Abstract

Computers are one of the information technologies that are widely used to facilitate human life today. Computer technology also has a very important impact in various fields such as in the fields of business, business, environment, medicine and agriculture. Computer technology began to be applied in agriculture with the aim of facilitating agricultural activities, such as for automatic watering using a microcontroller.Microcontroller is a chip that functions as an electronic circuit controller and generally can store programs, and consists of CPU, memory, I / O. The design of this tool is based on the Atmega328 Microcontroller which is a chip or Integrated Circuit in which there is a processor and a flash memory that can be read with Arduino Uno.The method used in the automatic watering research on plant media based on Arduino Uno with Prototype. Several stages that need to be considered are the watering stage which detects the moisture in the soil which will automatically water when the soil is dry.

Abstract

In Kalibalangan Village, South Abung District, North Lampung Regency, in determining who deserves to receive housing assistance, proper data processing is needed so that it is hoped that residents who really need housing assistance can be achieved. Determining the population, which was previously done using this traditional method, needs to be made a Decision Support System (DSS) that is able to process data from criteria effectively so that it can produce accurate data. The purpose of this decision support system is to be able to determine which residents are truly considered eligible to receive housing assistance. The method used for this research is the Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. This method is used for the selection of livable housing beneficiaries. The results of the calculation using the sample method used were 15 people with a population of 55. From the sample for ranking results for the Technique For Others Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method, the highest score was Taridi with a value of 1 and the lowest value was Supardi with a score of 1 0.2159, and the results of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) ranking, the highest ranking value is Taridi with a value of 1.45 and the lowest value is Supardi with a value of 0.95. From the results of calculations using the Maen Square Error (MSE) method for the Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution method with 31835.3 results and for the Simple Additive Weighting method with 31608.3 results. So that the result closest to 0 is the most optimal Simple Additive Weighting method to use.

Abstract

With the addition of new students who continue to increase every year, the need for services related to re-registration, Education Support Contributions (SPP), odd and even semester examination fees need to be increased and developed in improvements to the existing system, namely the manual system. Based on these problems, the researchers created an administrative payment system using the waterfall method with pure PHP programming language with MySQL database, and waterfall as a research method. With the implementation of this system, it is expected to be able to overcome obstacles regarding delays and inaccuracies in reports related to administrative problems at SMK Septi Jaya. With the payment application, it can assist employees in processing report data.

Abstract

Bukit Kemuning Village, Bukit Kemuning Subdistrict, North Lampung Regency, which has not utilized information technology, so far, processing visit schedule data, especially employees in Bukit Kemuning Subdistrict, is still mostly done by writing in a ledger when guests visit, in addition to general problems in service schedule visits. What is done in the ledger is the management of quite a lot of employee visit data where per day they get 10 employee visits consisting of visits to the Village, Village Hall, Health Center and Islamic Boarding School both visit data and administrative data owned by Bukit Kemuning District, resulting in data redundancy, data integration, human error, and late information. In its development, the waterfall method has several sequential stages, namely: requirements (needs analysis), system design (system design), Coding (coding) & Testing (testing), Verification (Implementation), Maintenance (maintenance). System analysis is the elaboration of a complete system application into various component parts with the intention of being able to identify or evaluate various kinds of problems and obstacles that will arise in the system so that later improvements or development can be made. It is hoped that further researchers will add accuracy in making a visit schedule so that they can make decisions. Users of this application are expected to pay attention to its development and maintenance for the sake of carrying out a good job.

Abstract

At SMAN 4 Kotabumi, North Lampung Regency, the guidance and counseling process only uses the offline method, namely students come to the guidance and counseling room and are served by school guidance and counseling teachers, so that to do guidance and counseling takes a long time and students feel embarrassed to do guidance and counselling. And it can be seen from the data reports that there are very few students who do guidance and counseling. So to overcome this problem the author tries to propose an online guidance and counseling information system that can facilitate students at SMAN 4 Kotabumi. The method used for this research is the Waterfall method. The program used to create this program is using Macromedia Dreamweafer, phpmyadmin database using Mysql. The results of this guidance and counseling information system design are that there are several menus that can facilitate students and teachers, including the master menu, student menu, violation and assessment consultation menu as well as several automatic correspondence and automatic calculation of violations.

Abstract

Shop Hadi is one of the private companies which is located on the Candimas highway, established in 2015 where the company is engaged in field electronic goods sales which is used in daily activities such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, dispencer and other.this store still requires xpansion of the business of selling products that are provided. Hadi store have problems how to promote products or goods and expand in gettimg customers, both inside and oytside the region. This method of selling or marketing electronic goods is manual in the sense that the buyer must come to the store to buy the product. Seeing this limitation, then i as a writer want to create an online sales information system or can be called e-commerce. e-commerce (Electronic Commerce) is a system of buying and selling that is onine, where a buyer does not need to come to a store or a company to buy an item, it is hoped that with this online sales system that shop owner can reap more profits than usual and can make it easier to promote the product.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in the business world makes companies have to be smart in looking at the opportunities and needs of the community, so the company issues a Refinancing program for consumers who want to guarantee their vehicles and payments for these vehicles are made in installments. So far, customers who will apply for Refinancing at PT. FIFGROUP Kotabumi must submit the requirements for a photocopy of e-KTP, photocopy of KK, photocopy of income, photocopy of bank statement and photocopy of electricity account. In determining the provision of Refinancing, it is still prioritizing the analysis of employees who are tasked with surveying the condition of consumers who will apply for Refinancing at FIFGROUP Kotabumi, so that in determining credit recipients it is sometimes not objective so that bad loans often occur which hinder the circulation of money at FIFGROUP Kotabumi.Decision Support System (DSS) is one of the company's solutions that helpmake decisions about consumers who are eligible or not eligible for Refinancing. To design a decision support system, a calculation method is needed that is used to solve problems with many criteria. One of the calculation methods used is the Technique For Others References By Simillarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The basic concept of the TOPSIS method is based on the concept that the best alternative not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but also has the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution, thus the TOPSIS method is very suitable for calculating the determination of prospective Refinancing recipients. The results of this built decision support system can produce more objective decisions. Resulted in 6 accepted and 4 rejected customers which can be used as a recommendation for determination to PT. FIFGROUP Kotabumi Branch.

Abstract

Damage and various kinds of computer problems today are very common.This happens because the computer is used too often and lacks maintenance andservice. Many of the users are unable to repair damaged computers due to lack ofknowledge. A computer expert or technician is a person who can identify and repaircomputer malfunctions. However, expert availability is not always available.An expert system is a system that can imitate the decision-making ability of anexpert. Expert systems make maximum use of knowledge like an expert to solveproblems. Therefore, an expert system is needed to help people find out the problemwith damage to the computer and the solution. Here the author makes an expertsystem for identifying computer damage using a Forward Chaining that is veryaccessible.The application of the computer damage identification expert systemimplemented by the Forward Chaining runs well and can identify computer damageand provide solutions. With this system, the author hopes to help computer or laptopusers to diagnose computer damage.

Abstract

SMK Septi Jaya Kotabumi, North Lampung, the first developing vocational high school. Currently, SMK Septi Jaya Kotabumi, North Lampung, has also begun to be seen and recognized. As a Vocational High School in North Lampung. In 2020, the total number of students at SMK Septi Jaya Kotabumi, North Lampung, is 88 students and the scholarship program in class XII, which involves 20 students, must comply with the rules and criteria that have been used as parameters by SMK Septi Jaya Kotabumi, North Lampung. The criteria used consist of 4 criteria, namely, parental income, student grades, KIP cards (Kartu Indonesia Pintar), and extracurriculars. which is still manual by selecting students based on behavior and achievement so that it is less efficient and is still influenced by human traits. In terms of efficiency and accuracy, the manual system is still lacking, so the author makes an idea to create a decision-making system. Decision-making system is a system created to process the required information based on certain criteria.

Abstract

At the Kotabumi Selatan District Office, North Lampung Regency, the process for selecting the best employees only relies on the collected data and does not use criteria or methods, but only uses the presence or absence of employees, so as to determine who is entitled to become the best employee the results are not in accordance with reality. employees who really do a good job are not even elected as the best members and vice versa employees who are not right get the title. This is because in the selection there is no determination of the best employee weight value so it is less effective and allows the occurrence of inaccurate data and the results will cause suspicion and suspicion of other employees at the Kotabumi Selatan District Office, North Lampung for honesty in selecting employees. The method used for this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method used for weight calculation, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, this method is used for employee selection rankings. The results of the calculations using the method with a population of 15 people. From that population for ranking results. For the simple additive weighting (SAW) method, the highest ranking value is Anisa Oktaviani, SE.MM with a value of 1.42.
