Abstract

Structure Condotel Grand Darmo Suite Surabaya planned 13 floors and is located in the region quake 2. The final task is to plan the structure of the building of reinforced concrete using System Frame bearers Special Moment (SRPMK). Building System model frame bearers Special Moment (SRPMK) using the concept of Strong Column and Weak Beam (strong column and weak beam) in accordance with SNI 03-2847-2002 and SNI-1726-2002. Planning the structure of the building using the concept of design capacity. Structure is reviewed by using the analysis of load effects equivalent static and structural analysis calculated with the help of the program SAP2000 v11. Results of the structural design Condotel Grand Darmo Suite Surabaya consisting of concrete frame with reinforcement diameter (D22, D19, D16, D13, and P10), shear wall thickness of 25 cm, the roof using a reinforced concrete slab and foundation using concrete piles precast diameter of 40 cm and 50 cm. Calculations that have been done show that all elements of the building structure is safe in the analysis.

Abstract

Design structure of this building by SNI 03-1726-2010 on this final report are designed inseismic zoning area of Martapura city using the structure frame system method with configuration structure System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK). The System Bearer Special Moment (SRPMK) election expected to be a story building structure behave ductile, because structureis ductile energy dissipation capacity were large and has a good carrying capacity in the resist earthquake loads. This system is planned to use the concept of strong column weak beam, where the vertical elements of the structure (column) should be stronger than the horizontal elements of the structure (beam), to be plastically formed jointsfirst on the beam. The joints meeting of the beam-column should also be well designed to avoid collapse first. The analysis of the structure of the building by SNI 03-1726-2010 using SAP software help v10 2000 with the results of the analysis are used to determine the fundamental period of the structure and the forces acting on the structure. Fundamental structural period must be limited so that the structure is not very flexible. Results in the forces acting on the structure is used to design the structure of  the building.

Abstract

Pembenahan di bidang transportasi mendapat perhatian yang serius dari Pemerintah Kota Semarang supaya tidak terjadi penumpukan arus lalu lintas di dalam kota. Untuk mengatasi sebagian masalah transportasinya, maka Terminal Mangkang yang sebelumnya merupakan terminal dengan tipe C, saat ini telah menjadi terminal dengan tipe A yang berlokasi di sebelah barat Kota Semarang. Terminal Mangkang khususnya terminal angkutan perkotaan memiliki beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya adalah sirkulasi kendaraan yang kurang baik karena adanya titik temu antara kendaraan yang masuk dengan kendaraan yang akan keluar. Selain itu banyak terdapat kegiatan menurunkan dan menaikkan penumpang yang tidak pada tempatnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah evaluasi efisiensi sirkulasi yang terjadi di terminal angkutan perkotaan dengan pengkajian secara teknis. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengarahkan permasalahan pada pola naik dan turun pengguna angkutan umum di dalam dan luar Terminal Angkutan Perkotaan Mangkang, serta pola kendaraan angkutan umum dalam menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada 100 responden yang didapat dari hasil teori sampling. Kuisioner berisikan 10 (sepuluh) pertanyaan dengan memfokuskan pada asal dan tujuan perjalanan, angkutan umum yang digunakan, serta pola pergerakan atau naik turunnya penumpang di dalam dan luar terminal. Dari hasil kuisioner didapat bahwa mayoritas penumpang berasal dari arah barat dengan prosentase 54%, dengan moda yang sering digunakan adalah NBAK (Non Bus Angkutan Kota) sebesar 40%. Untuk pola pergerakan penumpang, para pengguna angkutan umum mayoritas turun dari angkutan perkotaan di dalam Terminal Angkutan Perkotaan Mangkang, yang berada di pintu masuk setelah tanjakan (TPR) dengan prosentase sebesar 47%. Kemudian melanjutkan dan menunggu angkutan perkotaan di sepanjang jalan keluar yang berada di luar Terminal Angkutan Perkotaan Mangkang dengan prosentase sebesar 41%. Berdasarkan perbandingan kinerja tiap model terminal, usulan model alternatif 2 memiliki efisiensi waktu sirkulasi sebesar 78 detik dibandingkan dengan terminal eksisting. Kecenderungan penumpang untuk berganti moda di luar terminal juga bisa ditekan lebih kecil untuk usulan model alternatif 2. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah disarankan untuk melakukan penataan ulang layout terminal dalam memfasilitasi kegiatan menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang untuk setiap jenis moda yang beroperasi di terminal angkutan perkotaan. Penataan ulang layout juga dirasa perlu untuk mengurangi titik konflik antara kendaraan yang masuk dengan yang keluar di dalam terminal. Usulan model alternatif 2 dapat dipertimbangkan oleh instansi terkait dalam melakukan penataan ulang layout terminal.

Abstract

Increasing water demand is caused of increasing population at Tasimalaya Regency, inversely with water supply to that area. This problem is solved by constructing a reservoir located in Tasikmalaya regency, West Java that is the Manonjaya Dam. Manonjaya Dam is a earthfill dam with a vertical core which is built at Citanduy River with 590.422 km2 of catchment area. This aims of dam to fulfill public water supply and irrigation at Tasimalaya Regency. Manonjaya Dam is designed with 100 years of return period with inflow discharge valued 513.9 m3/second. Manonjaya Dam is designed 23.5 meters of height, with 3,9 million cubic meters of capacity. The dam has equipped with 3,5 meters of diameter outlet pipe, spillway with 30 meters of width, and USBR III of  stilling basin. Construction cost of Manonjaya Dam is around 154 billion Rupiahs with scheduled for 33 weeks.

Abstract

Based on National Railways Master Plan (RIPNAS) of Directorate General of Railways Ministry of Transportation (2011), in 2030, number of railway pessangers in Java increased in the amount of 858.5 million people / year and freight in Java amounted to 534 million tons / year. Therefore, the government planed to develop the railway network in Java with Double Track program or multiple pathways in order to achieve optimal service, the development of a single track to double track between Semarang Tawang Station in Semarang until Gubug station in Grobogan were included. From the design performed, the double track alignment will be placed on the right side of the existed alignment in direction from Semarang to Gubug where there are more open land availability, with the new lines elevation as high as the existed lines elevation. Railway constructed in accordance with the first class  railway classification with R54 rails type, double elastic’s fastening system using Pandrol e-clip type with rubber pad, PT.WIKA Beton prestressed concrete sleppers N-67 type , upper ballast thickness of 30 cm and 15 cm thick sub ballast. Double track railway’s subgrade situated more on the fill positions between 30 cm to 165 cm height using retaining wall reinforcement. Side channel surface drainage with a rectangular cross section from reinforced concrete.

Abstract

It is well known that compressive strength of concrete is affected by the strength of the constituent materials and the strength of interfacial transition zone (ITZ). This research aimed at investigating the influence of the addition of resin on coarse aggregates on the strength of concrete. The resin investigated in this research was unsaturated polyester resin. The resin was combined with methanol with different composition of 1:0; 1:0.25; 1:0.5; and 1:1. The tests conducted in this investigation were pull off test, shear test and compression test. Test results show that all specimens with resin exhibit lower strength values compared to specimens with no resin. The compressive strength of concrete silinders with resin coated aggregates were obtained to be 16.26 MPa and 3.14 MPa, while the compressive strength of normal concrete ( with no resin) was 29.99 MPa.

Abstract

Nowadays the progress of Semarang city is getting rapid, many shop centers rises in Tugu Muda area. Most of people use their car or motorbike to do their activities through those streets. This condition caused the higher mobility each year and makes parking lots become important thing in transportation system. The necessary of parking lot should be available, The bigger traffic volume makes bigger necessary of parking lot. If it does not enough, cars may take the spaces beside of road to park, and this caused some disruptions to others. Redesigning the park design focused on one the biggest traditional market in Semarang one of them is Bulu market at Mgr Soegijapranoto street. The method used in this redesign is plat matching method for data retrieval parking , Linier regretion method and the queuing theory to data processing and the parking design. Primary data that is required in this analysis is parking duration, and service system. And for the secondary data required the amount of vehicles out – vehicles in at the market, the amount of traders at the market, the amount of resident at each subdistricts of Semarang city, and area of the market. The conclusion, the parking lot design, 117 SRP to car and 502 SRP to motorcycle, can provide the customers need in parking at the market. The design can be predicted that it will be resisted in five years based on growing ratio between city parking lot and Bulu market parking lot.

Abstract

Tirto Agung Intersections and the ramp Intersection of Section B Semarang Toll, they located in Prof. Soedarto, SH Street. The third intersection is an unsignalized intersection and has high traffic volume because it is one's access to education and a fairly dense residential area. Other that there is u-turn between ramp intersection Toll Road Semarang Section B dan Tirto Agung intersection that densely. With the problem affects the performance of the fall in traffic intersections. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance and determine the pattern of traffic movements at each intersection. Primary data were collected by direct observation and survey on all three intersections. The observed data are geometric intersection, intersection volume, vehicle speed, long queues of vehicles, number of vehicles turning, turning vehicle duration, the identification of origin purpose from vehicle. The data obtained are used to analyze the performance of the intersection on the analysis of existing conditions and vehicle turning direction. The method of calculating the performance of intersections refer to Indonesia Jalan Capacity Manual 1997. The research results which are shown the greatest degree of saturation is the entrance intersection of Section B Semarang Toll with the analysis results 0,92 on existing condition. The degree of saturation can be falsified into 0,74 with a median implement an alternative solution extends the reach of Section B pathway Semarang Toll Road and broadening Prof. Soedarto, SH being 15.80 meters. But this solution only lasted two years only, so it becomes less meaningful.

Abstract

Shear reinforcement in beams commonly known as reinforcement stirrups, vertical stirrup reinforcement, spiral reinforcement stirrups and stirrup bones tilted according to SNI-03-2847-2002 of the three types of vertical stirrup reinforcement is more commonly used in the concrete work because of the ease in implementation. For that the research will be carried out experimental studies comparing variations dash angled towards the shear strength of reinforced concrete beams. In this study will be made of 3 pieces slanted stirrups variations, ie sloping concrete beams cross bar welded middle (B2), sloping concrete beams cross bar latches satandar 135 ° (B3), concrete beam welding sloping top corner stirrups (B4) and 1 piece of concrete beams without cross bar that serves as a control beam (B1) with dimensions of beams used 100x200x2200 mm, the tests performed by a single point loading in the middle of the span. Based on the results of the 3 variations slanted stirrups, stirrups with slanting beam welding center (B2) was able to withstand the load Pu = 44.72 KN, shear force Vu = 22.84 KN and beam capacity rose 15.81%, sloping beams with stirrups standard hooks (B3) capable of withstanding the load Pu = 53.625 KN, shear force Vu = 27.29 KN and capacities up 38.89% beams, welded beams with stirrups sloping top corner (B4) capable of withstanding the load Pu = 54.580 KN, shear force Vu = 27.87 KN and beam capacity rose 41.88% of the beam without using stirrups.
