Abstract

Optimal marketing strategies can increase the number of visitors. However, several problems in the Grand Saota Syariah Hotel's marketing strategy. Firstly, there is no official website for the Grand Saota Syariah Hotel. Secondly, there is no price promotion banner from the Grand Saota Syariah Hotel. This research aims to determine the application of the marketing mix for the Grand Saota Syariah Hotel, as well as the marketing strategy for the Grand Saota Syariah Hotel to attract non-Muslim consumers. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research to describe the situation at the Syariah Grand Saota Hotel. Types of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and reading sources. The results of the marketing strategy research for the Grand Saota Syariah Hotel show 1) the application of the marketing mix consisting of seven Ps (7Ps), namely: Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Process, People, and Physical Evidence, the product offers the principle of service to the community. However, in the name of competition prices, the Grand Saota Syariah Hotel considers the prices of other hotels in Soppeng City so that customers or guests do not move to the hotel.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the form of management of tourism which includes planning to optimizing Paputo Beach as a tourist attraction. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research which describes the situation at Paputo Beach. Types of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation studies. The results of the research show that Paputo Beach management planning has planned several things in destination development including improving facilities and infrastructure, developing attractions such as adding jetsky and banan boat rides as well as adding tourist attractions such as live music and also adding local culinary menus that can be enjoyed. attracting tourists to Paputo Beach. The management of Paputo Beach has implemented various efforts, programs and policies to develop tourist destinations at Paputo Beach. Namely the construction and development of infrastructure, promotion and improvement of environmental quality. Regarding the principles of sharia tourism development, Paputo Beach has fulfilled several principles so that Paputo Beach can be used as a tourist destination with a sharia concept in the future with various improvements, requires the readiness of human resources and requires seriousness and optimal support from stakeholders.

Abstract

Mappadendang culture is a traditional tradition passed down from generation to generation that is still maintained and held in South Sulawesi. The aim of this research is to identify the potential for sharia tourism reflected in mappadendang culture, evaluate the potential for the attraction of mappadendang culture to become a tourist attraction in Suppa District. This research uses descriptive qualitative. This method was chosen to enable an in-depth understanding of how tourism potential can be integrated into mappadendang culture. Through interviews, observation and documentation. The focus of this research is to analyze the cultural potential of mappadendang in the context of sharia tourism. The results of research on the cultural potential of mappadendang from a sharia tourism perspective in Suppa District, specifically in Alakkang Hamlet, Maritengngae Village, show that the cultural potential of mappadendang is in line with sharia principles. These include dance movements and musical rhythms, traditional clothing, and the cultural meaning of Mappadendang itself. So this tradition has the potential to be used as a cultural tourism attraction, especially tourism with a sharia concept, with the required role of various tourism stakeholders and stakeholders in the Suppa District area so that the promotion of mappadendang culture needs to be maximized in the wider community.

Abstract

Sulili Hot Springs tourist attraction requires optimal management to increase the flow of tourist visits. Several problems in managing the Sulili Hot Springs tourist attraction. The aim of this research is to determine the Muslim-friendly management of the Sulili Hot Springs tourist attraction and the strategy for managing the Sulili Hot Springs tourist attraction as a tourism development in Pinrang Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the management of the Sulili hot springs tourist attraction need for improvements to the entrance to the bathing area for the comfort and safety of visitors. In carrying out this management, the local government is considered to be still not optimal, due to the limited number of experts or human resources and the lack of public knowledge about management, this tourist attraction has not been optimal in managing and developing the Sulili Hot Springs tourist destination.

Abstract

Puncak Bila Sidrap Tourism Park has the natural and environmental potential to be developed into a business, thus including agriculture, plantations, cattle, and transportation. The purpose of the research was to examine how Puncak Bilal Tourism Park's management contributed to increased visitor arrival. The research method employed was qualitative, with primary and secondary data collected by observation, documentation, and documentation. Data processing procedures include observation, interviewing, and documentation. The findings of this study show that the Tourism Office has established a management role in the field, and the management is still working to plan the Tourism Office's future development. The tourism industry's organizational structure has a basic structure in the functions of each and carries out monitoring and evaluation in a structured and continuous manner, while the main tourism management system is reviewed from Sharia tourism, particularly in terms of road planning and management deficiencies. This is due to a lack of awareness of management and local government about the planning and management of Sharia-compliant tourism road networks.

Abstract

This study discusses preserving culture. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Tolotang Hindu community in maintaining traditions or culture in the Towani Tolotang Hindu community in Amparita Village, Sidrap Regency.The type of research used is qualitative and uses primary and secondary data obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of this study focuses on how the Towani Tolotang Hindu community maintains its culture or customs in the present. The customs of the Towani Tolotang Community have several levels that are quite different from what is done by the Bugis community around it in general, such as in farming activities, death ceremonies, and in their worship rituals.This is what characterizes the Towani Tolotang community located in Amparita Village, Sidrap Regency. The Towani Tolotang Community in preserving its culture has various efforts made, one of which has the principle, namely 1) Tettong, which means standing, meaning being consistent in our stance, especially those related to the teachings of the beliefs that we adhere to. 2) Lempu, meaning straight, meaning trustworthy in both attitude and action that does not cause doubt to others and can also mean honest and responsible., 3) Tongeng, meaning true, meaning true in attitude and action, also means that humans always try to uphold the right things. 4) Temmangingngi, meaning never stop trying and being patient and also has the meaning of being steadfast and patient in carrying out positive activities. 5) Temmappasilaingeng, meaning fair without discrimination.

Abstract

Binanga Karaeng Tourism has the potential to be developed into a Sharia tourism destination in Pinrang Regency. With a variety of objects and natural beauty that it has and a large area that is the attraction of the tourist itself. This study discusses the Governance of Binanga Karaeng Tourism Village as a Sharia tourism destination. The purpose of this study is to determine the tourism potential, governance and analysis of sharia tourism in Binanga Karaeng Tourism Village in Lembang reviewed from a Sharia Perspective. The type of research used is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of this study is the Potential and Governance of Tourism Villages. The results of this study indicate that Binanga Karaeng tourism regarding its potential, this beach has potential starting from nature/marine such as the standing of coconut trees in each tour and man-made such as the availability of gazebos and cafes, the potential of the tourism village in Binanga Karaeng in Lembang can be said to have the potential as sharia tourism because in terms of infrastructure such as the availability of prayer rooms at several tourist points, surrounding sellers and services using hijab and providing halal drinks. Meanwhile, for the governance in the Binanga Karaeng Tourism Village, namely (1). The form of related participation is government involvement and community involvement, (2). Involvement of all stakeholders, the role of stakeholders is needed to optimize the implementation of tourism development, one of the stakeholders involved in tourism development is the government, private sector and community, (3). Local ownership partnership, partnerships carried out by the local government such as entrusting tourism support equipment to several business actors and businesses to be rented to tourists, (4). Sustainable utilization of resources, including the utilization of human resources, natural resources, cultural resources, (5). Accommodating the aspirations of local communities, local communities are given space to do business in their own areas so that it is very profitable for those who sell food and drinks, then create attractions such as banana boots for visitors who come to visit, (6). Environmental carrying capacity.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in Increasing Tourist Visits in Pinrang Regency (1) To examine the efforts of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in increasing Tourist Visits in Pinrang Regency (2) To find out how the sharia economic review of the Efforts of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports in Increasing Tourist Visits in Pinrang Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative approach and uses primary and secondary data types obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted on January 17-February 2023. The results of this study indicate that the role of the government of the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Pinrang Regency in promoting the potential of sharia tourism in the city of Pinrang. This also highlights the importance of media promotion strategies, such as Facebook, Instagram and other social media. The review of sharia economics in expanding the halal industrial area in Pinrang Regency is a tourism concept that can be seen from halal food, places of worship, and hotels that provide facilities for tourists.

Abstract

Optimal management of Lowita Beach can increase the flow of tourist visits. Several problems in the development of Lowita Beach tourism. First, waste management is not optimal, second, supporting facilities are inadequate, third, related to the application of sharia principles in the Lowita Beach area. So this study aims to determine the form of management at Lowita Beach which includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and review of sharia tourism towards optimizing management at Lowita Beach. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research that describes the situation at Lowita Beach. The types of primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and from reading sources. The focus of this study is on optimizing the management of Lowita Beach as a tourist destination in Suppa District, Pinrang Regency, which is reviewed from the perspective of sharia tourism. The results of the study Optimizing the management of Lowita Beach show 1) The planning of Lowita Beach management has planned several things in destination development including: Improving facilities and infrastructure, adding rides, and cleaning the environment. Intended to develop and make improvements in order to increase tourist visits to Lowita Beach. 2) The management of Lowita Beach has implemented various efforts, programs, and policies in developing tourist destinations in Lowita Beach. Namely the construction and development of infrastructure, promotion, improving environmental quality, and developing Human Resources. 3) Evaluation conducted by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Pinrang Regency. Waste management is a major problem in developing tourist destinations in Lowita Beach. 4) From the review of Sharia Tourism related to the principles of developing sharia tourism in Lowita Beach, it has fulfilled several principles so that Lowita Beach can be used as a tourism with a sharia concept in the future with various improvements, because the development of sharia tourism destinations requires readiness of human resources and requires seriousness and concentration, as well as optimal support from various parties.

Abstract

This study discusses the potential of Al-fath Stira Paradise beach as a Sharia tourism destination based on the formulation of the problem, namely (1). What is the form of the potential of Al-fath Stira Paradise beach as a tourist destination in Kampung Serang, Pinrang Regency, (2). What are Al-fath Stira Paradise's efforts in supporting the tourism sector in Pinrang Regency, (3). What is the review of sharia tourism on the potential and role of Al-fath Stira Paradise in Kampung Serang, Pinrang Regency. The purpose of this study (1). To identify the form of the potential of Al-fath Stira Paradise beach as a tourist destination in Kampung Serang, Pinrang Regency, (2). To confirm Al-fath Stira Paradise's efforts in supporting the tourism sector in Pinrang Regency, (3). To analyze the review of sharia tourism on the potential and role of Al-fath Stira Paradise in Kampung Serang, Pinrang Regency. The type of research used is qualitative using a phenomenological approach, primary and secondary data types obtained by observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies. While the data processing techniques are observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. The focus of this study is to focus on the potential of Al-fath Stira Paradise beach as a tourist destination in Serang Village, Pinrang Regency, Al-fath Stira Paradise's efforts to support the tourism sector in Pinrang Regency, a review of sharia tourism on the potential and role of Al-fath Stira Paradise in Serang Village, Pinrang Regency. The results of this study indicate that Al-fath Stira Paradise Beach has potential, in the form of natural/marine potential and man-made potential, to support this tourism into a sustainable tourism sector requires serious development and focus on goals, Al-fath Stira Paradise beach tourism is worthy of developing into sharia tourism by meeting the requirements/criteria of the OIC (Organization of Islamic Conference) formulation and in accordance with Islamic law.
