Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the impact of service quality core and peripheral service quality to customer satisfaction and its impact on the interests of Word of Mouth. This study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The population used is the body repair workshop customers “Tri Tunggal” Semarang City in January-December 2014. While the sample used as many as 100 people with the techniques of non-probability sample selection sampling using accidental sampling. The results showed that the core service quality and peripheral service quality affects customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction affects the interests of Word of Mouth. In model 1, the quality of core services provide the greatest influence on customer satisfaction by 0,470. In model 2, the quality of core services provide giving effect to the greatest interest of Word of Mouth by 0,436

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of  work discipline, job satisfaction, and leadership style on the performance of the production employees of PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang. This study uses three independent variables, namely work discipline, job satisfaction, and leadership style with one dependent variable is the performance of employees.This study data collection method using interviews and questionnaires. Sampling techniques in this study using simple random sampling method. The data analysis methods used in this study include the validity of the test, reliability test, the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination, and the F test and t test.Based on the analysis, the results showed that work discipline, job satisfaction, and leadership style influences positive and significant on employees performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the performance of the production employees of PT. Nyonya Meneer Semarang is 50,5% affected by work discipline, job satisfaction, and leadership style. The other variables that this study does not use influence the rest of it, which is 49,5%.

Abstract

This study analyzed the impact of cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets, firm size, and growth opportunity to the dividend policy on manufacturing companies listed on Stock Exchange of Indonesiafrom 2009 to 2013. The cash ratio as a measurement of liquidity, debt to equity ratio as a measurement of leverage, return on assets as a measurement of profitability, firm size was measured by log natural of total assets and growth opportunity was measured by market to book ratio.The sampling technique is using purposive sampling method by using 18 manufacturing companies which pay dividend continuosly. The analysis technique is using multiple regression.The result of this study shows that cash ratio and debt-to-equity ratio were found to be positive and no significant effect.Return on assets and growth opportunity were found to be positive and have significant effect to the dividend payout ratio, while firm size were fount to be negative and have significant effect to the dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

This paper is based on the existence of customer dissatisfaction of PD. BPR Bank Pasar Kabupaten Kudus which can be seen through the data increase of deposits customers who closed accounts during the period June - September 2014. By looking at existing problems, this study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and customer value service to the customer satisfaction to creat deposits customer loyalty PD. BPR Bank Pasar Kabupaten Kudus. This study sample of 100 customers. Question is given by using questionnaire consisting of closed and open question. Respondent,s answers were analyzed with two stage regression using SPSS. Based on analyzed conducted, it was concluded that the variable service quality and customer value has positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction. Then, customer satisfaction has positive and satisfaction impact to Customer Loyalty in PD. BPR Bank Pasar Kabupaten Kudus. The result of this study is expected to be used as information for PD. BPR Bank Pasar Kabupaten Kudus and further research.

Abstract

Need  of  healthy  become  one  of  important  need  of  people.  BKPM  (centre  ofcommunity lung health) is a community center that serves cheap healthy service for people in Semarang. As a service organization, satisfaction become main purpose of the service provider.This research is purposed to examine the impact of service quality and consumer value to patient satisfaction.The research is taken place at BKPM Semarang. The sample is 100respondents.Instrumentof questionnaire is used to collect the data. Regression analysis is applied to test the hypotheses of the research.Result  of  the  analysis  shows  that  service  quality  affect  positively  to  patient satisfaction. Patient that receives a better service will have higher satisfaction. Consumer value also affect positively to patient satisfaction.Patient that receives a more value from the service will have higher satisfaction.

Abstract

Development of a printing industry ynot only promote the quality, timeliness and quality and quantity as requested, but also requires the management of human resource is appropriate. This study aims to explain how the variables influence of work motivation, career development and organizational commitment to the employee performance on PT Temprina Media Grafika Semarang.The population used in this study were all employees of PT Temprina Media Grafika Semarang numbering 65 people. The sampling technique was conducted by the method of jenuh sampling. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of a study reported regression equation as follows: Employee Performance = 0,200X1 + 0,366X2 + 0,671X3Based on the test instrument, the indicators are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption, there are no symptoms multicoloniarity, does not occur heterocedastity, and normal distribution of data. The coefficient of determination shows the figure of 0.741 which means that the variables of employee performance is influenced by variables of work motivation, career development and organisational commitment amounting to 74.1 %. The results showed that work motivation, career development and organisational commitment positive and significant impact employees performance of PT Temprina Media Grafika Semarang either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Human resources has becoming one of the most vital factor that determine the company’s  success. The company’s success itself is usually determined by the employee’s performance. Pre survey result has found a phenomenon which occurs in the company is a decreasing on the employee’s performance. On the other hand there are previous research about the influence of the compensation and leadership on employee performance. This is the background for this research.This research is using compensation and leadership as the independent variable and employee’s performance as the dependent variable. The population of this research are marketing division of PT. Great Mataram Semarang. Sampling technique used in this research is sensus, with 45 correspondent. Reliability and validity of this data has been tested with validity and reliability test. This research is using multiple linear regression method.The multiple linear regression shown that compensation and leadership have positive significant impact to the employee’s performance. The coefficient determination shown that compensation and leadership affecting marketing division’s performance by 59,5%. While the other 40,5% are determined by another variable that is not explained in this research.

Abstract

A venture business especially in the field of culinary must issue the products should adapt to the needs and desires of consumers. So the products can compete in the market ,making consumers have many choices of products before making a decision to buy a product that is offered. If consumers have a choice between making a purchase and do not make a purchase or option to use the time, the consumer is in a position to take a decision. Consumer decision may be influenced by several variables, this study analyzed the quality of products, quality of service, price, and location. The population in this study is that consumers who buy a product that is offered at Waroeng Bamboo Tembalang, Semarang. The sample in this study was 100 consumers.The sampling technique in this study was done by using Non Probability Sampling with incidental sampling technique, the sampling technique by coincidence, that anyone who happened to meet with researchers and considered fit to be the source of the data will be sampled this study. Methods of data collection using kuesioner. Teknik analysis used is quantitative data analysis methods.Analyss results using multiple regression showed that : Product quality proven influence on purchasing decisions. Quality of Service proven influence on purchasing decisions. Price shown to influence the purchasing decision, and location proved to influence the purchase decision.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the company in Jepara furniture exporter that exports to many countries in the world. Nowadays many exporters are racing to meet the wishes of the world market. This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence about whether the market sensing capabilities, product innovation, and marketing networks affect the competitive advantage on export marketing performance.Samples were furniture exporters are active in the town of Jepara furniture exports to various countries in the world by using quantitative analysis method, by using the test reliability and validity, the classical assumption, hypothesis testing, coefficient determinant and SEM analysis with AMOS 7.0 program.The results showed that the market sensing capability and product innovation positive effect on competitive advantage and competitive advantage positive effect on network marketing and export marketing performance and capability of sensing market, product innovation, competitive advantage, marketing networking positive effect on export marketing performance. In model 1, the market-sensing capability provides the greatest influence on the competitive advantage of 0.412. In model 2, the competitive advantage of providing the greatest influence on export marketing performance of 0.263.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of occupational safety and health program that runs in PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara and identify constraints and challenges that will be faced by PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara to maintain zero accident. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods, where researchers direct observation to the field that is in PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara to know how the implementation of occupational safety and health program that is already running, and so far has reached zero accident. Data collected through interviews with the speakers who work in PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara as well as secondary data from documents related to the implementation of safety and health in the PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara. The results showed that the implementation of occupational safety and health program in PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara went very well. For the constraints and challenges faced by PT PLN (Persero) Unit PLTU TJB Jepara related to the implementation of safety and health activities are followed up indiscipline of some employees related to the use of personal protective equipment and violations of the rules of safety and health such as smoking in the plant, with the making of a system sanctions for violators of safety rules and occupational health, as a means of controlling the enforcement of discipline. In terms of challenges, a form of socialization related to the rules and procedures for the safety and health of employees must be done by a variety of considerations level of education and social environment plural employees make the company must perform a different approach, so that the employees can receive and execute safety rules and health made by the company.
