The word “Marlajar” comes from the Simalungun Batak language and means “belajar” or “berlatih.” Scientifically, it refers to the active process of building knowledge through the scientific method, which involves observation, experimentation, and communication. This journal accepts manuscripts covering a wide range of topics, including natural and applied sciences, engineering and technology, information and communication technology, industrial innovation, renewable energy, and environmental studies. Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by the journal’s editorial board. All submitted articles must present original research findings that have not been previously published and will undergo a peer-review process. Articles submitted to this journal must meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts must adhere to the journal’s style guidelines and will undergo a peer-review process as well as editorial editing. Abstract

The use of less interesting student worksheets can reduce student interest and participation in learning activities. For this reason, worksheets are needed to fulfill these needs. Along with the development of technology, student worksheets can be created in digital form. Electronic worksheets (E-LKPD) not only contain material, but also video material, animations, assignments and other activities that are expected to attract students to be active in learning activities. This study aims to determine the validity of problem-based E-LKPD on environmental pollution materials. The research method used is the Research and Development with a 4-D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate) which is then limited to a 3-D model without a deployment stage. The validity test was carried out by three expert validators, namely media experts, material experts and biology subject teachers at MA Muslimin Cipeundeuy. The results showed that the percentage value of problem-based E-LKPD on environmental pollution material from media experts was 75% with the feasible category, the assessment of material experts was 74% with the decent category and biology subject teachers were 92% with the very decent category. The overall validity percentage is 80% and is included in the decent category. Thus, problem-based ELKPD on environmental pollution material developed is suitable for use in learning activities

Abstract

The result of preliminary observation at some SLTPN 10 Denpasar Municipality, showed that there were some difficulties faced by the teacher in the learning process. One of them was that it was difficult to teach concept understanding of plant diversity to the students. The purposes of this action research were (1) to fine out whether or not the benefit of school environment could improve the concept understanding of plant diversity, (2) to improve the student's ability in completing the group task in studying the plant diversity. The data were obtained from the test and observation, they were analyzed by the use of percentage. The result of data analysis showed the learning success in cycle I, 71,79%, in cycle II, 84,62%, and in cycle III, 94,87%. The showed that there was good improvement from cycle I, to cycle III. There fore the benefit of school environment could improve the student's concept understanding of plant diversity. The student's cooperation in completing the group task improve, seen from their activities in group discussion and their ability in completing the

Abstract

The aim of this study is to increase students' interest in learning biology lessons in class VII A of SMP Negeri 14 Surakarta through the application of model learning cooperative CIRC type accompanied by comic media biology on Environmental Pollution material. This research is a classroom action research which ongoing in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of The four basic stages are planning, action, observation, and reflection. Research data collection used questionnaires, observation sheets, and interviews. Data validity was measured using triangulation techniques, namely method triangulation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study show that in cycle I based on The observation sheet shows that the average percentage of students' learning interest in the class was 57.53%, 65.12% in cycle II (an increase of 7.59%), and 83.28% in cycle III (increase 18.16%). Temporary based on questionnaire, average The percentage of students' learning interest in cycle I was 71.04%, 71.77% in cycle II (an increase of 0.73%), and 73.66% in cycle III (an increase of 1.89%). The results of student interviews showed that students were happier and found it easier to in learning biology lessons. Students are also interested in learning, students also feel that learning during the action is an interesting activity. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the CIRC learning model accompanied by biology comic media on the material of Environmental Pollution can increase students' interest in learning in class VII A students of SMP Negeri 14 Surakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to support the maximum development of critical reasoning through real learning experiences in science activities. The research method used in this research is classroom action research which is carried out collaboratively between the research and the classroom teacher. While the subject is the students of group B1 kindergarten State Pembina Kandis totaling 17 children. Data collection techniques through observasion, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The result of this study are based on data generated from the percentage of children’s critical thinking abilities starting pre-cycle by 50%. In the pre-cycle,children’s critical thinking skills are in the Beginning to Develop (MB) category. In the first cycle, the critical thinking ability of the achievement develops according to expectations (BSH), in the second cycle the achievement of the critical thinking ability to think starting from the pre-cycle, cycle 1, cycle II

The learning process at Gunadarma University extends beyond classroom sessions and also utilizes multimedia-based learning media. However, multimedia-based learning is one-way. Based on the problems above, interactive multimedia-based teaching materials were created. called learning media for basic concepts of Image Processing This application presents material interactively accompanied by animation, audio, video. and is equipped with evaluations in the form of practice questions. The results achieved from the creation of this learning media are that students can understand the Image Processing course. Abstract

Social changes and academic demands on final-year elementary school students often trigger emotional challenges that are not balanced with adequate mental health assistance. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the training program "Petualangan Mengenal Diri, Aku Hebat, Aku Bangga" (Adventure of Self-Discovery, I am Great, I am Proud) which integrates a psychospiritual awareness approach and the Butterfly Hug technique to enhance self-awareness and emotional regulation among students. Utilizing a quasi-experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, this study involved 20 sixth-grade students from SDN Bluru Kidul 1 Sidoarjo as experimental subjects selected through a purposive sampling technique. Quantitative data were collected through written cognitive tests, while qualitative data were gathered through behavioral observations and expression reflection sheets. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis showed a significant surge in cognitive understanding, where the students' average score increased from 91 in the pre-test to 98 in the post-test. Furthermore, 18 students achieved perfect scores, and the lowest score in the class was elevated from 40 to 80. Qualitatively, this intervention proved to provide a safe space for students to express their emotions, reduce anxiety independently, and foster a growth mindset. This study concludes that the combination of psychospiritual intervention and practical clinical techniques is effectively used as an initial psychological assistance model to optimize students' mental readiness in facing developmental transitional phases

Abstract

This conceptual paper proposes a novel framework for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies to innovate computer science education. The study employs a systematic literature review methodology, synthesizing recent advances in deep learning, transfer learning, and lifelong learning paradigms from peer-reviewed sources [1]–[22]. The findings reveal that AI-driven adaptive learning systems significantly enhance personalized instruction and student engagement, while ML-based predictive analytics enable early intervention strategies for at-risk learners. However, critical challenges persist, including algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, and the need for continuous curriculum updates to maintain relevance. The novelty of this work lies in its unified framework that bridges theoretical underpinnings, such as unsupervised representation learning and continual learning—with practical implementations in intelligent tutoring, automated content generation, and ethical assessment systems. The primary contribution is a comprehensive roadmap for educators and policymakers to deploy AI/ML technologies responsibly, addressing both pedagogical efficacy and ethical considerations. This framework further identifies gaps in current evaluation metrics and faculty development initiatives, offering actionable directions for future research. By synthesizing interdisciplinary insights from computer science, education, and ethics, this paper advances the discourse on sustainable innovation in computer science learning.
