Abstract

the Direct Procurement Management Information System, which is abbreviated as SIMPeL, is anapplication built by the Ministry of Finance LPSE that is used for the direct procurement process.SIMPeL development is motivated by the difficulty in monitoring and reporting the implementationof direct procurement if it is carried out manually. This study aims to determine the results ofevaluating the level of satisfaction with the implementation of the Direct Procurement ManagementInformation System (SIMPeL) in terms of the Human-Organization Technology (HOT) Fit Model atJambi University. SIMPeL does not escape the measurement of user satisfaction. One of theuniversities that adopted SIMPeL is Jambi University. This evaluation method clarifies all thecomponents contained in the information system itself. The results of the evaluation in this studywere compiled based on the HOT FIT evaluation framework, starting from Human, Organizationand Technology. Based on the results of interviews with seven informants, it was found that usersatisfaction using SIMPeL has a positive effect on system quality on system use, system quality onuser satisfaction, information quality on system users, information quality on user satisfaction,service quality on system use, service quality on user satisfaction. users, user satisfaction with theuse of the system, system users with net benefits, user satisfaction with net benefits andorganizational structure on net benefits in HOT-FIT but in the quality of the system there are fewproblems related to maintenance that occurs in SIMPeL.

Abstract

Based on the results of data calculations and discussions on the research that has been done, the SUS score of 80.9 was obtained from a sample of Jambi University students. On the Grade Scale, the two SUS scores can be seen to be in Grade A, which indicates the score is very good because it is above average. In the Adjective Ratings, it can be grouped that the use of the UNJA ABCD website according to the respondents is classified as excellent (excellent). In Acceptability, the use of the UNJA ABCD website which has been applied to the University of Jambi can be accepted and used in general by respondents. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is in the promoter classification where the respondents in this study will most likely promote or notify the UNJA ABCD website to friends or people around them to be able to use this website. Therefore, it can be concluded from this research that ABCD UNJA is easy to use and can also be accepted by users related to the functionality and features of this website itself.

Abstract

Ruang henti khusus (RHK) sepeda motor adalah RHK sepeda motor secara definisi ialah ruangan yang disediakan pada ujung mulut persimpangan hanya dikhususkan untuk sepeda motor pada saat lampu merah menyala. Di Kota Jambi hampir di setiap persimpangan telah diterapkan Ruang Henti Khusus (RHK) sepeda motor. Menurut pandangan dari masyarakat Kota Jambi RHK di persimpangan tersebut masih belum bisa digunakan sesuai fungsinya dikarenakan masih ada masyarakat yang tidak mengetahui apa fungsi dari RHK tersebut. Untuk meninjau hal tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian evaluasi penerapan RHK pada persimpangan bersinyal Simpang Tiga di Kota Jambi. Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian Untuk dapat diketahui bahwa presentase tingkat keterisian RHK persimpangan simpang 3 Kota Jambi dari 13 simpang yang memiliki 36 pendekat yang memiliki RHK hanya beberapa simpang yang dikatakan berhasil dengan persentase ≥80% yaitu ada 8 pendekat simpang, yang dikatakan cukup berhasil dengan persentase 60%-79% ada 13 pendekat simpang, sedangkan yang tergolong kurang berhasil diterapkan dengan persentase <60% ada 12 pendekat simpang yang ada di Kota Jambi. Untuk penempatan RHK dilihat dari kondisi lalu lintas di persimpangan simpang 3 di Kota Jambi ada 13 simpang dengan 28 pendekat yang sesuai dengan persyaratan kondisi lalu lintas berdasarkan pedoman RHK 2015 dan untuk persyaratan geometrik persimpangan ada 9 simpang dengan 14 pendekat yang sesuai berdasarkan pedoman RHK 2015.

Abstract

A leader has duties and responsibilities in carrying out various kinds of work for his position in the office. The conventional way to manage the work agenda sometimes causes a mismatch in the management of the activity schedule, which most of the time is caused by human error. Therefore, an efficient and effective information system is needed to solve that problem. The Leader's Work Agenda Information System is a web-based information system that is used to manage various information regarding the leader's work agenda and appointments effectively in accordance with the procedures set at Jambi University. This is a software development research that uses the star life cycle development model, in which involves users in every stage of the development process. In every stage of the development process, the users' feedback is needed to make sure the end product meets users' requirements. In this study, software testing will also be conducted to see the errors that occur during and after the development. The testing is conducted using the black box method, where the testing focuses on functional testing to see whether the system can run as expected.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi merupakan kombinasi perangkat lunak serta perangkat keras pada perangkat yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi guna mempermudah pengguna (user) dalam menyimpan, menerima, mengolah, serta mendistribusikan data kepada pengguna (user) lain. Salah satu bentuk aplikasi yang dirancang Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo Kota Jambi) dalam inovasi berbasis teknologi informasi guna mewujudkan Jambi Smart City berbasis IOS dan android yaitu Aplikasi SATU DATA yang telah di luncurkan pada tanggal 3 Oktober 2022. Satu Data Kota Jambi merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan data statistik sektoral Pemerintah Kota Jambi. Kehadiran aplikasi satu data ini merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mewujudkan Program Satu Data Indonesia. Abstract

Dalam era pandemi COVID-19, analisis dan visualisasi data menjadi penting dalam memahami dampak global penyakit ini. Dalam konteks ini, Python, Tableau, dan Power BI adalah alat yang berguna untuk menggambarkan dan menganalisis data COVID-19 di seluruh dunia. Python, sebagai bahasa pemrograman populer, memberikan fleksibilitas dalam mengimpor, membersihkan, dan menganalisis data COVID-19. Tableau, sebagai perangkat lunak visualisasi data interaktif, memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengimpor data COVID-19 dan membuat visualisasi yang kaya dan menarik. Dengan fitur-fitur seperti filter, hierarki, dan tanda, pengguna dapat menjelajahi data dengan lebih dalam dan membuat visualisasi yang informatif, seperti peta yang menunjukkan persebaran kasus COVID-19 atau grafik garis yang menggambarkan tren pertumbuhan. Power BI, sebagai platform bisnis intelegensi, memungkinkan pengguna untuk menggabungkan data COVID-19 dengan data lainnya dan membuat visualisasi yang dinamis. Dengan fitur-fitur interaktif seperti filter, pemilih, dan tindakan, pengguna dapat menggali lebih dalam ke dalam data dan menyajikan informasi COVID-19 secara efektif kepada pemangku kepentingan. Dengan menggunakan Python, Tableau, dan Power BI, pengguna dapat menghasilkan visualisasi data COVID-19 yang informatif, memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang persebaran dan tren penyakit di seluruh dunia. Visualisasi ini dapat digunakan oleh peneliti, pembuat kebijakan, dan masyarakat umum untuk mengambil keputusan berdasarkan informasi yang akurat dan terkini mengenai COVID-19.

Abstract

This study discusses a comparison of customer churn data visualization using Python, Tableau, and Power BI in the banking industry. Churning or switching customers is a major concern for banking companies because it can have a negative impact on the company's revenue and reputation. Data visualization is an effective approach to analyzing customer churn, turning raw data into informative visuals. Python is a multipurpose programming language that can generate data visualizations with the help of libraries such as Pandas and Matplotlib. Tableau is a data visualization software with an intuitive interface that enables the creation of attractive interactive visualizations. Power BI is a data visualization tool that has integrations with other Microsoft business tools. This study uses bank customer datasets and performs data processing and visualization using these three platforms. The conclusion of this research is that the three platforms have their respective advantages and disadvantages, and the selection of the most appropriate platform depends on the needs of the analysis, the user's level of expertise, and the availability of existing resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

This project seeks to utilize the Naive Bayes algorithm to analyze the sentiment in user evaluations of the Quora app on the Google Play Store. This research offers further depth into users' perceptions of Quora using review sentiment analysis, which aids developers in enhancing the user experience. Data from user reviews on the Google Play Store are gathered for this study using the web scraping technique. Data collection, preprocessing, labeling, TF-IDF weighting, data split into training and test data, classification using the Nave Bayes method, and model assessment were the steps of the research. The findings demonstrate that the Naive Bayes algorithm is 88% accurate in classifying the sentiments of user reviews. It is advised to conduct further study to expand data volume, employ feature selection, and boost accuracy.

Abstract

In the system used, the employee attendance system at SMK PGRI 2 Jambi City is still manual, namely using paper media and a list of names and signatures. The manual system can be seen starting from the data collection and calculation of the number of attendance, the number of absences, to the calculation of the number of hours late for employees. Good, fast and efficient attendance data processing, by creating an Android Mobile-Based Employee Online Attendance Application at SMK PGRI 2 Jambi City. Where this application is expected to increase employee discipline, as well as facilitate the processing of employee attendance data, the author uses the Waterfall method in developing this software. employee himself. For testing the application, the author made several questions to teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Jambi City in the form of a questionnaire. As expected the authors of the respondents, totaling 20 people with details of 35% male and 65% female, generally welcomed the implementation of this application.

Abstract

Transportation modeling is one of the methods in operations research used to solve transportation problems by considering various variables and constraints. PT. Unichem Candi Indonesia, which has three factories in different locations, faces a transportation problem in the process of delivering salt from its salt-producing regions. This type of research is applied research that employs a quantitative approach. The objective of this research is to determine the minimal transportation cost while taking into account the demand for salt at each factory. The method used to solve this transportation problem is Vogel’s Approximation Method (VAM) to find the optimal solution. The manual data processing using VAM resulted in a cost of Rp. 45,654,851,000. The researchers also used software such as POM-QM, RStudio, and Google Colab (Python) to validate the accuracy of the manual calculations, and it produced the same result of the minimal cost incurred by PT. Unichem Candi Indonesia for transporting salt from the salt source regions to the destination factories, which is Rp. 45,654,851,000.
