Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Business Ethics Education and Religiosity to Ethical Perception of College Students. The objective of this study is to examine the influence of ethics education, gender, religiosity, and academic performance to the ethical perception of undergraduate. The additional examination was done to know the differences perception between students who have accomplished business ethics course and who have not accomplished business ethics course yet, male and female students, and students who have high GPA and low GPA. The analysis data method uses multiple regression and independent sample t-test. The result indicates that ethics education and academic performance have no significant influence on the ethical perception of college students. On the other hand, religiosity and gender have a significant influence on ethical perception. The result of independent sample t-test indicates that significantly difference between student’s perceptions who have accomplished business ethics course and who have not accomplished yet, likewise between male and female students.Keyword: Ethics Education, Religiosity, Ethical PerceptionAbstrak: Pengaruh Pendidikan Etika Bisnis dan Religiusitas Terhadap Persepsi Etis Mahasiswa Akuntansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan antara pendidikan etika, gender, religiusitas, dan performa akademik terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa. Penelitian ini juga ingin membuktikan perbedaan persepsi antara mahasiswa yang sudah atau sedang mengambil mata kuliah etika bisnis dan yang belum, antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan, serta mahasiswa dengan IPK ≥ 3,3 dan 3,3. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda dan uji beda independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan etika dan performa akademik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi etis mahasiswa, berbeda halnya dengan religiusitas dan gender yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil uji beda menunjukkan perbedaan persepsi etis antara yang sudah atau sedang mengambil mata kuliah etika bisnis dengan yang belum, sama halnya dengan mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan.Kata kunci: Pendidikan etika, Religiusitas, Persepsi Etis

Abstract:  The Use of Facebook by Investors. The purpose of this study is to give additional evidence of the negative impacts of the use of Facebook as a social networking between investors in making investment decisions and how to reduce it. The results showed that the use of Facebook leads to the formation of erroneous beliefs that tend to make bias investment decisions. Abstract

Abstract: Factors Affecting Brand Loyalty among Smartfren Customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the dimensions of customer value and brand identification on brand loyalty and customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. A purposive sampling technique was adopted to collect 175 Smartfren customers. The results showed that: (1) the functional value has positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) the emotional value has no effect on customer satisfaction, (3) social values has no effect on customer satisfaction, (4) brand identification has positive impact on customer satisfaction, (5) functional value has no effect on brand loyalty, (6) the emotional value has no effect on brand loyalty, (7) social value has positive effect on brand loyalty, (8) brand identification has no effect on brand loyalty, (9) customer satisfaction has positive effect on loyalty brand, (10) the functional value, emotional value, social value and brand identification simultaneous have no effect on brand loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable.Keywords: Customer value, brand identification, customer satisfaction, brand loyaltyAbstrak: Faktor-Faktor Pembentuk Loyalitas Merek pada Pengguna Ponsel Smartfren. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh dimensi dari nilai pelanggan dan identifikasi merek terhadap loyalitas merek dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 175 responden pada pelanggan Smartfren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai fungsional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (2) nilai emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (3) nilai sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (4) identifikasi  merek berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, (5) nilai fungsional tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek, (6) nilai emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek, (7) nilai sosial berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek, (8) identifikasi merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek, (9) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas merek, (10) nilai fungsional, nilai emosional, nilai sosial dan identifikasi merek tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas merek dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi.Kata kunci: Nilai pelanggan, identifikasi merek, kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas merek

Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Ownership Structure on Dividend Policy in The Manufacturing Companies. Ownership structure; as independent variables in this research; is represented by institutional ownership and managerial ownership. This research also aimed to obtain evidence of moderation function of the concentration of ownership in the relationship between ownership structure and dividend policy. The dependent variable is dividend policy which is measured by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). There are 97 sample companies. Hypothesis testing is done by Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) and panel regression analysis. The results of this research show that the concentration of ownership serves as a moderating variable on the relationship between ownership structure and dividend policy. Institutional ownership in companies that do not have a managerial ownership has a negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio; while institutional ownership in companies that have a managerial ownership has a positive effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Profitability and company size as a control variable has effect on dividend policy.Keywords: the concentration of ownership, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, ROA, company size, dividend payout ratioAbstrak: Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Manufaktur. Struktur kepemilikan sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian ini diproksikan dengan kepemilikan institusional dan kepemilikan manajerial. Penelitian ini juga untuk mendapatkan bukti mengenai fungsi moderasi dari konsentrasi kepemilikan dalam hubungan antara struktur kepemilikan dan kebijakan dividen. Variabel dependen adalah kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 97 perusahaan selama tahun pengamatan. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan Moderating Regression Analysis dan analisis regresi data panel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan berfungsi sebagai variabel moderating pada hubungan antara struktur kepemilikan dan kebijakan dividen. Untuk kepemilikan institusional pada perusahaan yang tidak mempunyai kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio, sedangkan kepemilikan institusional pada perusahaan yang mempunyai kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio. Variabel kontrol profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh pula terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan.Kata Kunci: konsentrasi kepemilikan, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, ROA, ukuran perusahaan, dividend payout ratio

Abstract: Predictors of The Intention to Use The Internet for Purchasing. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of intention to use the internet for purchasing. A survey methodology used to data from 160 Internet users students at the Sebelas Maret University which ever purchase online. SEM analysis show that the determinants of intention form: attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and trust have a significant effects on the intention to use the internet for purchasing unless the internet purchase experience have no significant effect on the intention to use the internet for purchasing and the determinants of intention form of: attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, internet purchase experience, and trust have a significant effects on the intention to use the internet for purchasing when moderated by the intention to use the Internet for information search.Keywords: Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), internet purchase experience, trust, intention to use the internet.Abstrak: Prediktor Intensi Penggunaan Internet dalam Melakukan Pembelian Online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh niat konsumen dalam menggunakan internet untuk melakukan pembelian online. Sebuah metodologi survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data 160 orang mahasiswa pengguna internet di Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta yang pernah melakukan pembelian online. Analisis SEM menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor penentu niat berupa: sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan pada intensi penggunaan internet untuk melakukan pembelian kecuali pengalaman belanja online tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi penggunaan internet untuk melakukan pembelian dan faktor-faktor penentu niat berupa: sikap, norma subjektif, kontrol perilaku yang dirasakan, pengalaman belanja online dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi penggunaan internet untuk melakukan pembelian ketika dimoderasi oleh intensi penggunaan internet untuk pencarian informasi.Kata kunci: Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), pengalaman belanja online, kepercayaan, intensi penggunaan internet.

Abstract

Abstract: Cooperative Student for Developing Students Character. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of cooperative student development model as a model as character education in Vocational High School (SMK). The samples of this study are 20 SMK in DIY. Cooperative Student development, as a model of character education, uses the Research and Development. This study managed to compile a guidebook of Cooperative Student development. The study also proved that the activities in student cooperatives were able to develop the character values such as kinship, independence, responsibility, and democracy.Keywords: Cooperative development, character education.Abstrak: Koperasi Sekolah Sebagai Wadah Pengembangan Karakter Siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi model pengembangan koperasi siswa (kopsis) sebagai model pendidikan karakter di SMK. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sekolah sebanyak 20 SMK di Provinsi DIY. Pengembangan kopsis sebagai model pendidikan karakter menggunakan Research and Development. Penelitian ini berhasil menyusun buku panduan penerapan model pengembangan kopsis. Penelitian ini juga berhasil membuktikan bahwa kegiatan berkoperasi mampu menumbuhkan nilai karakter seperti kekeluargaan, kemandirian, tanggung jawab, dan demokrasi.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Koperasi, pendidikan karakter

Abstract

Abstract: How Do Governments Spend Their Public Spending? The objectives of this study are to examine whether the local expenditure for education, health, and economic influence economic welfare, and whether population influences the relationship between them. This study used the sample of all province in Indonesia 2008-2013, except Kalimantan Utara Province. The method used in this study is multiple regression methods. The result of this study states that education expenditure had a significant positive effect, health expenditure had not significant negative effect, while economic expenditure had a significant negative effect on the welfare. Population as the moderating variable cannot moderate the relationship between that expenditure with the welfare.Keywords: education expenditure, health expenditure, economic expenditure, population, and welfare.Abstrak: Bagaimana Pemerintah Mengalokasikan Pengeluaran Publiknya? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah belanja daerah untuk belanja pendidikan, kesehatan, dan ekonomi mempengaruhi kesejahteraan, dan apakah populasi mempengaruhi hubungan antara ketiga belanja tersebut dengan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel seluruh provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2008-2013, kecuali Provinsi Kalimantan Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belanja pendidikan memiliki pengaruh positif, belanja kesehatan memiliki pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan, dan belanja ekonomi memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan. Populasi sebagai variable moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara ketiga belanja tersebut dengan kesejahteraan.Kunci: belanja pendidikan, belanja kesehatan, belanja ekonomi, populasi penduduk, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of Financial Performance on UMKM Tenun Ikat Troso Jepara. Indonesian Small and Medium-Sized-Enterprises give a contribution to GDP of 7% of total GDP in 2012. One factor to improve financial performance is to applicate some perspectives in the balanced scorecard concept through management capabilities, business strategy, and market orientation. The population in this study were 314 businesses, the sampling technique used purposive sampling with criteria that meet on UMKM’s subject by the Law Number 20 of 2008. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results show that the factor of management capabilities, business strategy and market orientation has the coefficient of determination of 54.5% (R2) to the improvement of financial performance. In Partial each independent variable has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable in this study.Keywords: Management Capabilities, Business Strategy and Market Orientation, UMKM’s Financial PerformanceAbstrak: Analisis kinerja keuangan  UMKM Tenun Ikat Troso Jepara. Kontribusi UMKM  terhadap PDB Indonesia sebesar 7% dari total PDB pada tahun 2012. Salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan yaitu dengan menginterpretasi perspektif yang ada dalam konsep balanced scorecard melalui kemampuan manajemen, strategi bisnis dan orientasi pasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 314 pelaku usaha, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sesuai kriteria UU No. 20 tahun 2008. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kemampuan manajemen, strategi bisnis dan orientasi pasar memiliki nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 54,5% terhadap peningkatan kinerja keuangan. Secara parsial masing-masing variabel bebas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Manajemen, Strategi Bisnis, Orientasi Pasar, Kinerja keuangan UMKM
