Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Experiental Marketing Of Customer Loyalty throught Customer Satisfaction Garuda Indonesia Airlines. This location the research in Branch Office of Garuda Indonesia Airlines in Semarang. Population is all the passangers of Garuda Indonesia Airlines who used Garuda Indonesia Airlines more than twice one last year. This type of research is explanatory research. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique and purposive sampling. This study uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis using validity, reliability test, correlation coefficient, a simple regression analysis, the coefficient determination, tests of significance (t test), path analysis and sobel analysis. Based on the analysis result of the calculation, showed that there are direct effect from experiental marketing on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. Beside result of this study revealed that indirect effect of experiental marketing toward customer loyalty mediated customers satisfaction.

Abstract

Quality human resources were one of the key factors for the success of a business.  Based on the data obtained, employee performance at telogorejo hospital in semarang shows fluctuating figures that tended to decrease in 2018.  Through the results of preliminary studies, it could be seen that there were indications of a decrease in employee job satisfaction caused by compensation and work motivation.  Thus, decreased job satisfaction was thought to caused a decrease in employee performance.  This typed of researched was explanatory researched that explains between variables through hypothesis testing.  Sampling using a convenience sampling technique as many as 177 respondents who were nurses telogorejo hospital semarang.Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature studied.  This researched uses quantitative analysis with validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, regression analysis, t-test with the help of ibm spss version 16. 0 and sobel analysis to test the effect of intervening variables.  Based on the results of the studied indicate that compensation and work motivation partially had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance, job satisfaction could mediate the effect of compensation on performance as a partial intervening variable and could mediate the effect of work motivation on performance as a partial intervening variable.  The advice given to improved employee performance was to considered nurses' input on the policy of base salary that must be adjusted to the workability of nurses, as well as to determine the number of individual achievement incentives.  To increase work motivation by applying a sensed of openness between nurses and company leaders as well as establishing fraternal relations between each nurse, and regular training needs to be held to improved the ability of nurses in providing health services so that it will affect nurse job satisfaction which ultimately affects employee performance.

Abstract

Honda as one of the top car producer in the country needs to maintain customer loyalty to continue to survive in the midst of intense competition. Brand image has meaning to a consumer's mind images of a product. Everyone will have thir own standar of Product Quality that determines its value in the eyes of the community about the product. Customer loyalty is a form of customer loyalty to continue using products derived from the same company. Honda as one of the featured cars in the country needs to maintain customer loyalty to continue to survive in the midst of intense competition. This study aimed to determine the effect of brand image (X1) and Product Quality (X2) to Loyalty (Y) through the Customer Satisfaction (Z) user Honda Brio in the city of Semarang. This type of research uses explanatory research with data collection through interviews and data collection tools using a questionnaire. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling and non-probability sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents in Semarang. Technical analysis using simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test and F test with SPSS. From the results of the study indicate that Brand Image (X1) has a significant effect on loyalty (Y), and Product Quality (X2) have a significant effect on loyalty (Y), The results also show that there is significant influence between brand image and product quality together to Loyalty (Y). Customer Satisfaction (Z) also have a significant effect on loyalty (Y). Based on the results of the study, the researchers suggested that the Honda is listening to the voice of the resilience of its product users in this study where the users often complain about dynamo radiator fan is often problematic. It is also expected Honda Being able to change some of the components that looks cheap to be an advantage over its competitors.

Abstract

The company's success to maintain the sustainability of their products sales lies inthe ability to have a strategy or innovative thinking by seeing on market orientationand entrepreneurial orientation, and having a strong competitive advantage. Thisresearch is conducted to determine the influence of market orientation andentrepreneurial orientation toward product innovation and competitive advantagein Jenang Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Kudus Regency. Thistype of research is explanatory research. The sampling techniques used totalsampling that is overall Jenang SMEs owner of Kudus Regency. The respondentsin this research totaled 43 respondents. Collecting data used questioner, with scorestart from 1 (very disagree) to 5 (really agree). This research was also using Pathanalysis techniques supported by SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science)software version 20.3. The validity test, reliability test, coefficient of correlationtest, coefficient of determination test, linear and multiple regression, significancetest (t and F test) and Sobel method beforehand. The results showed that allindependent variables in this study had a significant influence on the dependentvariable, either partially or simultaneous, product innovation acts as a partialmediating variable, that indicates an indirect effect of variables of marketorientation and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the resources that belong to the company, where the human resources have a very important factor in the success of the company's effort to create a good performance, because the company had though funding sources the great and the good infrastructure and facilities, but when humans working on tasks within his do not contribute with good then it will be difficult for the company to create a good performance. This research aims to know the influence of work environment on performance of employees through the motivation of working as an intervening variable in pt. PLN (Persero) distribution of Central Java and Yogyakarta. This research type is explanatory research. The sampling techniques used in this research is the technique of Probability Sampling and its kind are Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The number of samples taken in this study as many as 101 respondents. In this study, assisted by computer programs to process data that is SPSS 22.0. The results obtained in this study indicate that the independent variable has a positive and significant influence towards the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneous. While the variable interbening used in this research showed there is an indirect influence of variables the dependent variable and independent of a partial mediation. Suggestions in this study was the need to improve relationships between employees in a non physical company. The company must also be able to create competition between employees, so that employees can be more motivated in their work. In addition, the company must conduct the evaluation in terms of the accuracy of the time of employees in work performance, so that the karyawaan can be better again.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran pada warung kucingan (angkringan) di kota Semarang.Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden yang menjadi pemilik warung kucingan/angkringan yang diambil secara inccidental sampling. Pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dimana X1 menunjuk pada variable orientasi pasar, X2 pada orientasi kewirausahaan, Y1 pada keunggulan bersaing, dan Y2 pada kinerja pemasaran.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran. Orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan yang lebih baik akan meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja pemasaran. Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

The soft drink industry is one of the potential industries for the country's economy. Tons of soft drinks types that are circulating in the market trigger the existence of competitive competition. This research aims to determine whether the model of this research is acceptable or not. The model of this research is testing the influence of product quality and advertising to purchase decision Coca-Cola’s brand soft drinks through brand image as an intervening variabel. The population in this study were consumers of Coca-Cola soft drinks in the city of Semarang. The research sample of 100 respondens was taken and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, which means that sampling techniques fit certain criteria. Measurement scale using a Likert scale. Data analysis used regression test, correlation test, determination test, significance test, sobel test and mediation test with SPSS version 21 application. Based on the results of this research indicate that product quality has a significant effect on brand image, advertising has a significant effect on brand image, product quality and advertising have a significant effect on brand image, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, advertising has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through mediating partial brand image, advertising has a significant effect on purchasing decisions through full mediation of brand image. All hypotheses have a significant p < 0.05. This means, the better of the quality product and the created   advertisements, it will form the brand image of the product so the consumers are convinced to decide on purchase.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important thing that should be considered to create quality human resources to achieve corporate goals. There are several factors that affect the performance of employees that is work environment, work discipline and compensation. PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a state corporation that is engaged in transportation, especialy train. In the last four quarters of PT. KAI DAOP IV Semarang work discipline decline followed by a decline in profit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline and compensation to employees performance of the office in PT. KAI DAOP IV Semarang. The study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling method selected is proportional sample as many as 112 people. The results showed that the work environment positive effect on the performance of 7.4%, work discipline positive effect on the performance of 23.1% and a positive influence on the compensation performance of 13.8%. Simultaneously work environment, work discipline and compensation positive effect on the performance of 32.3%. Suggestions for companies are more disciplined employees so that employees have a high awareness of the rules, the duties and responsibilities of employees in the work to improve performance.

Abstract

Competition in automotive industry has highly improved over the time. Advancement in technology and professional human resource are required to maintain sustainability of a company. Human resources have a vital role in a company as planner, director, and performer in every operational activity. This research is conducted to discover how non-physical environment and work stress are influencing working productivity of sales employee in PT. Mitrabuana Citra Abadi- Ford Mitra Semarang by using working motivation as intervening variable. Population in this research is all of sales employee in Ford Mitra Semarang with 34 respondents as the sample. Sampling which is used in this research is saturated sampling. Analyzing technique used is quantitative technique by examining validity, reliability, correlation’s coefficient, determination’s coefficient, simple and multiple regression analysis, signification test (t’s test and f’s test), and sobel test. The result of this research show that non-physical working environment’s variable and working motivation influence working productivity’s variable either partially or simultaneously. According to Sobel test, it can be inferred that non-physical working environment has positive influence on working productivity through working motivation with mediation coefficient’s value 0,108 which is categorized as partial mediation. Moreover, work stress has negative influence on working productivity through working motivation with mediation coefficient’s value 0,103 which is categorized as partial mediation. The advice which can be given from this research is that the company requires improvement in employee’s working motivation to which it increases their productivity. In addition, the company has to create a better relationship with the employee in order to make a more concussive working environment. Last but not least, awarding the employee might be needed to appreciate their great work performance.

Abstract

The capital market is a means of funding for companies and other institutions and as a means for investing activities. This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth on stock prices with Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) as study mediation variables in food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data from this study uses secondary data in the form of company financial reports that are officially published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the objects in the study are 16 food and beverages sub-sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The type of data used in the study is panel data or a combination of time series data and cross section data. Analysis of the data used in this study is Simple Linear Regression Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, and Sobel Test. The results of this study explain that sales growth has no effect on stock prices, ROA, and ROE. ROA and ROE have an influence on stock prices. ROA and ROE cannot mediate the relationship between sales growth and stock prices
