dengan Kinerja Pegawai Dinbudpar Jateng menggunakan pemikiran Fred Fiedler (Thoha, 1999:255-256). Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe explanatory dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Sedangkan teknik pengambila sampel menggunakan total random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 111 responden. Uji hipotesis penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi Persson Corellationdengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows Versi 17,0.Hasil analisi variabel X1 (Iklim Komunikasi) menunjukan nilai r hitung sebesar 0,425 dan lebih besar dari r tabel dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Ini berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan Iklim Komunikasi mempunyai hubungan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai terbukti. Sedangkan variabel X2 (Gaya Kepemimpinan) menunjukan r hitung sebesar 0,591 dan lebih besar dari r tabel dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Ini berarti hipotesis yang menyatakan Gaya Kepemimpinan mempunyai hubungan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai terbukti. Selanjutnya dari hasil uji korelasi diperoleh 0,812 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa Iklim Komunikasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan mempunyai hubungan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai
