Abstract

 The purpose of this study was to membukti whether the competence of human resources, commitment, use of information technology, education owner, and qualitative financial report on the implementation of Financial Accounting Standards Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) on SMEs in Pangkalpinang. Of the population, sampling be carried out so that the 100 respondents who then performed the sampling cluster sampling. The results showed formed two factors, namely first is qualitative financial statements and the second factor is the education of the owner. Lowest variable is socialization, it obtained information from respondents who claimed to have been entirely done about SAK ETAP dissemination of relevant parties such as the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs Pangkalpinang, Universities, and the Indonesian Institute of Accountants ( IAI) Territory of the Pacific Islands.

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine whether the effect of  current ratio, debt to equity ratio,and  return on assets to  price earnings ratio on the Coal Mining Industry Company. Population used amounts 21 companies. Samples were obtained amounts 14 companies using purposive sampling method of sample selection. Hypothesis tests used are f test, t test, and the coefficient of determination.The results showed that variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets have a significant effect to price earning ratio simultaneously. Debt to equity ratio and return on assets have a significant effect to price earning ratio. While current ratio have no effect to price earnings ratio partially.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of entrepreneurial achievement subject to student interest in entrepreneurship Department of Business Administration Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. The population in this study were 133 people, and the sample in this study was 40 people. The statistical analysis used was a simple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis of the obtained effect of learning achievement (x) 8,2% of the interest in entrepreneurship (y), while the remaining 91,8% is influenced by other factors. Althogh significant influence but is still very small, it can be caused by values, entrepreneurial behavior, characteristics, and entrepreneurial character not owned by business administration students Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya.

Abstract

This research to analysis of Effect of Credit Sales and Operating Expenses Against Acceptance Time Results of Operations (SHU) Cooperative BMT Tarbiyah Palembang. The research data sourced from financial statements cooperative BMT Tarbiyah Palembang. Model analysis used simple linear regression where the variables used in this study consisted of free variable, namely: credit sales (XI), operating expenses (X2), and the dependent variable is the balance of the (Y). In accordance with the results of statistical analysis, it turns out jointly and variable partial credit sales and operating expenses had a significant effect on the balance of the (SHU) at BMT cooperative Tarbiyah Palembang.

Abstract

In era of reform and in the global era Indonesian nation, it is no wonder if many aspects will affect the national defense both in terms of ideology, political, economic, social, and cultural aspects of defense and security. The realization economic resilience is reflected in the nation's economic condition is capable of maintaining a healthy economic stability and dynamic, independent, highly competitive, realize the prosperity of the people are fair and equitable.Economic development is directed on the stability of economic resilience through a healthy business climate and utilization of science and technology, availability of goods and services, maintenance of environmental functions, and improve competitiveness within the global economy.

Abstract

This research was conductedat the Polyclinic Pusri Yazri PT (Persero) Palembang,  to determine patient satisfaction index in Yazri clinic. By using non-probability sampling method, the research instrument in the form ofa questionnaire distributed to the patients as respondents determined by purposive sampling technique. Determination of the numberof samples based on the calculation of Roscoe. As for the tools used in the analysis with Microsoft Excel, which will be converted back into service satisfaction index, and the results showed that the index patient satisfaction scores with service quality Yazri clinic located at 83 or excellent ratings.

Abstract

The success of the organization in achieving its goals beginning of the commitment between the owners and members of the organization, by empowering human resources through improvement and employee development and programmed regularly and provide compensation /remuneration in accordance with the developments and changes in the organization, so the impact on the employees and owner satisfaction organization (community).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how large the expenditure elasticity of the district/city in South Sumatra province to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP) of her. In analyzing the problem is with the description and the statical analysis. Data obtained from the Provincial Government and the Central Bureau Stisitk South Sumatra, in the form of time series data and cross section data. To get the elasticity number of economic indicators to the two areas above, the data entered into a linear regression model in the form of logarithms. Logarithmic linear regression model is known as Constant Elasticity. Theoretical basis is a constant elasticity theory and the theory of government spending (government expenditure. The results of the study found that there is a positive relationship between the variables are very closely by local government districts/ cities with GDP district /city. However, the elasticity relationship to them is not elastic (inelastic). This means that although government spending district/city become an inseparable part of the component of regional economic growth, but increase the number of local government spending is not too responded positively by GDP district/city.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the administration of fixed assets on public accountability. The sample used was 30 OPD in Palembang. The analytical technic used is multiple regression analysis. The novelty of this research, the administration of fixed assets analyzed refers to Permendagri Number 19 of 2016, covering the dimensions of bookkeeping, inventory and reporting. Public accountability is seen from the accountability of policies, programs, processes, as well as honesty and law. The results showed partially that the inventory and reporting variables had a positive and significant influence while bookkeeping did not have a positive and significant influence on the public accountability, and simultaneously had significant effect.

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of leadership styles and entrepreneurial orientation on the business performance of small business of trade and restaurant in Palembang. Survey research design was adopted and data were collected using a structured questionnaire with ninety nine respondent were selected using random sampling. Multiple regression were analytical techniques. The findings revealed that there were positive and significant effect of leadership on business performance. There were positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance. The findings can be generalized that leadership styles were the dominant form of leaderships displayed by the owner and entrepreneurial orientation helped improved the business performance of the small business of trade and restaurant in Palembang.
