This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of stock liquidity on the stock price crash risk. Stock liquidity is measured by measuring Trading Volume Activity (TVA). The stock price crash risk is calculated using the negative coefficient formula model of skewness (NCSKEW). The sampling method was purposive sampling. The sample includes 8 consumer goods companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2010 to 2019. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple linear regression analysis models with Eviews9 software. The result shows that stock liquidity has a significant negative effect on stock price crash risk. Size as a control variable also has no significant effect on stock price crash risk. However, the second control variable, price on book value (PBV), has a significant positive effect on stock price crash risk. The results indicate that a critical factor in reducing stock price crash risk is high investor interest to monitor the company's development.

This study examines the relationship between the physical and non-physical work environments on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data is collected using convenience sampling. The total respondents obtained are 41 employees from a company by distributing offline questionnaires. This research is a quantitative approach to causality analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis technique in SmartPLS software version 3.0. This study shows that the physical work environment does not affect employee job satisfaction and turnover intention. The non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The non-physical work environment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. And Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. This research implies that the company is conducting training on internalising company values. The company leaders could better provide direction to subordinates at work and offer promotion opportunities for employees with high work performance. To increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention, companies can also improve the non-physical work environment by implementing employee policies that do not harm the company and its employees, e.g., continuing to provide WFH employees' salaries.

The lack of public awareness about saving is still happening. So far, people's saving behavior is only done when there is a surplus of income after consumption is fulfilled. The fundamental problem faced by humans from birth is the human need to meet their daily needs. Human nature who is always dissatisfied with what they have achieved makes them have to try. There are many ways to do it, including setting aside or saving some of the results of consumption and preparing for the future. Therefore, it is necessary to instill the habit of saving from an early age in children so that their inexhaustible needs in the future can be minimized. This research was conducted on 410 students in Batam related to student’s savings habits. The results of the questionnaires were then processed using SPSS. The test results indicated that there is a significant positive relationship in all tested variables in accordance with the formulated hypothesis. The results of this study are expected to enrich research related to the interest in saving among students as the nation's next generation.
