Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon in the company by the high number of employee turnover and absenteeism. It indicates that there is a decline in the organizational commitment. Work environment and organizational culture are several factors that can enhance organizational commitment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work environment and organizational culture to organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as intervening variable. This research was conducted using survey method which the data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 98 employees in spinning B division, part of production division PT. Apac Inti Corpora with the characteristics of permanent employees who have worked more than 1 year. Technique of sampling using non probability sampling that is purposive sampling. The method of data analysis that used is multiple regression, path analysis, and sobel test for the mediation effect.The result showed that, work environment has positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Organizational culture has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. And, job satisfaction is proven as mediator relationship between work environment and organizational culture to organizational commitment.

Abstract

Employee loyalty can be recognized as one of the components that are needed by the organization. Employee loyalty has an impact on the psychological condition of each employee by giving loyalty to the organization. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of social support, organizational culture, and employee cohesiveness on employee loyalty of Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital by using independent variables such as social support, organizational culture, and employee cohesiveness, as well as the dependent variable of employee loyalty.This research was conducted by survey method and through questionnaires to employees using random sampling method as many as 85 people. This study uses SPSS Statistics 21 software analysis tool. The data tests used include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2) and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that social support has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty, organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty, and employee cohesiveness has a positive and significant impact on employee loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of working capital turnover, liquidity, capital structure, sales growth, asset structure, size on profitability (ROA) in Manufacturing companies.The population of this research is a Manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and acquired 25 companies in the sample. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis and using classical assumption test.Based on the results of research conducted, simultaneous working capital turnover (WCT), liquidity (CR), capital structure (DER), sales growth, asset structure, size effect on profitability (ROA). Then partially, Working Capital Turnover (WCT) has significant negative effect on profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR) has insignificant negatif effect on profitabilty (ROA), Capital Structure (DER) has significant negative effect on profitabilty (ROA), Sales Growth has insignificant positive effect on profitabilty (ROA), Asset Structure has insignificant positive effect on profitabilty (ROA), Size has significant positive effect on profitabilty (ROA).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Institutional Ownership, Board Size, BOPO, and Loan to Deposit Ratio to credit risk that measured by Non Performing Loan with Bank Size, Size of Audit Firm and GDP Growth as a control variabels.The population of this research is the conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 period. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling so that the samples obtained were 24, data were obtained from the bank's annual report. The analytical method used is Ordinary Least Square which consists of statistical f test, statistical t test, coefficient of determination () test and the classic assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test.The results showed that Institutional Ownership had no effect on Non-Performing Loans, the Board Size had a negative effect on Non-Performing Loans, BOPO had a positive effect on Non-Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio had a positive effect on Non-Performing Loans. Regression estimation results show the ability to predict the model by 29.7%, while the remaining 70.3% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

This research aims many people choose Toyota Agya and Calya to be purchasing decisions. It seems that with the emergence of new products like Agya and Calya this has resulted in a decrease in sales of the Toyota Avanza. to analyze factors that can affect purchase decisions by using brand image as an intervening variable. Price perception and product quality is an element that can influence it. Toyota Avanza buyer at Nasmoco Majapahit Semarang will be examined their perception about impact price perception and product quality of a product then it will affect a high purchasing decisions by consumers. This type of research use explanatory research, with a population of 100 respondents who use and buy Toyota Avanza at Nasmoco Majapahit Semarang by way of purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Methods of data analysis used correlation, and multiple regression using SPSS.The result of  this study are the perception of price and product quality affecting the brand image with a positive relationship. And brand image has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. This means that when independent factors such as price perception and product quality increasing, purchase decision Toyota Avanza at  Nasmoco Majapahit Semarang also increasing significantly. This study concluded that price perception, product quality and brand image influence on purchasing decisions, either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer motivation, perceived quality, consumer attitudes and brand image on purchasing decisions with buying interest as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on prospective customers from Datsun car products in Semarang City. The number of samples used in this study were 150 respondents. The method of data collection is done through a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques using the AMOS 22.0 analysis tool. The model of this study has fulfilled the rules of Goodness of fit, including: Chi square (125,125), probability (0,124), RMSEA (0,33), CMIN / DF (1,159), TLI (0,979) and CFI (0,984).            The results of this study indicate that consumer motivation has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, consumer attitudes negatively affect buying interest, brand image has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, and buying interest has a positive and significant influence towards purchasing decisions.

Abstract

       The development of the digital era makes it easier for individuals to do music piracy. This gives a big loss for musicians and companies engaged in the music industry. The music streaming service or MSS present gives individuals the option to consume music in a legal way, MSS has two business models, users can listen to music for free with low quality and ad breaks. And users can subscribe by getting more facilities like higher voice quality and without ad breaks, but previous research results state that users of free music streaming services can be associated with piracy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the acceptance of benefits, the value of profit and subjective norms on the interest to buy back paid music streaming service studies on the students of economics faculty and business university diponegoro.       The population in this study are active students faculty of economics and business university diponegoro sorted by sampling method. The sample used to represent the population has a total of 150 samples, which consists of 52 management majors, 49 accounting majors, 33 iesp majors and 15 Islamic economics majors.        The results of the study found that perceived usefulness had positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention, the perceived value had positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention, and subjective norm have positive and significant influence on the repurchase intention.

Abstract

Tokopedia is one of the marketplace that stands in Indonesia. In January and March 2018 Tokopedia experienced a decrease in the number of visitors. This decrease in the number of visitors resulted in a decrease in Tokopedia sales as well. Thus, the Tokopedia marketing must carry out a strategy to increase its sales again. Impulsive buying are things that need to be considered to increase sales in Tokopedia.This research was conducted to find out what factors can increase impulsive buying in Tokopedia. Factors tested in this study include shopping adventure, value shopping, idea shopping, social shopping and relaxation shopping. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents who had shopped on Tokopedia. Sampling using non-probability method with convenience sampling approach. The analysis method uses multiple analysis techniques.The results shown in this study are motivations for adventure shopping, value shopping, and relaxation shopping with a significant positive effect on impulsive buying variables. Whereas for idea shopping motivation and social shopping is known to have no significant influence on impulsive buying.

Abstract

Transfering the knowledge to a family enterprise is crucial to the survival of a family enterprise. This study aims to see the process of knowledge transfer that occurs in the family  company  that  is  seen  from  the  dimension  of  leadership  value  transfer  and leadership knowledge transfer.In this study, the method that is used here is a qualitative method which uses an interview approach, documentation, and case studies for collecting the data. Abstract

Pay for performance is one of financial compensation programs that aims to improve employee performance by offering more income based on result of employee performance appraisal. The purpose of this study is to present literature reviews on the perception of implementation and effectiveness of pay for performance program. Research method using systematic literature review. The research was conducted qualitatively by collecting 21 journals related to pay for performance. Various literature reviews of pay for performance were collected to get results on the implementation and effectiveness of pay for performance programs.The result shows that pay for performance program is effective to be implemented in order to increase the performance of employee and firm
