Abstract

Most of company will do a variety of ways to meet the capital needs in order to expand and maintain its business. The company may issuing new shares and sell it to the public, it’s called Initial Public Offering (IPO). This research aims to analyze the influence of Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Size and Proceed to Initial Return (IR) non-financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2015. The number of sample used in this research were 113 non-financial companies doing IPO period of 2010 until the end of 2015. Secondary data were obtain from prospectus when Initial Public Offering. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis where previously performed classical assumption that includes Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorellation Test, and Heteroskedastisitas Test with significance level of 5%. The study found that Size is positively significant influenced to Initial Return (IR). Proceed is negatively significant influenced to Initial Return. On the other hand, Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) have no significant effect on Initial Return. Based on the coefficient determination, variable Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Size, and Proceed have 28,7% effect against Initial Return. While the remaining 71,3% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine, describe and analyze the more influence the quality of teachers to the cohesiveness of the competence of teachers to the quality of the learning organization as an intervening variable. The method of collecting data in this study using questionnaires with respondents 50 teachers, where the respondent is a total population of taechers SMPN 2 Purwodadi. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Mechanical testing of the data in this study using path analysis and Sobel test to test the effect of mediation.The results showed that the quality of cohesiveness teachers have positive and significant impact on the quality of a learning organization. Cohesiveness quality of teachers and the quality of organizational learning has a positive and significant impact on teacher competence. In addition, the quality of organizational learning may mediate the relationship between the quality of teachers to the cohesiveness of teacher competence.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of office design on employee’s productivity at Community Health Centre of Batang I, II, III and IV in Batang SubDistrict. The techniques of data analysis in this research includes validity, reliability, classic assumption test, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination  and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of five variables office design. Respondents in this study were 118 employees. The results indicates that there are : furniture has positive and significant impact to the employee productivity, noise has negative and not significantly impact to the employee productivity, temperature has positive and significant impact to the employee productivity, lighting has positive and not significantly impact to the employee productivity and spatial arrangements has positive and significant impact to the employee productivity. Based on the result of the F test is known that a significant impact between variable of office design and employee productivity. Office design factors have 46,3% influence on employee productivity at Community Health Centre of Batang I, II, III and IV in Batang Sub-District, while 53,7% are influenced by other factors outside the office design factors. The result of this study can help Community Health Centre of Batang management make improvements or increases to office design factors in order to better employee productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Dividend Policy, BVPS, Earning Volatility, Leverage, PER, and Trading Volume to Stock price Volatility on the company non financial in Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2012-2015. Research population used company non financial in Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2012-2015. Taken samples of the all purpose 28 companies by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2012-2015, IDX Annual Report, and www.idx.co.id. Analysis technique used Ordinary Least Square Regression (OLS), statistical t-test, f-test, and classic assumption test that includes a test of normality test, multicollinearity test, autucorrelation test, and heteroskedastisitas test. The result of the research are independent variables simultaneously (F test) effect on stock price with a significance level of 0.000. While partially (t test) showed that the variable Dividend Payout Ratio and BVPS has positive and not significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. Earning Volatility and PER variables has negative and significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. While Leverage and Trading Volume has positive and significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. Adjusted R2 is 0,216 wahich means that the ability of the six independent variables can explain Stock Price Volatility amounted to 21,6%, while the rest is explained by other factors.

Abstract

This study motivated the incosistency of previous study on total quality management on customer satisfaction which is characterized by reduction of job return that where there are research gaps. This study aims to examine the total quality management which include focus on the customer, obsession of quality, team work, engangement and empowerment on customer satisfaction.The population in this study are all customer in CV. AHASS Sahabat Sejati Motor in Semarang. Data collection method used is the method of sampling the sample amount to 110 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression.Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The greatest variable is the variable of focus on the customer was 0,852, whereas the smallest variable is the variable of team work was 0,001. The result of the study found that all of the independent variables and a significant positive effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of region which have potentials on developing beauty products market especially on cosmetics and that pursued a lot of new brands for keep coming out. This matter makes the market competition get tigher and indirectly forced business for always have ways to survive. One of the biggest brand on cosmetics industry is Mustika Ratu, as a 25th yeas old brand, Mustika Ratu should be superior in matter of this competition and one the way to stay as superior is to make their customers keep on buying Mustika Ratu’s products. This study aimed to analyze the influence of celebrity endorser, advertising appeal, product quality to purchase decision of face mask Mustika Ratu using brand image as intervening variable. This study is conducted on all Mustika Ratu face mask’s customers in Semarang.Purposive sampling method is used for this research, samples were collected from 100 respondents (consumer who use face mask Mustika Ratu and who watch advertising of Mustika Ratu). Multiple regression analysis is used for this study.This results showed that celebrity endorser, advertising appeal and product quality has positive and signifcant effect on brand image (as intervening variable), and brand image  has positive and significant effect on purchase decision.

Abstract

The main goal of the company is to maximize shareholder wealth, and it can be achieved by maximizing the value of company. This study is aim to examine the effect of profitability, investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy to the firm value. Return On Asset (ROA) was used as a proxy of profitability, Total Asset Growth (TAG) was used as a proxy of investment decision, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) was used as a proxy of financing decision, Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) was used as a proxy of dividend policy and Price Book Value (PBV) was used as a proxy value of the firm. This results partially on profitability (ROA) and invesment decision (TAG) have the positive and significant effect to the firm value (PBV). In contrast, financing decision (DER) and dividend policy (DPR) has the positive and unsignificant effect to the firm value (PBV). Simultaneously, the four independent variables that affect the company's variable value (PBV), but the value of the company is not only influenced by internal factors, the company's value is also influenced by external factors such as interest rates, inflation rates, exchange rates and social and political situation.

Abstract

Human resource is the most important factor for creating excellence that can not be easily duplicated by competitors and specific to each organization. Work behaviors such as organizational citizen behavior (OCB) receive more attention because they contribute effectively within the organization. Managers can create employees have the organizational citizen behavior (OCB) by treating them respectfully and fairly, help it consider individual needs, and provide a supportive working environment. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze further on the analysis of the influence of distributive justice and procedural justice on organizational citizenship behavior with ethical behavior as mediating variables and organizational culture as a moderating variable. This study differs from studies that have been there since they rarely research using variables mediating and moderating variables simultaneously by connecting five are planned.The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and implemented to 94 permanent employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) Tbk. Regional Division IV Central Java and Yogyakarta region that are not at the managerial level and has a service life of more than one year based on the method of random sampling with lottery technique. Mechanical testing of the data used in this study include test reliability, validity, classical assumptions, path analysis, Sobel test to test the effect of mediation, and moderation test using five models in the regression model.The results of this study indicate that the distributive justice influential imply a positive and significant impact on ethical behavior, procedural justice influential in a positive and significant impact on ethical behavior, distributive justice affect positively and significantly on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), procedural justice affect positively and significantly to Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB), and ethical behavior influence positively and significantly mediate on Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB). Distributive justice proved to be positive and significantly moderate the organizational culture and ethical conduct, procedural justice proved positive and significantly moderate the organizational culture and ethical behavior, distributive justice does not influence positively and significantly moderate the organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), procedural justice proved positively and significantly moderate the organizational culture and organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB), and ethical behavior proved to be positive and significantly moderate the organizational culture and organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of environmental performance, social performance, and corporate governance to abnormal return as measured by environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure score.The populations of this study are companies in Indonesia and Malaysia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) that revealed the Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure score in the year 2010-2015. This study used secondary data with total sampel is 192 data as determined by purposive sampling method. Test analysis using data panel eviews with fixed effect model that has been tested by Chow test (F test) and Hausman test.The result of this study show that environmental performance did not has significant but positive influence to the abnormal return. Social performance and corporate governance have significantly and positively influence to the abnormal return. These results correspond with the legitimacy and stakeholders theory.

Abstract

Financial inclusion becomes international interest and national priority. The more inclusive financial access, the more opportunity people have to improve their economy. Financial inclusion has become an alternative way to grow economy of society. Credit is one of financial services which can improve people’s economy, specifically for SME in capital credit. This research examines effects from factors such as people income, education level, interest rate, demographic and geographic penetration of banking to SME credit. Samples selected in this research by total sampling method. Samples used are 35 cities and regencies at Central Java in 2011-2015. Data analysis using data panel regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model and Generalized Least Square. This research shows that people income has insignificant positive effect to SME credit, education level has significant negative effect, intereset rate has insignificant negative effect, demographic penetration of banking has insignificant positive effect and geographic penetration of banking has significant positive effect.
