Abstract

This research determines what can influence financial distress in infrastructure sector companies for 2019-2022. The independent variables used in this research are debt to asset ratio, total asset turnover, and sales growth. In this study, managerial ownership is used as a moderating variable to determine whether it can moderate the relationship between independent variables and financial distress. Using a purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study used 11 infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The data analysis techniques used in this research are logistic regression analysis and moderated regression. The results show that the debt-to-asset ratio positively influences financial distress, total asset turnover does not influence financial distress, and the sales growth variable negatively influences financial distress. Then, managerial ownership cannot be a moderating variable in the debt-to-asset ratio, total asset turnover and sales growth variables. The results of this research can be used as a comparison or reference for research on similar topics. The implications of this research refer to the importance of companies in evaluating financial performance through financial ratios to minimize the risk of financial distress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the influence of liquidity proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), leverage proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA), and activity proxied by Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on profit growth with company size as a moderating variable in infrastructure sector companies. This study includes quantitative research with a population of infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX for 2020-2022. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling method with a sample size of 162 samples from 54 companies. The data analysis technique uses the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results of the study show that the profitability ratio proxied by return on asset has a significant positive effect on profit growth. In contrast, other independent variables, such as liquidity, leverage, and activity, do not significantly affect profit growth. The moderation variable of company size can strengthen the influence of the profitability ratio on profit growth. However, company size cannot strengthen the influence of the liquidity ratio, leverage, and activity on profit growth. The implications of the research results show that Return on Asset (ROA) is very important for the growth of infrastructure company profits. Therefore, companies need to manage the assets they own so that they will increase company profits which will increase profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of store atmosphere and convenience on repurchase intention at coffee shops. As coffee shops have become a popular destination for young professionals to work, study, and socialize, understanding factors that encourage repeat visits is crucial for business sustainability. A quantitative method with an explanatory research design was employed. Data were collected from 97 respondents who had visited Tomoro Coffee at least twice in the last three months. Using purposive sampling, the study applied multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that both store atmosphere and convenience significantly affect repurchase intention. A pleasant and well-designed store atmosphere, including lighting and seating arrangement, contributes to a positive customer experience. Convenience, such as ease of ordering, accessibility, and efficient service, also plays a key role in encouraging repeat purchases. The model explains 67.9% of the variation in repurchase intention. The implications of this study suggest that coffee shops should continue improving its store environment and service convenience. Special attention should be given to aspects with low customer ratings, such as background music and complaint handling. Future research may consider including other influencing variables like price, lifestyle, and service quality to enrich the understanding of customer loyalty in the coffee shop industry.
