Abstract

The importance of paying attention to skin care has been done by Indonesian people since a few years ago, but there are still some people who think that such skin care is a waste of time and increase family expenditure. Over time people are more open to care for their skin. Based on these things, then emerged skin clinics that offer various types of facial, hair and body care. One such skin clinic is the Larissa Aesthetic Center that offers a wide range of skin care and skin care products using natural ingredients that consumers, both women and male consumers, need. The purpose of this research is to know the influence between experiential marketing, brand trust, and purchasing decisions towards customer satisfaction. Based on the result of calculation analysis of WarpPLS can be explained that the result of direct impact test on this research model show result of positive and significant influence. The results of indirect effect test on the model showed a positive influence, but there is no significant experiential marketing variables, as well as the positive and significant influence on brand trust variables. Author can give some advise that are, do routine evaluation every month and keep the equipment for hygiene treatment and therapist’s hand to see whether with satisfied or disatisfied of consumers in experiencing use the treatment or product of Larissa Aesthetic Center branch Panjaitan, Semarang.

Abstract

PT. Euro Management Indonesia as an educational consultant services company have some low level performance of employees such as not good in giving directives or guidance or work orders, some work space is not adequate, and the achievement of quality and quantity targets that have not maximized. It is allegedly due to the existence of interpersonal communication and work environment employees are still considered not good. The aims of this study to determine how the influence that given by interpersonal communication and work environment to the performance of employees of PT. Euro Management Indonesia. Type of this research is explanatory research, with 50 respondents of samples. Used questionnaire as data collecting with Likert measurement scale. In the data analysis method used is test of validity and reliability, correlation coefficient (R), regression test, coefficient of determination (R2 ), significance of t test and F test by using SPSS 20.0. The results of this research shows that interpersonal communication and work environment severally has significant, strong and positive influence toward employee performance. Two variables has been tested gradually or even together show that interpersonal communication (0,682) and work environment (0,678) simultaneously have strong relation with employee performance. The amount of contribution value (R2 ) by interpersonal communication is greater than work environment, coefficient of determination value (R2 ) for interpersonal communication is 46,5% and work environment is 46%. The company should be improves interpersonal communication and work environment so high performance will be reached, such as the company leader i provide work orders mmediately and employees convey to the leadership when facing obstacles and give or ask for help to other employees immediately. Moreover by equipping work equipment, expanding and adding workplace lighting, employees will feel comfortable and undisturbed in doing the work, so they will get better job results.

Abstract

Today's increasingly fierce business competition encourages companies to have the competence to grow and compete with other companies. To improve the quality, the company must be able to understand the desire of employees which to get employees who have high job satisfaction on their own. There is an increase of employees who come out every year during the last three years, it is assumed that there is a problem about job satisfaction within the employee in the production of PT SOLO MURNI. Implementation of occupational safety and health (OHS) program is important because a safe working environment can affect employee job satisfaction (gilmer, 1996). In addition, the provision of compensation with fair and reasonable principles allows employees to meet all their needs so that will lead to job satisfaction (Hasibuhan, 2016). The purpose of this study is to know the effect of OHS variables and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The methods used to process the data are qualitative analysis method, quantitative analysis, data quality test, correlation test, regression test, and significance test with help from SPSS 16 for windows. The results of the test show that OHS and compensation affect partially and simultaneously to employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously OHS and compensation effect on employee job satisfaction equal to the coefficient of determination 33,1%. Based on the results of multiple linear tests OHS has the greatest influence on employee job satisfaction with a significance of 0.03. PT SOLO MURNI is expected to complete the personal protective equipment, renew personal protective equipment with the highest quality, and increase health insurance by establishing clinics within the company area, in order to increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

All companies want high employee performance, with the hope of potentially bringing benefits to the company. The contribution of human resources to a company is very strategic. Through influencing variables including leadership and Organizational Culture. Based on existing problems in this research is the decrease of employee performance of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Container Terminal (Semarang) in year 20162017 on achievement of box production employee of TPKS operator. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership and Organizational Culture on employee performance PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Container Terminal (Semarang).This type of research is explanatory research, with a population of 74 respondents employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Container Terminal (Semarang). Sampling in this study using saturated sampling. Data analysis method used validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient, and significance test (t test and f test) using SPSS application.This study concluded that leadership and Organizational Culture have a positive effect on employee performance. Leadership variables have bigger influence from Organization Culture variable. Based on this, the researcher suggested the company to pay attention to the work environment factor where the work environment in the engineering section requires team cooperation between superior and good subordinates so that employees can complete their tasks while working in the field.

Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is the target to be achieved by the Directorate General of Taxes to increase state tax revenues. To achieve that goal, the Directorate General of Taxation issued a new policy that the Tax Amnesty. With the issuance of the tax amnesty policy aims to increase the state tax revenue, one of them through increased tax compliance. This study aimed to determine the effect of the tax dissemination and understanding of the taxpayer on tax compliance time tax amnesty policy implemented in KPP Semarang Tengah Dua. This type of research is explanatory research with 100 respondents drawn using quota sampling technique. In this study, aided by computer programs for data processing SPSS. Research results that socialization variables taxpayer and a significant positive effect on tax compliance by partial and able to explain the tax compliance of 32%. Understanding of the taxpayer is able to explain the tax compliance by 29.6%. Through research it is known that the socialization of the taxpayer and the taxpayer simultaneously understanding of positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Semarang Tengah Dua. Based on the research done it can be concluded that taxpayer compliance is considered to be higher .To boost compliance advised for djp to arrange the socialization for taxpayers small and medium businesses umkm especially regarding the procedures for the registration of bookkeeping well and properly, because taxpayer compliance indicators obtain that response was low enough of the respondents.

Abstract

This research’s goal to explain the influence of entrepreneurship characteristics and knowledge management toward development of enterprise in center of Tempe’s Industries in Krobokan Village Semarang City. The research’s type is explanatory research, with with its nonprobability sampling of sample technique. Sample in this 35 respondent that constitutes of entrepreneurs in center of Tempe’s Industries in Krobokan Village Semarang City. Data’s collection technique used in this research are interview and questionnaire (data collection instrument). Data analysist technique uses quantitative analysist technique that are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, cross tab, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test and F-test with SPSS 20.0. Research findings show that variable of entrepreneurship characteristic has strong enough influence toward variable of enterprise’s development that is 20,2%, variable of knowledge management has strong enough influence that is 28,9%, whereas simultaneously entrepreneurship characteristic variable and knowledge management variable has strong enough influence 33,5% toward of enterprise development. It does mean that as entrepreneurship characteristic and knowledge management, therefore development of enterprise in center Tempe’s Industries Krobokan Village will get better. Knowledge management toward enterprise’s development has greater influence instead of entrepreneurship characteristic variable. Based on the result of the research, the researcher suggested that center Tempe’s Industries Krobokan Village has different ideas and creative to innovate the product that has been produced and able to manage the existing knowledge to create new knowledge, thus the development of the undertaken will develop well accordingly with desirable expectations.

Abstract

Tahu bakso is a culinary made from tofu and processed beef or chicken from Ungaran. Tahu bakso Ibu Pudji is the first and the famous one who sells tahu bakso in Ungaran. This research is motivated by decreased sales target from Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji. The purpose of this study aims to determine the influence of price and product quality as x variable to loyalty as y variable trough satisficationas z variable.The type of this research is an explanatory research, used non-probability sampling to 100 samples which were consumer of Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji used purposive sampling and accidental sampling. This research used simple regression, and multiple regression as analysis methods, using t test as a hypothesis instrument and Sobel Test as mediator instrument. This research used SPSS Version 16.0 as measuring tools. The result shows that price has positive influential of 0,167 to satisfication with t test 2,119. Product quality has positive influential of 0,144 to satisfication with t test 3,629. Price and product quality has positive influential of 0,145 and 0,137 to satisfication with f test 8,637. Satisfication has positive influential of 0,752 to loyalty with t test 12,419. Price has positive influential of 0,245 to loyalty with t test 3,333. Product quality has positive influential of 0,155 to loyalty with t test 4,150. Price and product quality has positive influential of 0,222 and 0,145 to loyalty with f test 14,651. By the result of Sobel Test obtained between price to loyalty trough satisfication is 2,074 sum y p-value is  0.03800632. Between quality product  to loyalty trough satisfication is 1,674  sum y p-value is 0,09406403. Between quality product  to loyalty trough satisfication is 1,674  sum y p-value is 0,09406403. The writer suggest that the company should continue to provide a more affordable price and improve the product quality, so that the customer will continue to become a loyal customer. Tahu Baxo Ibu Pudji should continue to deliver satisfication to its customer.

Abstract

In general a company is established to obtain an optimum profit. Profit is a measure of company's ability to conduct business operations. The gap between activity ratio and profitability ratio is an element of the problem in this study. This study is to determine the effect of cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability ROA. The type of this research is explanatory research, with sample 15 companies during 3 years periode of automotive sub sector, so there are 45 samples. Result and discussion: explains that cash turnover to profitability has significant value (2,879)> (2,021), receivable turnover has significant value to profitability of (4,556)> (2,021) and inventory turnover has significant value to profitability of (2,297) > (2.021). In the discussion t value is (2.021). the three variables have t value > t table, which signifies significance. While the test results of the three variables between cash turnover, receivables turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability earn high significant value. This is evidenced by the results of the F test, which obtained F value of 9.691 9.691> 3.23 F table, With a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 simultaneously between variables cash turnover, receivable turnover, and receivable turnover get a significant value to profitability, but asset turnover in 2014-2016 has decreased resulting in resulting profitability decreased. Companies are expected to better manage assets owned to be more effective and efficient so as to achieve maximum profit. In the next research is expected to increase the variables and periods in the study.

Abstract

Human resources is an important factor in the company as it can support the achievement of goals in the company. Hence, the company must maintain human resources in order not to leave the company and find work in other companies. So to suppress human resources especially laborers out of the company (turnover intention) the company should pay attention to the factors that support turnover intention, including compensation and job insecurity factors.  This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and job insecurity on turnover intention in case study at PT. Pura Barutama Unit Offset Production Division. This type of research using explanatory research and sampling technique using nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, data collection technique using questionnaire method. The number of samples used in this study as many as 100 respondents. This research uses quantitative and qualitative analysis with validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, regeresi sedehanand multiple test, and significance of T and F test.  The results of this study indicate that the compensation and job insecurity variables have a strong influence on turnover intention variables. The compensation variable has a strong influence as well as the direction of negative relationship to the turnover intention variable. While job insecurity variables have a very strong influence and have a positive relationship direction to the variable turnover intention.

Abstract

In this day and age, the culinary industry has grown rapidly, especially cafes. Culinary competition is so tight that culinary entrepreneurs begin to pay attention to the wants and needs of customers or consumers. ICOS Café as one of the culinary industry there are still customers who are not loyal. This is due to the growing number of competing cafes that have sprung up and can provide a more attractive shop atmosphere and better service quality so customers turn to competitor cafes. This study aims to determine how the influence provided by the store atmosphere and quality of service to customer loyalty ICOS Café. Type of sampling using purposive sampling. Type of research used is explanatory research while the data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The number of samples used in this study as many as 100 respondents consists of all customers ICOS Café. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere and service quality variables each have a significant, strong and positive influence on customer loyalty. Two variables have been tested in stages and together show that the variables of store atmosphere (0.745) and service quality (0.734) simultaneously have a strong relationship to customer loyalty variables. The amount of contribution owned by store atmosphere variables greater than the amount of donation owned by the quality of service, the coefficient of determination (R ²) for store atmosphere variables by 55.5% and service quality of 53.8%. Suggestion that can be submitted in this research is company can increase customer loyality hence company need to improve shop atmosphere to be more modern and instagramable, so as not to lose with cafe competitor and society interested to visit cafe. Cafes are also advised to improve the quality of service related to the accuracy of employees in the calculation of payments, cafes are also advised to increase employee knowledge of ICOS Café products so as to provide optimal service quality to customers.
