Abstract

Recording of drug sales and purchase transactions is a process carried out at the Lillis pharmacy. Currently the transaction process is done manually or still using books that can cause difficulty in knowing the amount of drug stock, the slow recording of transactions, the difficulty of finding expired drug data, the drug return process has difficulty in finding so many transaction notes, bad possibilities that can occur is if the memorandum is lost before the transaction data is entered into the report book, the slowness of making sales and purchasing reports. The purpose of the research is the design, development and application of the drug distribution process using a Java-based NetBeans IDE information system. The design of the information system is modeled into diagrams in UML (Unified Modeling Language) and the method of developing the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The test results of the Pharmacy Information System obtained 99% of the interfaces tested properly. The research data was taken from Lillis Pharmacy in 2019. This research is expected to be able to help Lillis Pharmacy to simplify and speed up the processing of drug sales and purchase data optimally.

Abstract

Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) states that Indonesia's electricity consumption in 2017 reached 1,012 kWh per capita, up 5.9 percent from the previous year. Utilization of potential mechanical energy sources for electric water pumps as part of the need for household electrical equipment has the opportunity to be developed into a hybrid source through the mechanism of conversion of mechanical energy into electricity through direct current (DC) mini generators. Mini DC generator is a modified component unit which converts mechanical energy into DC electrical energy which is connected to the shaft where the electric motor fan pumps water. When an electric water pump is used in daily use in the household, mechanical energy that arises in the electric motor is used to produce dc electrical energy through a mini generator that is coupled to the water pump motor. DC electrical energy from the conversion of the mini generator will be supplied to the mini generator unit as a tool that functions to change the dc to dc or dc to ac voltage which is practical for the purposes of electricity backup or as an alternative source of additional household-scale energy with a hybrid source. The mini generator set unit is equipped with an Auto Transfer Unit (ATS) unit and a charger cut-off battery charger unit. The working principle of ATS uses relay components, which is when the main power source experiences blackouts or interference, then the ATS unit will automatically divert the main electrical energy supply to an additional electrical energy source or hybrid source. This research produced a hybrid system modification method to sustain electrical energy of 17.2 kWh and a cost savings of Rp. 10,398 every month, the application was in the form of a prototype product supporting a mini generator capacity of 500 watts pure sine wave (PSW) with an energy source from modification of a hybrid mini generator.

Abstract

Infrastruktur perekonomian dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, memperlancar proses distribusi barang dan jasa serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional dunia usaha. Infrastruktur perekomian juga mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam menggairahkan iklim dan perkembangan investasi di daerah. Untuk itulah pemerintah daerah perlu memberikan perhatian dalam penyediaan infrastruktur di daerahnya, agar perekonomian daerah dapat bertumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Keterkaitan antara infrastruktur dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat perlu diketahui bagi stakeholder terkait untuk kepentingan evaluasi dan pembangunan infrastruktur sejak dari penyusunan anggaran, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan perawatan infrastruktur. Sehingga diharapkan pembangunan infrastruktur akan tepat sasaran dan mampu memberikan kapasitas layanan yang sesuai dengan potensi daerah yang akhirnya bermuara kepada peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian tentang keterkaitan infrastruktur dan pertumbuhan ekonomi perlu dilakukan. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis keterkaitan hubungan antara infrastruktur dengan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan (ADHK). Sedangkan variabel independen adalah : luas lahan teririgasi, panjang jalan dan jembatan, daya listrik tersambung, dan jumlah air bersih tersalur. Metode untuk menganalisis keterkaitan infrastruktur dengan PDRB Kabupaten Blora adalah dengan analisis data time series dan analisis data panel, yaitu data gabungan time series dan cross section. Hasil analisis menunjukkan infrastruktur jalan kabupaten merupakan infrastruktur yang paling signifikan menjelaskan hubungan peningkatan PDRB dengan jenis infrastruktur di Kabupaten Blora, dengan bentuk persamaan matematika : PDRB = 3,368 + 0,013*PANJANG JALAN KABUPATEN. Interpretasi persamaan model di atas adalah : setiap pertambahan panjang jalan kabupaten sebesar 1 km, maka akan menaikkan PDRB sebesar 0,013%.

Abstract

Harmonics are wave defects caused by interactions between the system's sinusoidal waves and other wave components that have integer multiples of their fundamental components. The cause of this harmonics is the presence of non-linear loads such as converters, electric arc furnaces, UPS and others that are not sinusoidal. Losses due to the influence of harmonics such as heating on the equipment, decreasing power factor, resonance problems etc. In this study the authors aim to analyze the level of harmonic THD contained in the PWI bus using simulation methods in order to obtain the harmonic THD percentage and the calculation method of capacitor components, inductors and resistor used for filter design to reduce the level of the harmonic THD percentage. The results of the discussion show that the THD voltage on the PWI bus exceeds the IEEE 519-2014 standard limit of 9.29% with the IEEE 519-2014 THD voltage of 8%, while for the THD the current despite increasing percentage after installation of a single tuned filter, with a percentage an increase of 0.96% from 8.65% to 9.61% on PWI buses, but the percentage increase in current THD is still below the IEEE 519-2014 standard with a current THD standard value of 15%.

Abstract

A successful project when the cost of the work is not more than budgeted. The time of work does not exceed the planned time and the specifications are in accordance with the plan or design. The purpose of the authors conducting this research is 1) to find out any work that included in the cross-critical and form of network planning using the QSB windows application, 2) to determine the optimal time and cost of accelerating the time of K building construction projects. This research is using the crash program method. To save time, the acceleration is done by adding overtime hours for 4 hours to the structural work that included the cross-critical, i.e., the 1st-floor structure, 2nd-floor structure, floor structure, 4th-floor structure, 5th-floor structure, 6th-floor structure, 9th-floor structure. After accelerating, the total project time needed after crashing on critical work generated is 175 weekdays with a difference of 58 days from the normal duration of 247 days. The impact caused by the change in time on these costs is the increase in direct costs to Rp. 8,624,930,090.12. Meanwhile, after crashing the duration of the project became shorter, it caused a decrease in indirect costs to Rp. 1,058,595,050.81.

Abstract

Penyaluran minyak umumnya menggunakan material pipa baja karbon. Permasahan dalam penggunaan material tersebut terkait dengan korosi dan biasanya terjadi kebocoran akibat pengaruh konsentrasi ion klorida. Tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui laju korosi yang diperoleh menggunakan pengujian metode pengukuran metal loss dengan ultrasonic thickness meter. Penelitian dilakukan dengan variasi konsentrasi klorida 1%, 2% dan 3% dalam larutan air.. Metode pengujian menggunakan peralatan ultrasonic thickness meter yang dilakukan di lapangan secara random dan berdasarkan general metal loss diperoleh nilai rata-rata laju korosi 0.174 mm/year. Laju korosi internal pipa baja karbon API 5L Grade B cenderung meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi klorida dalam media larutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pipa baja karbon API 5L Grade B memiliki ketahanan korosi yang cukup pada fluida dengan konsentrasi klorida 1%, 2% dan 3.5% .

Abstract

Welding Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) is welding process using electrodes as a producer of flame arcs and noble gases as protectors. In the TIG welding parameters that must be considered are the welding speed, current and electrode diameter. The selection of the right welding parameters can produce optimum physical and mechanical properties. This research was conducted in the Laboratory of Mechanical Engenering Mechanical Engenering Study Program AKPRIND Yogyakarta Institut & Technology.Science The aim of this study is entitled the effect of welding speed of Tungsten Inert Gas on physical micro structure and Mechanical properties of tensile strenght the greatest impact welding medium carbon steel. The welding speeds chosen are 1,5 dan 9 mm/sec. The result of the research produced welding speeds of 1,5 and 9 mm/sec were for tensile strenght of 44.06, 42,16 and 40,16 kg/mm2 , the impact price were a70,21, 127,28 and 101,99 Joule, and the amount the pearlite item are 269,260 and 250 grain.

Abstract

A study of concept understanding was carried out on Electrical Engineering students about the concept of electricity. This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the level of understanding of the basic concepts of electrical material in Electrical Engineering students at STTR Cepu. To identify the level of understanding of student concepts or student misconceptions on electrical material, multiple choice instruments using the CRI (Certain of Response Index) method are used. The CRI method can also be used to identify students who experience misconceptions, students who understand concepts, and students who do not understand concepts. Based on the research data there are five questions from the basic concept of electricity that students have low conceptual understanding or misconceptions. The results showed that students with a low understanding of the concept of as much as 70% in the concept of electric current, voltage in the circuit, variable resistance, kirchoff law and electric power.
