Abstract

The need for public health services at the Rumah Sakit Umum Raden Mattaher-Jambi increasingly bolder increase with population, erratic weather changes, and the pattern of life of Jambi. This will have an impact on increasing the number of patients that can affect the volume of service provision such as medical personnel, medicines, facilities and others. To cope with the impact, it is necessary the calculation/estimation of more specific by using the patient's medical record data at regular intervals. The patient's medical record data modeling is required to get an idea of the pattern of the disease patients. Research data obtained from the patient's medical record periods 2016-2017 throughout the year. This data consists of patients, physicians, diagnose and treatment given. The methods used for the processing of data is to use the method of Association rules and the a priori algorithms. In the data analysis technique applied to medical record Data Mining which consists of problem analysis, data preparation, Data Exploration, Pattern pattern Generation, Deployment, and Monitoring patern. All these measures helped to use Weka applications. The research results showed that the Association patterns of diseases suffered by patients can be known by applying the algorithm of data mining based assocition rule. The existence of this system be known patterns of diseases suffered by patients and treatment given. In addition, it can be known also the range of percentages for each of the cases of the disease occur.

Abstract

This study aims to create an electronic payment information system (e-payment) to facilitate the process of data payment management at Jambi University. This research uses design and creation research strategy. The research used software development method which adapted from Rational Unified Process (RUP) model. RUP is a model with a very flexible process framework that can be customized for various situations in system development. In addition, this study also aims to evaluate information systems developed to determine the level of system usability. Based on the results of research, it is found that with the e-payment system applied to the University of Jambi greatly facilitate and accelerate the processing of payment data. After seeing the user's view of the usefulness of the developed system, the e-payment system is good in adjective rating, grade scale, and system acceptability range. The results of the system usability test show that the e-payment system is in very good category and acceptable by the user.

Abstract

Rapid and diverse data growth is a challenge for managing data. Big Data is a technology that enables data management with 3V characteristics (Volume, Variety, Velocity). This study aims to document the process of building a large data infrastructure using the method of PPDIOO. PPDIOO can be easily described as a method of analyzing the development of computer network installations developed by Cisco. Through a series of steps performed using the PPDIOO method, big data systems can be run that are tested by applying the K-Means algorithm method and Reuters-21578 data. Clustering results show that the more nodes are used the clustering process will be faster.

Abstract

The management of the correspondence of Jambi University is still done manually so it is considered less effective in its management where this condition tend to be slow in handling bureaucracy. In addition, the letter circulated manually is difficult to trace its existence. Documentation letters are poorly organized so the archives are not organized. From these problems, this research aims to Design and build an electronic disposition and correspondence information system that can be able to manage mailing activities. In order to become more effective and efficient. The research method used is Design and Creation with Rapid Aplication Development development model, which consists of Requirement Planning, Design and Implementation Workshop. The developed system also undergoes evaluation phase to know the quality of the Software. The result of this research is Laravel framework and referring to the development model of Rapid Application Development Development. The results of software testing obtain the value of functionality is 1 (good), reliability testing with maturity metrics reliability value obtained 100% and 99.8% (good) .The usability testing obtained 88.09% value is considered very feasible and meet usability aspects. Performance testing sub characteristic time behavior average 0.1505 seconds and 0.487 seconds both tests show that it meets the aspect of efficiency with good value.

Abstract

The appraisal process work achievement officer at University of Jambi is currently based on Government Regulation No. 46 year 2011 about appraisal of work achievements civil servants, which is done once a year. Aspects of appraisal divided into two part, namely Employee Performance Goals (SKP) and Appraisal of Work Behavior. Basis for the appraisal of SKP is based on 4 aspects, namely quantity, quality, time and cost. Appraisal of Work Behaviour based 6 aspects, such as service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation and leadership. To achieve the result of employee performance appraisal required two components that is employee performance target value (60 percents) and work behavior value (40 percents). The final result of this research is design of information systems employee performance appraisal process based on SKP and behavioral appraisal. The method to make the desain using Unified Modelling Language (such as: use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram) and entity relationship diagram. Whereas to rate the user interface design of employee work achievement appraisal information system using System Usability Score (SUS).

Abstract

Batik House Centre Dua Putri is a Small-Medium Micro Enterprise that engaged in Sales and Craftsmanship of Jambi’s Batik, Craftsmanship enterprise nowadays have faced a difficult time. Most of the Craftsman have difficulties in the marketing of the products because of the low demands. The Craftsman only works when there’s an Inquiry. These condition creates a lots of employee loss on most of the existed companies. This research aims to apply an E-commerce that can help promoting and raise the craftsman revenue and can help to give information and make it easier to buy products from Jambi’s Batik House dua putri for the consumers. System development method that used in this research is a DFD,ERD, and Flowchart. Software used for the development of the system is Adobe Dreamweaver and MySql as its database. This research creates an E-Commerce that hopefully can help and facilitate on promoting and sales. The system test results can be summed up that the system have worked Well.

Abstract

Jambi University as an organizer Tridharma college should make the process of evaluation and comprehensive assessment for its commitment to quality and implementation capacity Tridarma college program, in order to realize its vision and mission. Through the assistance efforts of accreditation granted by the Quality Assurance Agency, the University of Jambi sought to conduct a good evaluation and assessment of the commitment of all the courses in the shade in the accreditation. However, in the process, there are still obstacles, which are not already own standard operating procedures (SOP) facilitation of accreditation at Jambi University. There are also constraints on all business processes of accreditation systems that are managed by conventional means and are not yet integrated with information systems. So it takes an act of proper analysis to see the flow of the process of implementing a system of accreditation at Jambi University. Abstract

Paper base record medical record system has been widely used in various health care centers. The system is considered to be no longer reliable in handling medical data, because it causes losses such as easily lost, damaged, difficult to search, hard to read, increasing storage space requirements, excessive activity, and the presentation of information does not make it easier for doctors to diagnose patients based on medical data previous patients. So we need a new system more effective and efficient, both in the use of time, energy, and facilities. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is not a new system in documentation of patient medical records. Case study taken in this research is Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Raden Mattaher Jambi. This study aims to produce EMR system design to improve the quality of patient diagnosis, so that medical mistakes can be prevented, patient data can be accessed directly, can be traced easily, and can provide protection for patient diagnosis more accurate.

Abstract

This research aims to create a system integration using web service that is used to facilitate and facilitate the existing system at jambi university in doing data transaction. The information system that is integrated in this research is, academic information system (SIAKAD), sms broadcast information system, information system of research and service institution (LPPM) and electronic financial information system (ePayment). This integration system was developed using the Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) method. System integration is designed and built by utilizing Anypoint Studio applications. Web service development passes the requirement stage, design analysis from service provider side and service user, implementation, and testing. The testing of this web service integration system refers to Quality of Service (QoS). Web service testing is done by request on each service as much as ± 100, ± 500, ± 1000 and with the request frequency is set at 500ms. The results of web service testing built found that, the measurement of web service performance based on time responders have an average time value below 1.5 seconds. Testing the level of web service availability obtained the value of the highest success rate of 100% and the lowest 94%, this is due to the large amount of data and server capabilities in data processing.

Abstract

Data mining is the two words that are familiar are heard by some people. In the world of business data mining is often utilized to support the company's business strategies or formulate. Not only in business, data mining is also utilized in various other areas of education, agriculture, animal husbandry, and medicine. This research was conducted in the classification of the patient sufferer hepatisis B use classification and refression trees (CART) to generate a decision tree that can be implemented to predict the life expectancy of the patient sufferer hepatitis B. After doing this research, produced a decision tree with 93.6% prediction accuracy.
