Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of e-service quality and e-security seals as x variable to e-satisfaction as y variable through z variable, buying decision. Type of research is explanatory research, used non-probability sampling to 100 of sample which were consumer of Lazada used purposive sampling. This research used simple regression, and multiple regresion as analysis methods, using t test as hypothesis instrument and Sobel Test as mediator instrument .The result shows e-service quality has positive influential of 0,536 to buying decision. E-security seals has positive influential of 0,680 to buying decision. Buying decision has positive influential to e-satisfaction. By the result of Sobel Test obtained between e-service quality and e-satisfaction through buying decision is 5,21131796 t sum by p-value is 0,00000019. Between e-security seals and e-satisfaction through buying decision using t sum in Sobel Test is 4,90327428 by p-value is 0,00000094.

Abstract

The face of the current era of globalization, the company encouraged theorganization to achieve effective and efficient company. This is necessary so that the company cansurvive in the era of globalization. The role of human resources having a dominant in the activities ofthe company, PT. Semarang Intermedia Pers is a printing press company, based on the existence ofan individual problem, there is an observation that the employees especially in the editorial division. Itcan be a good or bad impact on the employees, and a company's success with employee performancecan be viewed from the decisive goal of the company, for that employees not only have adequatecompetence but also behavior-behavior that shows the great contributions and individualcharacteristics including is self-efficacy and locus of control. The research results show that thevariable self-efficacy and locus is of control in partial have had a positive impact and significantimpact on of employee performance.. Companies are advised to keep improving the performance ofemployees by conducting training for employees to develop their personality with attention to factorsof self-efficacy and locus of control, thereby reducing the problems experienced by the individualemployee and the employee's performance will also be improved.

Abstract

Competitions among body treatment and cosmetic’s industry had highlyincreased over the time. This escalation could be seen from the outstanding number ofcosmetics either local or international product which revolved in the market. Lipstick wasone of the cosmetic considered to be needed the most by women for their daily activities.Generally, lipstick used by women to make their face looked brighter and avoided palecomplexion. Specifically this research was conducted to analyze the sale of Lipstickproduct from Sari Ayu. It concerned on the problem of insufficient sales of the product inthe last four years. Moreover, in 2014 and 2015 the sales of the lipstick product showed adecline.This research was conducted to analyze how big the influence of the product quality andbrand image toward product repurchase is; by using Sari Ayu’s consumers satisfaction inSemarang as intervening variable. Population of this research was the consumers of SariAyu lipstick in Semarang in which 100 respondents as the sample of the research. Thewriter used purposive sampling as the technique of data collection. Analytical techniqueused in this research was quantitative technique by using OLS multiple regression.The result of this research showed that variable of product quality, brand image andconsumer’s satisfaction influenced repurchase variable either simultaneously or partially.It could be inferred from the multiple regression analysis that variable of product quality(X1) had the most dominant influence.Advice from this research was that Sari Ayu’s company should make an innovation to theproduct (raw material’s innovation) in order to make long-lasting’s lip color. In addition,the innovation in designing the packaging should be considered as well as in advertisingthe product.

Abstract

Purchasing decission is the goal that every company have to reach. As the new product, Yamaha Mio M3 125 Blue Core should to concern every factors which can drive the purchasing decission. The type of research is explanotory research with 76 respondents which calculated using purposive sampling technique. Instrument data collection technique is by questionnaire and interview. Data were analyzed using liner regression analysis by SPSS 23 For Windows.This research concludes that product has a positive and significant influence on puchasing decission. Product explained the purchasing decission at 11,4%. Price has a positive and significant influence on puchasing decission. Price explained the purchasing decission at 4,2%. Promotion has a positive and significant influence on puchasing decission. Promotion explained the purchasing decission at 18,8%. those variabels can explain 25,6% variabel purchase decision.Based on the results of this concluded that consumer perception of product quality, price, and promotion are in good category. Meanwhile, purchasing decisions Yamaha Mio M3 is high. So companies are advised to keep creating good products and competitive so as to attract the hearts of consumers. In addition, the company also can fix the things that can increase the positive perception of consumers. Among them are to improve product quality and increase promotional activities more interesting.

Abstract

Modern era has induced people to dynamicly change their mindset. Change of mindset results in growth of a number of industries. One of which is Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) which gradually climb to a betterment. The growth points to the likelihood that FMCG has a relatively more competitive market, therefore every company is responsive to any changes. In order to enhance branding of company, promotion and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) could be one effective way.The aim of this research is to identify effect of CSR (implemented in building an eco-school of Tunas Mulia) and promotion by Wings Company towards students in Bantar Gebang as the beneficiaries. Purposive sampling method is employed to run an array of data consisting 97 respondents who are parents of Eco school of Tunas Mulia. Using quantitative data, this research was conducted with SPSS version 16. Anaysis method used were comprised of correlation test, determination, simple linier regression, multiple linier regression, T test, and F test.The result showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between CSR and promotion towards company branding of Wing Company—partially and simultaneously. Promotion variable has greater effect on branding than CSR. Corporate Social Responsibility positive and significant impact on the image of the company with the strength of the relationship is strong enough or being. However there are still some things that need to be improved include road facilities, ability to raise the spirit of learning and student achievement, awareness of personal and environmental hygiene, communication between the company and the community. Promotion of positive and significant impact on the image of the company with the strength of the relationship is strong enough or being. But there are some things that need to fix that as well as the company's public relations and public understanding of the product. The results of responden assessment of the variables corporate image is good. But there are some things that must be considered is knowledge of the company logo. Simultaneously there is a positive influence between Corporate Social Responsibility and the promotion of the image of the company in PT.Wings the strength of the relationship between all the variables are moderate.

Abstract

In the year 2011 through 2015, PT Cassanatama Naturindo have a disturbance of their business development, mainly on their sale per year and absence of their worker. According of the retreived data, there is effect between worker absence and their sales ups and down compared of their target that must accomplished. So, from that fact researcher can see that there is relation between work motivation, work satisfaction, and work discipline with worker performance.This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work satisfaction towards worker performance thru work discipline as intervening variable. Type of explanatory research, data collection techniques are interviews with the tool questionnaire, sampling technique purposive sampling with a sample size 95 of PT Cassanatama Naturindo Semarang Workers. The data were analyzed through software SPSS.The result showed work motivation towards work discipline have affect with t score > t table. The effect work satisfaction with work discpline have affection t score > t table. Effect of work motivation and work satisfaction towards work discipline with F score > F table, effect work motivation towards worker performance with t score > t table, effect of work satisfaction toward worker performance with t score > t table, effect of work discipline towards work performance with t score > t table, effect of work motivation, work satisfaction, and work discipline towards work performance with F score > F table. Fairly, based of sobel test, work motivation affecting worker performance thru work discipline, have t score > t table, and work satisfaction affecting worker performance thru work discipline have t score > t table.In Conclusion, all of independent variables of this study have affect towards dependent variables, either partially or simultan, thus work motivation which affecting worker performance thru work discipline occured partial mediation, and work satisfaction variable with worker performance thru work discipline occured partial mediation. Reseacher suggest, on increasing worker performance, company must expressly correcting accuracy of employee to producing consistent with company standard. Dividing job must consistently with employee skill so that they can work as maximize, and then company could afford training for their workers, increase salary, and concern of recruitment education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by decrease of Clear Shampoo Top Brand Index in Indonesia and also there are few complaints from consumers about the product quality. The purpose of this study aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image as x variable to loyalty as y variable trough satisfaction as z variable. The type of this research is an explanatory research, used non-probability sampling to 100 samples which were consumer of Clear Shampoo used purposive sampling and accidental sampling.The result shows that product quality has positive influential of 0,307 to satisfaction. Brand Image has positive influential of 0,214 to satisfaction. Satisfaction has positive influential of 0,790 to satisfaction. By the result of Sobel Test obtained between product quality to loyalty trough satisfaction is 3,09763421t sum y p-value is 0,00195072. Between brand image to loyalty trough satisfaction using t sum in Sobel Test is 2,27266607 and by p-value is 0,02304631.The writer suggest that the company should continue to improve the product quality and the brand image of Clear Shampoo, so that the customer will continue to become a loyal customer. Clear shampoo should continue to deliver satisfaction to its costumer

Abstract

This research was motivated by the needs of the people are increasing, including in the field of transport. Air transport is one of the most demanding public transport at this time. Sriwijaya Air as one of the companies engaged in the air transport services will always give the best of everything in order to create customer satisfaction. But from 2012 to 2015 decline in the number of passengers Sriwijaya Air. This indicates the performance of Sriwijaya Air is decreased and result in the decreased levels of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty followed by a decrease in the level of Sriwijaya Air. The purpose of the researchis to determine the influence of price and service quality to customer loyalty, through customer satisfaction of Sriwijaya Air customer route Semarang-Jakarta. The sample in this research were 100 respondents with the sampling technique purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is the path analysis using with SPSS program 20.0, which previously tested the validity and reliability, coefisien correlation, coefisien determination, simple linear regression and multiple linier regression, and tested the significance. The results showed that price and quality service partially affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And simultaneously also showed that the price and quality service affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Variable quality service gives greater influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of the variable price.

Abstract

In the development of the world business now cargo transport services develops very rapidly including traffic export goods imports. DHL Global Forwarding is a company which moves in the fields of services import export , who over a period of years 2011-2014 always ranked to 4 top brand index of shipping services in indonesia; percentage tending to increased but could not surpass delivery company services which other. During that period the amount of service users PT.DHL Global Forwarding the branch of semarang continues to decrease. The condition is demanding the company back to evaluate the quality of service and the fare given the satisfaction of users for the sake of .The purpose of this research is knowing the influence of the quality of the waiters and tariff users against satisfaction in DHL Global Forwarding semarang city. Type of research that is used is explanatory research, with a sample of 100 respondents who uses services DHL Global Forwarding in semarang cityData collection method is documentation and the questionnaire, the method of analysis namely the instrument ( the validity and reliability test), analysis table cross, regression test , the determination , uji-t , uji-f and analysis the using spss 16 for windows.The result showed that any impact positively and significant quality of services and rates of customer loyalty indirectly through the customer satisfaction as variable intervening, because direct effect < indirect effect.So, the conclusion increased customer loyalty could be achieved through improving the quality of service, giving the fare cheap and satisfaction high service.Recommendations to research it is the first, develop a communication with our customers especially delay to inform dispatches on the objective of control of the company; second, always motivate employees to improve their services.

Abstract

Competition among businesses has been increasing at the era of globalization. Growingconsumer demand encourages manufacturers to improve themselves in order to survive incompetition. One effort that can be done is to improve managerial performance and innovation.Therefore, companies need to consider not only the tangible assets but also intangible assetstowards knowledge-based businesses.This study aims to determine whether there is influence between Intellectual Capital(Human Capital, Structural Capital and Capital Employed) on the performance of the consumergoods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year 2012-2014. Type ofthis study use explanative type. Technique sampling from this study is saturation sampling. Thepopulation used a total of 35 consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange in 2012-2014. This study use SPSS for Mac version 21.Results from the study showed that there is no significant relationship between HumanCapital and Corporate Performance, as well as the Structural Capital is no significant effect onthe Company's Performance. However, Capital Employed has a significant impact on theCompany's Performance. Based on these results it can be said that the performance can beaffected by the Company's Capital Employed which means the relationship between the companyand external parties can better improve the company's performance. The recommendation iscompanies should pay attention to manage intangible assets, especially Capital Employed becauseit can affect the performance of companies.
