<![CDATA[The determination of the best village winners every year is carried out by the community and village empowerment office in North Lampung Regency is one of the government's efforts in advancing the village. The best village assessment activities still use traditional methods where in determining the best village winners as has been applied in the Community Empowerment Office and the village is considered less able to present accurate information, so it is feared that it will affect the assessment of villages that participate in village competitions and the length of time of completion of work. The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system to assist in the determination of the best village winners. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results of the calculation of criteria and sub-criteria can determine the results of village values of the best village winners obtained the highest value in V9 village with a value of 1.56 from the data output process of 23 data. The output of this system is in the form of ranking each village that has been assessed so as to produce recommendations for decision making in determining the best village winner. Advice for community and village empowerment agencies to be able to use this system because this system uses simple additive weighting (SAW) data processing method is a method of weighted summing of performance rating on each alternative on all attributes. This SAW method only generates the greatest value that will be chosen as the best and more efficient alternative because the time required in the calculation is shorter.]]>

<![CDATA[Handayani General Hospital is a hospital that provides health services, especially in the people of North Lampung. Since its inception until now, the system used in processing employee salaries is still using conventional bookkeeping, so that calculating the employee's salary is still not fast and precise and the validity of the data generated is questionable. To solve this problem, a salary data processing application based on the Visual FoxPro program was designed with the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) design method. This application is designed to help the finance department more easily manage their salary data. The result of this research is an application that can improve the performance of Handayani Hospital staff in managing their salary data. Salary calculation error rate can also be reduced by using this application.]]>

<![CDATA[BPJS Kesehatan Kotabumi Lampung Utara especially (JKN) Mandiri in the marketing section felt the importance of information technology facilities, especially in the processing of data recipients jkn Mandiri program, as well as the making of reports in the JKN Mandiri section because the current system is still found some obstacles such as errors in processing data, the level of computer thoroughness that is still simple in finding data because of human accuracy that is not always correct and the collection of data on the receipt of the JKN Mandiri program containing participant files are still mixed in in some folders and that will also slow down the search in making reports. Based on existing problems the author built a new application using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 because it has several advantages such as user friendly, no data redundation, consistent data, and easier report creation so that it is very helpful for BPJS Health Kotabumi North Lampung to present accurate and more efficient information to support health insurance services provided to the community. This research This study uses the waterfall method, which produces menus to make it easier for BPJS Kesehatan Kotabumi employees to input JKN Mandiri data. The conclusion of this study is that with this application, employees at BPJS Kesehatan Kotabumi will be facilitated in processing the data of the community receiving the JKN Mandiri program and the results of this application are more reports so that work can be completed more quickly.]]>

<![CDATA[The Era of Information Technology makes almost all manual service systems replaced with information technology-based services managing data on a large scale. In SMK Negeri 1 Kotabumi technology used for the processing of goods data in computer laboratory is still using a simple computer that is by utilizing microsoft office word. Processing of goods data in computer laboratories with microsoft word can indeed be done well, but with microsoft word stored data is still in the form of files that are fragmented, cendrung exposed to viruses and difficult to find. This research use SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method and the outcome is an application that’s make it easier to report the data of goods in the computer laboratory. The application of the program is expected to be a good way out in terms of recording reports of goods in the computer laboratory. The conclution of this research is by using the visual application foxpro makes it easier to input report data thereby reducing report creation errors.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic boarding schools are one of the models of educational institutions that guide their students for 24 hours. Therefore an application is needed that can help manage licensing data as well as santri violations that occur while the students are in the boarding school environment.In its activities managing data on exit permits and disciplinary violations of students, the Assalam Blambangan Islamic Boarding School, Blambangan Pagar sub- district has not implemented a computerized system. In addition, data transparency has also not been properly fulfilled because the old system did not yet have a form of reporting activities for exit permits and disciplinary violations of students to their guardians.Researchers designed a system using an application capable of producing reports both in print and via short message for quick notification. This application designed using Borland Delphi 7 with the prototype method. In performing the main tasks, kalicinta village has a function of serving the community, improving the quality of community services, promoting community empowerment.Government aperature that regulates its territory orderly and secure and carry out the development of a more advanced society. Because this agency has not been fully computerized included in the data processing system of the population, then the activity undertaken is still not effective.The problems that are common in the population system in the village kalicinta is not efktifnya in the data collection and information obtained is not fast, sometimes the data have been obtained hard to get back because it is less developed as much as possible and less effective as well as in storage and search population data yaang In and out still use the ledger.After doing various analysis related to the above conclusions then the authors provide suggestions and opinions that can be used as a guide or picture to repeat the problem in processing the data of residents in the village kalicinta. Then the authors make a thesis with the title "computerized system data population villages kalicinta district Kotabumi based visual basic".Hope is able to help and provide the best solution for the village office.]]>

<![CDATA[The communication process always happens all the time. Various communication tools developed and used to support the achievement of the communication process. Various models of communication tools can be found, either in the form of physical (hardware) or in the form of applications (software). Interconnected computers allowing users to communicate with each other and share information.In practice, computer network users are often faced with communication problems between users. The existence of such applications can support the successful use of a computer network within an agency.Chat application is used as a medium of communication among fellow computer users connected in a network, whether through text, image, or sound.The built application uses the program aspect implemented into the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm used as the standard cryptographic algorithm of Caesar Chiper. AES itself is a cryptographic algorithm by using a caesar chiper algorithm that can encrypt and decrypt data blocks. This software development is done in several stages of developer method, some of the stages, namely requirement analysis, system design, implementation, system testing and maintenance.]]>

<![CDATA[SDN 01 Banjar Sakti is an elementary school located in Gunung Labuhan District, Way Kanan Regency, which was founded in 1997.The system for the recapitulation of student report cards at SDN 01 Banjar Sakti still uses manuals by its homeroom teacher, so it is very prone to errors and the length of time it takes to do it. that matter.The current student score writing system is still very manual and very troublesome for the homeroom teacher in writing or replacing incorrect data.Based on these conditions, the researcher took the initiative to make a report card processing application designed using the prototype method and made with Borlan Delphi, so that it is hoped that it can help the school in carrying out its duties and save work time and minimize errors that can occur. This application only discusses value recapitulation so that the resulting report is only a recap of values.]]>

<![CDATA[The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) of Health is a public legal entity established to organize a health insurance program for all Indonesians, both among the lower and upper levels and employees of private and non-private companies. BPJS Health of Kotabumi branch in cooperation with Health Facility of First Level (FKTP) of Puskesmas in Regency of Lampung Utara, amounting to 26 Puskesmas. Based on the total number of Puskesmas, BPJS Health has activity in every month that is payment of BPJS Health claim specially on delivery at Puskesmas in North Lampung Regency. In the implementation of BPJS Health claim payments on report generation is still done using Microsoft Excel. The problems found in these activities are as in collecting separate data, the occurrence of error in human error in recording data claims payments because often the occurrence of redundancy of data repeatedly caused duplication of data caused by the user in doing penginputan data.Based on these problems then the researcher makes a payment system BPJS FKTP claims of labor by using waterfall method and Visual Basic 6.0 to make the application. Data collection methods are interview method, observation method, literature study method, with the purpose of assisting in making the required reports obtained quickly, precisely and facilitate the search data that can improve the effectiveness of work.]]>
