The main purpose of holding and of this study was to create a System Administration Citation Reports Birth Certificate in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Bengkulu city with the method of system development using Visual Basic programming language. Data collection methods used in this study is observation, interviews and literature. The software used to build the system INIA dalah Programming Languages Visual Basic 6.0 and the results obtained are able to provide fast and precise output.The results of this study are in the form of System Administration Birth Certificate Citation Reports on Population and Civil Registration Department of the city of Bengkulu with system development methods. From the main menu and there is a system there are two input data that is input data requirements and data input and two menus quote edit data ie the data edit and edit data requirements quotes and menus report containing evidence report quotes deed, deed citation monthly report, the report quotes deed annually and report damage blank. From this discussion it can be concluded that the System Administration Citation Reports Birth Certificate in the Department of Population and Civil mutilations Bengkulu city with system development method is replacing the old system with a new system which is a program that is specific.

Dengan bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi 07 sebagai program aplikasinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan dalam pengumpulan data. Penelitian dilakukan selama bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Oktober. Dalam Penelitian melibatkan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak instrumen. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan media miniatur rumah sebagai simulasi penutup pintu terbuka. Dalam pembuatan program, penulis menggunakan komputer dengan Microsoft Windows XP. Hasil dari program open door cover dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Borland Delphi 07 dapat diaplikasikan dalam peningkatan keamanan. Prosedur yang dijalankan program adalah dengan menghubungkan program melalui port paralel komputer untuk dipasang pada alat pada miniatur yang digunakan. Dan pemantauan operasi melalui menu antarmuka pada layar / layar monitor komputer.

Geographic Information Systems Facilities - Existing Facilities in Bengkulu city developed as a system that provides information about the city of Bengkulu in the form of vector data is intact, web-based, dynamic and interactive so that users can access information through the Internet and interact with the system directly. Information presented in the form of spatial data and attribute that includes the city of Bengkulu district, roads, rivers, government facilities, public services, central business and tourism. Facilities are shown as points on a polygon-shaped region. The system was developed using version 0.96 as ALOV Folder WebGIS application based on Java, DBF as the database. ALOV Folder supports complex GIS architecture, and able to work with multilayer. The system provides several tools that are required to interact with maps such as choosing a domain map, theme maps, perform a search (search) to see information related to the location, activate the layer, the legend of the map, zoom in, zoom out, pan, select, and hyperlinks

The research aims to create a Media Learning Chemistry Using Macromedia Flash 8.0. Chemistry Learning Media's where there is writing, animation and images. From the discussion it could be concluded that in the Chemistry Learning Media can provide another alternative for teachers in the subjects of Chemistry and the material presented is more interesting because of the presence of some text and image animations.The method used in this research is the development of the system, and method of data collection in a way, literature study, observation, and interviews.From the analysis and discussion, it can be deduced that the presence of Chemistry Integrated Science Learning Media is expected to attract the students' interest, and Integrated Science Chemistry Learning Media also provides an alternative to the teacher in presenting material on the Integrated Science Chemistry MTs.N 2 Bengkulu city.Keywords: Learning Media, Macromedia Flash 8.0, Chemistry

is chicken. Chicken had a variety of illnesses. For Some farmers who want to raise chickens especially lay people hit by several problems one of which is a disease. Required to diagnose a disease symptoms appear on the body of the chicken. Necessary seriousness and quick action before it was too late and suffered losses.Therefore, this program is designed to help the farmers in getting some information about chicken diseases. The sooner the disease is known, then the sooner they can prevent it. Identification techniques chosen the chicken disease because the symptoms of common illnesses suffered by chickens are relatively easy to observe and relatievely safe to do by anyone.Applications developed using Visual basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access as the database. Inference method used is a forward chaining, the inference prosess that initiates the search of the premises or in the form of input data lead to the conclusion that the symptoms of the illness conclusions and provide solutions regarding the treatment and prevation advice based on the symptoms observed.

Door Access Card Integrated Hole Bassed Microcontroller AT89C51 Delphi Programming language as a program to interface to computer and the C language as a program for the microcontroller. In making the program, the authors use a computer with Microsoft Windows XP. The result the program open and close the door by using a microcontroller can be appliedin inproving the cecurity door and the door strongbox . This paper describes the making of the application of Expert System Respiratory Disease In Children In Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Cage PHC Bengkulu city, using the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 Micrososft. This expert system can identify user issues surrounding the problems of child respiratory illnesses. Its use is similar to the consultation. Used to derive conclusions tracking with forward chaining method (forward tracking). Conclusions derived from the answers to the various questions posed to the user. In addition users can also obtain solutions as well as tips about child diseases, child health care tips. This user know when the user operates the system. By using an expert system diagnoses the child's illness, the user is expected to address the issue of childhood diseases themselves, without waiting for an expert or a real doctor to help resolve the problem.

Science and technology evolve in line with the progress of activities undertaken to support humans. The computer is one of the results of human creation, combined with science to develop according to the needs of the user.This research aims to create a website Office Technical Implementation using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3,.The method used in this research is to use the method of system development. To get the required data the authors use data collection methods such as observation, interview techniques, and literature. Applications that are used in the manufacture of the Technical Unit Office website Jembatan Kecil Mini Hospital of Bengkulu is using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Programming Languages PHP, and MySQL as the database.These results indicate that the website needed to reduce the lack of information on the distance and time, so it does not have to come to get what is needed. Technical Unit Office website Jembatan Kecil Mini Hospital of Bengkulu should be able to run it online to be accessed anytime and anywhere through internet-connected computer.
