Abstract

CV Laksana as a bus carrosserie company has an increase in number of employees resign from the company year to year. The highest number of employees resignation occurred in the body & frame division. The number of body & frame employees that come out is caused on body & frame division the type of work performed is heavier, the air temperature is hotter and the risk of workplace accidents is higher when compared to other divisions. To preserve employees, CV Laksana needs to take notice to factors that can affect employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the level of employees job satisfaction reviewed by compensation and work environment by comparing the importance of employees and performance of company. The type of research used is descriptive research and sampling uses probability sampling with a accidental sampling of 74 respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire. This study uses quantitative analysis with validity test, reliability test with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 23. Data is analyzed using Importance-Performance Analysis. The results of this research shows that all indicators provide satisfaction to employees but there are still indicators that are considered important but performance of company is not good enough.

Abstract

PT. Telekonumikasi Indonesia, Tbk. is one of the state-owned companies that implement partnership programs. Routine training activities are carried out with material on production management, marketing, online-based training and financial accounting. The success rate of the partnership program is measured through the level of smoothness of the assisted partners in paying installments each month and the financial performance of small businesses with a comparison of financial ratios. The method used in this study is a mixed method. The results showed that based on the triple helix theory, PT. Telkom plays a role as a government in the form of facilitators and regulators on the course of the partnership program. The role of business in supporting partnership programs is to become investors and mentors in training activities. While the role of academics is not visible due to the CDC Unit of PT. Telkom Semarang does not cooperate with any college. The lack of synergy carried out by Telkom caused the effectiveness of the partnership program to be less than optimal. Extensive regional empowerment has made it difficult to coordinate with fostered partners because of the limited resources of CDC staff, long distances, and difficult terrain to reach.

Abstract

The capital market is a means of funding for companies and other institutions and as a means for investing activities. This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth on stock prices with Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) as study mediation variables in food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data from this study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports that are officially published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the objects in the study are 16 food and beverages sub-sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The type of data used in the study is panel data or a combination of time series data and cross section data. Analysis of the data used in this study is Simple Linear Regression Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, and Sobel Test. The results of this study explain that sales growth has no effect on stock prices, ROA, and ROE. ROA and ROE have an influence on stock prices. ROA and ROE cannot mediate the relationship between sales growth and stock prices

Abstract

Matahari Department Store is one of the modern retailers providing various fashion products for middle-class consumers. MDS Java Mall Semarang in the past three years there was fluctuation in sales. This study aimed to determine the influence of Lifestyle consumers and in store promotion on impulse buying in MDS Java Mall. The type of research was explanatory research and the total sample is 100 respondents. The data collection used were questionnaires with Likert measurement scale. The data analysis methods used were validity and reliability test, correlation coefficient(R), regression test, determination coefficient(R2), significance of t test and F test with SPSS 21.0 application. The results showed a positive and significant influence between lifestyle and in store promotion on impulse buying for consumers of MDS Java Mall, both partially and simultaneously. The variabel of Lifestyle had the greatest influence on impulse buying which was equal to 27.5% while in store promotion was 20%. Companies need to follow the development of consumer lifestyle and provide quality, branded and complete products. In store promotion can be improved by structuring the display of products to make it more attractive and make consumers easier in choosing products and by cooperating with more banks or payment applications that provide big discounts with easier terms.
