Abstract

This paper aims to explain and analyze the epistemological aspects based on the thoughts of Abed al-Jabiri, especially regarding the thinking of three Arabic reasoning of al-Jabiri. The study refers to three thoughts of Arabic al-Jabiri reasoning about epistemology namely: "epistemology of Bayani", the epistemology of Irfani ", and" epistemology of Burhani". The search for the texts relating to the three epistemologies produces several findings in this study, among others: 1) Relevance between three Arabic reasoning that does not always stand alone but all three reasoning are also integrated with each other, even though Arabic reasoning is a formation from a culture; 2) The shift of reasoning culture analyzed using the socio-historical approach to the development of Arabic reasoning makes Jabiri make Arabic reasoning a "thinking structure", each of which has advantages and disadvantages; 3) The criticisms of the reasoning model conducted by Abed al-Jabiri are used to formulate methods of understanding knowledge. The three Arabic reasonings described by abed al-Jabiri rely on aspects emphasized in reason and reality, philosophy and science, and revelation texts and Nash.

Abstract

The complex poverty paradigm is no longer interpreted in the concept of economic incompetence but is also a failure to fulfill one's basic rights. The emergence of the conception of poverty raises the powerlessness of individuals or groups of people to become prosperous individuals for the sake of welfare. In the framework of implementing the Literature Food and Social Protection Program and National Land Agency, harmonization and synergy between institutions at the central level or between institutions / OPD at the regional level and related parties are needed so as to produce effective results. Transformation of Literature into BPNT for a region requires several optimal prerequisite analyzes, one of which is signal optimization and special differences in difficult areas.

Abstract

This paper explored the idea of Neal Robinson in his book, Discovering The Qur'an: A Contemporary Approach To A Veiled Text in order to understand the chronology of surah in the Qur'an. After reading the book, the writer found that there are three strategies to understand the chronology of the surah in the Qur'an; They are investigating the events of occasions of the revelation (asbab an-nuzul), understanding the literature of abrogating and abrogated ayahs (nasikh and mansukh), and categorizing the traditional lists of Meccan and Madinan surahs (Makiyyah and Madaniyyah). By conducting those ways, Robinson proved that asbab an-nuzul should be treated with extreme caution. Then, in some cases, asbab an-nuzul should be limited in order to determine the chronological order of the Qur’an. After that, nasikh and mansukh are used merely for the purpose of determining the chronological order of the Qur’an and did not highlight certain evolution within a period of revelation. Finally, by analyzing Madaniyah and Makiyah surah, it revealed the certainty of the origin and the list of traditional surah in which there were some differences in the determination of the date among the companions. The differences are due to rivalry in the collection of the Qur'an and wrong isnads done by some companions in order to increase their prestige.

Abstract

Depression has become one of the most common psychological disorders and causes health and disability problems worldwide. Many cases of suicide are caused by depression disorder. In Indonesia, the prevalence of depressive disorder is relatively high and occurs in all age ranges. Many factors cause depression disorder; one of them is stress. Stress which is not managed properly can cause several problems such as, low moods, feelings of irritability, sleep disturbances, and changes in cognitive abilities such as reduced concentration. These symptoms can be one of the risk factors for depression. One approach in psychology related to mental health problems is positive psychology. Psychological well-being is a construct of positive psychology that is often used as a form of intervention that focuses on human development. Based on some research results, psychological well-being related to a mental health problem, including depression. The dimensions in psychological well-being are self-acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, and personal growth also have a positive role in mental health. By developing the dimensions of psychological well-being in life, it can be a way to reduce the risk of depression.

Abstract

Tulisan ini difokuskan untuk menjelaskan relasi antara nilai dan aktifitas dakwah dengan kecenderungan demonstrasi sebagai instrumen dalam berdakwah. Adapun permasalahan utama kajian dalam tulisan ini pada dasarnya mengacu pada beberapa permasalahan terkait adanya perubahan paradigma dalam penyampaian pesan-pesan agama (dakwah) serta ’asumsi’ memudarnya rasa kepercayaan kepada sistem hukum dan toleransi atas keragaman dan keberagaman. Kecenderungan dalam bentuk krisis kepercayaan ini dipahami sebagai salah satu potensi masalah yang mengancam keharmonisan hubungan antar umat beragama dan negara. Selanjutnya, dalam konteks perubahan sosial, demonstrasi bermuara dari gejolak sosial yang acapkali berpangkal dari rasa ketidakpuasan sekelompok orang terhadap isu dan persoalan tertentu. Pada tingkatan yang lebih luas dan tinggi, ketidakpuasan ini dapat menyulut protes tidak hanya oleh sekelompok orang dari identitas dan afiliasi yang sama tetapi juga mungkin didukung oleh kelompok berbeda selama isu pemicunya dirasakan sama oleh kelompok-kelompok tersebut. Sejarah dinamika sosial dan peradaban masyarakat dan bangsa banyak ditandai dengan demonstrasi masif yang menggerakkan perubahan.

Abstract

This research was motivated by there is an opportunity for the use of Islamic scholarship concepts that serve as material in Islamic guidance and counseling services to improve self-regulation of santri. the final result proposed in this study is guidance and counseling Gestalt-based Islam can improve self-regulation of santri. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of guidance and counseling Gestalt-based Islam to improve the regulation of boarding school boarding school Al-Falaah Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The population of this study is all students aged 13-14 years. The sample in this research is determined by random assignment technique from a population. The sample in this research is determined by random assignment technique from the population. The total number of samples in this study were 24 santri given intervention in the form of guidance and counseling Gestalt Islam based Data collected by questionnaire, observation, and interview. Gestalt counseling on the basis of Islam is quite effective in improving the self-regulating ability of the students at the boarding school Al-Falaah Pandak Bantul Yogyakarta. Therefore, the findings of the research results can be used as a reference in developing Islamic counseling and counseling to develop the potential of an individual.

Abstract

English is a global language that very important in multidiscipline aspects since it was decided to be international language, include used in da’wah communication. Da’wah communication is communication that done between communicator (da’i) dan communicant (mad’u) to give information and massege having sources of Al-Quran and hadith in other to being called of communicant’s heart to Islamic religion to learn, think, and do in daily activities of life. The important of using English in da’wah communication on the global era are: 1) English can make da’wah communication be easy to give the message to the native speaker audience (mad’u), 2) English as mediator language in solving problem like inter-religious conflict, 3) English can be the foundation for a country to compete other countries, and 4) English as important role holder to spread of understanding about Islam religion.

Abstract

Positive contributions and trends in the tourism sector on Bangka Island, especially in the Matras Tourism Village, need to receive appreciation and support from all stakeholders through the management of environmentally friendly and sustainable tourist objects / attractions. To realize this mission, it is necessary to do ecological propaganda (religious values ​​originating from the Qur'an and Hadith) that are in accordance with the sociocultural characteristics of society. This issue is the subject of discussion in this study, especially regarding the values ​​of ecological preaching implemented in the development program of the Mattress Tourism Village. For this reason, a descriptive-qualitative study was conducted by collecting purposive-snowball data from the sample. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed descriptively-qualitatively so that the values ​​of ecological preaching that had been implemented were identified and the form and process of implementation by the Matras Tourism Village community. The findings show that there are five types of ecological preaching values ​​that have been implemented, namely al-Is (justice), al-Tawazun (balance), al-Intifa 'wa laa al-Fasad (taking benefits without damage), ar-Riayah wa laa al -Israf (nurturing without exaggeration), and al-Tahdits wa al-Istikhlaf (renewal). Unfortunately, the value of al-Tahdits wa al-Istikhlaf is still not optimal due to the quality of science and technology. However, the local community has become more aware and intelligent about the importance of ecological preaching values ​​in the development of Mattress Tourism Village. In the future, besides needing to intensify and harmonize the role of ulama and Umara, it must also be carried out to increase the capacity of religious institutions, knowledge and appropriate technology for program implementers, and to involve community participation in planning, implementing and evaluating the Matras Tourism Village development program.

Abstract

The program of government is ruled by an organization which is pointed out to perform as the first target. But there are not programs of government has not been maximumly ruled by the organization which is pointed. The program of guarantee of national health of the board of social guarantee at The Common Hospital of South Bangka Hospital, Regional Hospital of Pangkalpinang, Bhakti Timah Hospital Pangkalpinang hasn’t succeeded maximum. It is caused by the medical workers haven’t been suitable, the sum of doctors are not enough, the facilities haven’t been enough, a few of socialisations about the programs. It is needed the policy of the government to manage the programs so the service of heath can be touched for all people of South Bangka, Pangkalpinang according to the law of Republic of Indonesia number 24 in the year 2011, the regulation of minister of the heath of Republic of Indonesia number 28 in the year 2014. The policy of government is influenced by four of communication factors, human resource, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, whereas the work of civil government officers to give a service of guarantee of national health, the board of social guarantee at The Common Hospital of South Bangka, The Regional Hospital of Pangkalping, and The Bhakti Timah Hospital hasn’t been ability, motivation, and maximum chance. The utility of the writing to see the work of civil government officers in giving a service of national guarantee, the board of social guarantee.

Abstract

Globalisasi ibarat pisau bermata ganda. Di satu sisi, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang pesat memberi dampak positif bagi perkembangan peradaban manusia. Namun di sisi yang lain, cepatnya perubahan sosial berimbas pada semakin memudarnya nilai-nilai ruhaniyah dan kemanusiaan. Yang muncul adalah kompetisi yang menguatkan gesekan antar-kepentingan --ekonomi, sosial, budaya, politik, agama-- dan mengentalkan rasa saling curiga dan kebencian terhadap orang atau kelompok lain. Akibatnya, terjadi berbagai konflik antarkelompok (SARA/Suku, Agama, Ras, dan Antargolongan), seperti yang terjadi di beberapa wilayah, nasional dan internasional. Maraknya konflik bernuansa SARA ini merupakan problematika dakwah Islamiyah yang perlu menjadi perhatian serius, khususnya bagi para da’i. Untuk itu, para da’i harus mampu “membumikan” dan “mengaktualisasikan” kembali hakikat dan signifikansi dakwah, baik objek dan sasaran, metodologi, manajemen kelembagaan, maupun sumber daya manusia. Selanjutnya, sebagai agent of social change, para da’i mampu membawa perubahan sosial, kehidupan berbangsa dan beragama ke arah yang lebih baik (civil society) serta mewujudkan Islam yang rahmatan lil ‘alamin.
