Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penyembuhan luka merupakan proses pergantian jaringan yang rusak atau mati oleh jaringan yang baru. Proses ini terdiri dari tiga fase yang saling tumpang tindih yaitu fase inflamasi, fase proliferasi dan fase maturasi atau remodeling. Biji bunga matahari mengandung β-sitosterol, flavonoid dan linoleic acid yang mampu memacu proses penyembuhan luka dan sudah dipakai pada pengobatan tradisional. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi topikal minyak biji bunga matahari (Helianthus Annuus) terhadap proses awal penyembuhan luka. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga ekor tikus putih jantan strain Spraque Dawley umur 3 bulan dengan berat badan 200-300 gram dibuat luka eksisi punch biopsy pada kulit punggung 0,5 cm kanan dan kiri dari kolumna vertebralis dan 2,5 cm dari telinga. Luka eksisi dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, kelompok kontrol yaitu satu luka eksisi pada punggung sebelah kiri selanjutnya tanpa diberi obat-obatan dan kelompok perlakuan yaitu satu luka eksisi pada punggung sebelah kanan yang ditetesi minyak biji bunga matahari.Tikus dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok terdiri dari 1 ekor tikus sesuai periode dekapitasi yaitu hari ke-3, 7 dan 12 setelah perlukaan. Jaringan luka dibuat preparat histologis untuk mengetahui fase inflamasi pada penyembuhan luka dengan menghitung jumlah sel leukosit PMN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah leukosit PMN hari ke 3 pada kelompok kontrol sejumlah 200 dan pada kelompok minyak biji bunga matahari sejumlah 153 leukosit PMN, dan terus menurun pada hari ke 7 dan 12. Hasil penelitian membuktikan adanya perbedaan yang bermakna jumlah leukosit PMN pada setiap periode dekapitasi dan kelompok. Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah aplikasi topikal ekstrak minyak biji bunga matahari dapat mempercepat fase inflamasi sehingga penyembuhan luka lebih cepat terjadi.   Kata kunci: penyembuhan luka, Helianthus Annuus, leukosit PMN

Abstract

Tujuan Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi mitra. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, antara lain; 1). Motif monoton pada bentuk oval dan bulat seperti produk dipasaran, perlu inovasi baru; 2). Peralatan produksi masih menggunakan mesin jahit manual dan jumlahnya kurang karena harus bergantian dengan anggota keluarga yang lain; 3). Tidak adanya quality control pasca produksi; 4). Pemasaran produk keset kain saat ini sebagian besar masih berdasarkan pesanan dan atau dititipkan di toko, belum ada upaya memasarkan lebih luas; Solusi yang ditawarkan antara lain; perlu pelatihan dan pendampingan desain produk dan keterampilan menjahit, pemasaran, dan pencatatan keuangan; pengadaan mesin jahit dan motor; pelatihan QC dan kesehatan kerja; Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah melalui; Pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta Pengadaan mesin jahit baru. Hasil pelaksanaan program antara lain; motif keset tidak hanya monoton, saat ini sudah lebih menarik dan variatif, mitra sudah mampu menjahit dengan baik, mitra sudah mencatat keuangan, mampu memasarkan produknya melalui media sosial dan produksi dan pendapatan meningkat sebesar 40%.

Abstract

Brand image and price is important factor in purchasing decision ofsecondmotorcycle in Demak. Motorcycles as basic needs, but the uneven incomesbecome obstacles for people to buy a new motorcycle, and switched from a newmotorcycle to secondmotorcycle in which a showroom.The purpose of the study, to know the influence of brand image and the priceof purchasing a motorcycle second in Demak. The type of research used explanatoryresearch with sample 100 respondents who already bought a second motorbike in theshowroom at Demak. The Sampling technique used accidental sampling andpurposive sampling.Results and discussion. The majority of respondents (74%) said a good brandimage, but a small proportion of respondents (8%) said was good enough. Mostrespondents (80%) said affordable, however there is a small proportion ofrespondents (13%) stated quite affordable. The majority of respondents (62%) saidthe high purchasing decision, but there is a small proportion (1%) respondentsexpressed low. Theres the influence of brand image against a purchasing decision,evidenced by the results of the calculation of the correlation analysis test of 0.293with the level low, contributing brand image towards purchasing decision onlyamounted to 8,6%. There is the influence of the price of the purchase, evidenced bythe correlation analysis test of 0.262 with level low, the contribution rates againstpurchasing decision only amounted to 6,9%. There is the influence of the brandimage and price of purchase, evidenced by the correlation analysis test 0.332 withlevel low. contributions to the brand image and price of purchase amounted to 11%.Conclusions and suggestions, there is a positive influence between brandimage and price of purchase decisions partially or simultaneous. Recommended forbusiness owners of showroom for maintaining and observing the quality of thesecond motorcycle, because consumers choose a motorcycle second because of itsquality.

Abstract

One of the efforts to be made by the manufacturer to be able to attract customersand compete with other manufacturers is to build brand equity that consists of severalelements of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty.ThisStudy aims to determine the effect of brand equity on purchase decisions sausage so nice insemarang, either individually or simultan.Data used is primary data from 97 respondentswhere the number of respondents is determined by a formula Lemeshow and David.Respondents were taken by accidental sampling method.Data were analyzed using simplelinear regression and Multiple Linear regression.Result show that brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and brand loyaltypositive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, either individually orsimultaneously. Variables that have the most influence on purchasing decisions is brandassociations Suggested to the company to increase brand awareness, perceived quality,brand association and brand loyalty to increase sales.

Abstract

State-owned banks have involvement with many parties in their business, so the performance maintenance is benecessary to deal with banking risks that may arise. The downward trend in the profitability of state-ownedbanks indicated by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) becomes a problem when the CapitalAdequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and ROA experiencing upward trend.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CAR, LDR and ROA on ROA and ROE withexplanatory method. The study population was a quarterly financial report of four state banks in Indonesia2010-2015 so that the number of samples obtained as many as 96 by using purposive sampling. Data analysistechnique used is the classical assumption test, linear regression test, and the test of significance using SPSS15.0 software application.Results and discussion: CAR significant positive effect on ROA of 5.5%, LDR significant negative effecton ROA of 28.6%, and ROA significant negative effect on ROA of 68.8%. CAR, LDR, and ROA significantpositive effect on ROA 69.5%. CAR does not affect the ROE, LDR significant negative effect on ROE of 31%,and ROA significant negative effect on ROE of 48.5%. CAR, LDR, and ROA significant positive effect on ROEof 50.9%.Conclusions and suggestions: CAR, LDR and BOPO positive effect on profitability (ROA and ROE).State-owned banks are expected to increase liquidity and operational efficiency by reducing the percentage ofLDR and ROA.

Abstract

Earning Per Share is a benchmark used by investors to see if the company is operating well or not. The automotive sub-sector and its components listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2016 have Earning Per Share that mostly declined in 2015, but increased again in 2016. The purpose of research to determine the influence of solvency ratio (DAR and DER) and profitability ratio (ROA and ROE) to Earning Per Share. Data used are primary data from re-processed financial statements. Using purposive sampling with total samples that meets the criteria is 10 companies x 3 years resulting 30 panel data. The analysis method using linear regression and significance using SPSS ver. 21. Results and discussion: Solvency ratio: A few DAR is below the average and DER is mostly below the average. The lowest DAR value is 0.20 and the highest is 0.89. The lowest DER value is 0.20 and the highest is 8.26. Profitability ratio: ROA is mostly below the average and a few ROE below the average. The lowest ROA value is -0.13 and the highest is 0.24. The lowest ROE value is -1.24 and the highest is 0.37. DAR has no effect on EPS with significance (0.004<0.05) and regression coefficient (-1421,636). DER has no effect on EPS with significance (0,000<0.05) and regression coefficient (-307.897). ROA affects EPS with significance (0,000<0.05) and regression coefficient (4085,808). ROE affects EPS with significance (0,000<0.05) and regression coefficient (1783,304). Conclusion and suggestion: Solvency ratios and profitability ratios together have significant effect on Earning Per Share with Fcount>Ftable or (14,184)>(2,759) and significance (0,000<0,05). Companies should utilize loan funds more effectively to improve operations that increase corporate profits.

Abstract

Hospital is a health facility conducting personal health services includes promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Many factors that affect patient satisfaction, one of them is the quality of service and employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance to patient satisfaction. The primary data used by providing questionnaires to hospitalized patient with a total of 100 respondents are determined using a Slovin formula table. Respondents are taken using accidental sampling and purposive sampling method.Results and Discussion. Quality of service to both patient satisfactions with average score of 3,754, employee performance with average score of 3,772 and satisfactory patient satisfaction with average score of 3,794. Service quality significantly influence towards patient satisfaction (p <0,05) with a correlation coefficient of 0,507, R2 0,257 and t count value of 5.829 > t table 1,6606. Employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction (p<0,05) with a correlation coefficient of 0,462, R2 0,214 and t count value of 5,163 > t table 1,6606. But the results of recapitulation of service quality regarding duration of the service before it is sent to the infirmary has a result below the average i.e. 3,67. Service quality and employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction with correlation coefficients of 0,578, R2 0,334 and F count test results of 24,361 > F table 3,090.In conclusion and suggestions, service quality and employee performance significantly influence towards patient satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. It is suggested to hospitals to improve service quality and employee performance, maximize service in dealing with patients, improving the readiness and responsiveness, accelerate delivery time to patient care space, and the arrival of the doctor in charge. It is useful to give satisfaction to the patients who are undergoing medical treatment at the hospital.

Abstract

Kriyan monel craft is one of the superior products in Jepara Regency. Therefore, the development of monel Kriyan MSMEs is important, including through Innovation. The problems that occur in monel craft are facing competition from foreign countries, especially from China. The objectives of this study were: 1) to know the condition of MSMEs in the center of Kriyan monel craft. 2) Knowing the business development of SME craft monel in Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara village. 3) Knowing the innovations made on monel Kriyan craft products, 4) Knowing business development and innovation in monel Kriyan Kalinyamatan Jepara craft products. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive. The research locus was conducted at the Kriyan village monel craft center, Jepara. The subjects of this study are producers or craftsmen, as well as monel traders. The data in this study were obtained from MSMEs, monel craftsmen and traders. The results of research in the field are known to 59 SMEs who are in the center of Kriyan monel craft. Of these, there are 44 small MSMEs or around 75 percent, medium MSMEs totaling 8 MSMEs or 13 percent and large MSMEs as many as 7 MSMEs or 12 percent. The conclusion is that based on the number of workers owned by most MSMEs, the monel craft at the Kriyan monel craft center is a small MSME status. Conclusion: Large MSMEs are more innovative than small MSMEs due to limited human resources. It is necessary to innovate product development through product design innovation, equipment innovation, marketing innovation and innovation of small and medium MSME production facilities in order to further increase sales and competitiveness until finally business development occurs, the advice given to MSME players is internal consolidation through strengthening organization or association. Then increase the capacity of business people and build communication and cooperation with relevant stakeholders to find solutions to develop monel craft business.

Abstract

Profit growth of sub-sector trading corporates listed on IDX period 2014 - 2016 mostly been decreased but still, even are some experienced increased. The decline was due to people's purchasing power decreased. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of solvency ratio (DAR and DER) and liquidity ratio (CR) to profit growth. Data used is a secondary data from financial reports and panels, using purposive sampling with corporate criteria that earn a profit in the period 2014 - 2016 amounted to 42 consisting of 14 corporates x 3 years. The method of analysis is linear regression and significance using SPSS version 19.0. Solvency ratio (DAR) has no effect on profit growth with significance (0,646> 0,05) and regression coefficient (0,280). Solvency ratio (DER) has no effect on profit growth with significance value (0,934> 0,05) and regression coefficient value (0,009). The ratio of liquidity (CR) has no effect on profit growth with significance (0,546> 0,05) and regression coefficient value (-0,010). It can be concluded that solvency and liquidity ratios together have no effect on profit growth with significance value (0,758> 0,05 and 0,395 <2,85). It is suggested that companies need to observe and manage sales and load leves to avoid the happening of consumptive action.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasingly tight business development in the field of capital market will certainly create a competitive competition, to compete - the race the company attracts investors. One source of the company's funds comes from the share capital invested by the investors, the stock price of a company reflects the value of the company in the eyes of investors, if the stock price of a company is high, therefore stock price is important for the company with the expectation of stock price always Has increased so that the interest in buying stocks is high. In investing an investor needs information about which companies can provide benefits in the future.The purpose of this study is to analyze and know what influence of Earning per share and Return on Equity to the stock arga. In this study using objects as many as 10 automotive companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia 4 years, so the total sample 40. The analysis technique used is quantitative. Quantitative analysis used normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroskesidity test, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance test (t test and F test). Analyzer using SPSS 16.The results of this research is the highest Return On Equity PT Astra International with the ability to return their own capital far above average - while the highest Earning Per Share at PT. Goodyear Indonesia as well as the Stock Price. In this study Return On Equity does not affect the stock price while the Earning Per Share have a positive effect on the stock price with the value of significance far below the recommended standard of recommendation, so the higher the Earning Per Share of a company then followed the increase in the Share Price of the companyConclusion Independent variables, namely Return On Equity (X1) and Earning Per Share (X2), together (simultaneously) affect the dependent variable of Stock Price (Y). Suggestion to improve condition Return On Equity (ROE). High Return On Equity (ROE) shows that the company has a good level of profitability, because Return On Equity (ROE) describes the ability of companies in generating profits with own capital
