Abstract- PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu not only offers sales services, but also offers after-sales services that include maintenance and repair as well as Mitsubishi auto parts. PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Brach of Bengkulu has been using a system that is well integrated with each other between divisions in order to facilitate data processing both sales and maintenance and repair data and spare parts. But behind this integrated application, there is still one application that PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu, the application that can measure the level of customer satisfaction in the services provided at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. Application in determining the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server database. This application has applied a method, namely the six sigma method, where the results of community satisfaction assessment will be reprocessed to determine the level of customer satisfaction at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. The output pis in graphical form, where if the DPMO value is the highest, it can be said that these attributes need to be improved / improved in the future to improve the quality of service at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Branch of Bengkulu. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionalities of the application run according to the expectations of the testing scenario that has been carried out. Intisari- PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu bukan hanya menawarkan jasa penjualan, namun juga menawarkan layanan purna jual yang mencakup perawatan dan perbaikan serta suku cadang mobil Mitsubishi. PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu selama ini sudah menggunakan sistem yang terintegrasi dengan baik satu sama lain antar divisi agar dapat mempermudah proses pengolahan data baik data penjualan maupun data perawatan dan perbaikan serta suku cadang. Namun dibalik aplikasi yang sudah terintegrasi ini, masih terdapat satu aplikasi yang belum dimiliki oleh PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu, yakni aplikasi yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada pelayanan yang diberikan di PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor Cabang Bengkulu. Aplikasi dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .Net dan database SQL Server. Aplikasi ini sudah diterapkan suatu metode yaitu metode six sigma, dimana hasil penilaian kepuasan masyarakat akan diproses ulang untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. Output yang dihasilkan dalam bentuk grafik, dimana jika nilai DPMO yang tertinggi, bisa dikatakan bahwa atribut tersebut perlu dilakukan pembenahan/perbaikan ke depannya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, fungsional dari aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan harapan dari skenario pengujian yang telah dilakukan. The research aims to create a system of property tax information at the sub-district office Tanjung Kemuning Kaur Regency in Bengkulu Province using Visual Basic 6.0. This program is expected to assist in providing property tax information to employees of the District and the villages in the District of Tanjung Kemuning Kaur Regency in Bengkulu Province. The method used in this study: data collection methods proposed are methods of Library Studies and Observation. From the discussion of the results obtained from this process is the set list assessment report due, recapitulation tax payments and tax returns owed. The objective of this research is to make academic information system of SMP Negeri 2 Talang Empat. The system is web-based, which designed and realized using the programming language PHP and MySQL database. The menu in Aca-demic Information Systems of SMP Negeri 2 Talang Empat is divided into several main menus, namely home menu, menu information, menu material, news menu, menu galleries, guest books and menu navigation admin. For information consists of a sub-class data menu, sub menu Master data information, data information Student sub menu, sub menu infromasi Data Value, sub menu data information Alumni and sub menu data information Lessons. With the website SMP Negeri 2 Talang Empat, the school already has an alternative media provider of information, making it easier to search data on Junior High School 2 Talang Empat.Keyword: website, school, academic information system.

Has conducted research on the development of geographic information systems in the province of Bengkulu irrigation network-based website using google map on public works ministry Bengkulu. This study aims to provide information about how to create a geographic information system of irrigation network construction based on public works ministry websites by using google map. Data were collected on March 25, 2014 in the form of project data that has been finished by the contractor. The data is then processed into a source of discussion in this study. Besides the most important data is the location coordinates of the coordinate construction of irrigation networks because this is what it used to indicate the location or position of the project has been done. The results of this study indicate that the need for a geographic infor-mation system to be able to submit an information to the public.Keyword: Geograpich Information System, irrigation network, Google Map

In this study conducted experiments on the performance of the proxy server that runs on the Linux operating system ubuntu 14:04 server. The results of subsequent experiments documented for analysis to produce appropriate recommendations for the creation of a proxy server. From the results of this analysis will be to get conclusions about the benefits and functionality in more detail from the proxy server, especially in the caching and filtering functions on the proxy server. The results of this study it appears that the proxy server is already running in accordance with the wishes of the authors expect and can access the Internet, the client of the proxy server can also access the internet. To block a specified website author, proxy servers can block websites with the HTTP protocol, while for a website that uses the HTTPS protocol proxies can not be blocked unless all websites that use the HTTPS protocol is also on the block. So in this study the authors simply block any website with the HTTP protocol. In this study blocked web is http://www.youtube.com.Keywords: Proxy Server, Filtering, caching, networking

This study discusses the building an application to refer the patient data through participant Social Security Agency (BPJS) Bengkulu using VB.Net. With this application, it is expected that patient data will follow behind the reconciliation program can be properly controlled. Data collection methods used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, and literature. The software used is Visual Basic .Net Programming Language of 2008 and the results obtained which can provide quick and accurate output. With this application is able to assist officers in providing services through more accurate reconciliation and appropriate to the participants. This study aims to Implement Sugeno Fuzzy Logic method for weather forecasts and testing the accuracy of this research. The problem definition covers only the Data-Based Design of Weather Forecasting Sugeno Fuzzy Logic method using Matlab so as not to come out of the issues raised, it is used as the input is temperature, humidity and wind. In determining the results of research is an important weather forecasting particularly determined membership functions and the rule is used. Fuzzy logic using Sugeno method is best used in forecasting for the accuracy above 60%. The more variables that are used as input it will produce better output (inaccurate).Keywords: Weather Forecasting, Fuzzy Logic

Award for an outstanding student by the school through the school committee needs to be given in an effort to increase student motivation and enthusiasm for learning. Through the awarding of committee money exemption scholarships, students are expected to continue to improve their performance. Students who receive school committee scholarships are the best students who are judged based on certain criteria. The criteria for scholarship recipients have been determined by SMKN 2 Bengkulu City, however, the selection is still using a manual system. The use of this system has constraints in that it takes a long time to manage. In addition, subjectivity was still found in the assessment. A better alternative system is needed in the management of school committee scholarship recipients. The use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the Decision Support System (SPK) will give the best results so that students who really deserve scholarships will be obtained. The Decision Support System at SMKN 2 Bengkulu City in determining recipients of school committee scholarships is based on criteria, namely report card scores, academic achievement and non-academic achievements with a predetermined weighting rating. The results of the calculation obtained the final value based on rank one to three obtained values of 0.3925, 0.2150 and rank 3 with a final value of 0.1434. Based on the results of the existing ranking, it has produced scholarship recipients who actually meet the predetermined criteria

Abstract- North Bengkulu 3 Vocational High School has implemented a pre-UNBK examination system using computerization which was carried out 3 times. Pre-UNBK Simulation Based on Client-Server Network was built to help students take part in the implementation of the test and introduce the examination system that already uses computerization. This simulation system is made with 2 application interface access rights namely administrators and students. Administrators can manage the data of questions, answers, and participants of the Pre UNBK simulation. While students can take the exam on the application by working on the questions that have been given. Pre UNBK simulation where this application will be stored on the server, so the client will access the application via the IP Address of the server. Based on the functions and features of the application, it has been running according to the design, and students can access the Pre UNBK simulation application simultaneously.Keywords: Simulation, Pre UNBK, Client ServerAbstrak - Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara sudah menerapkan sistem ujian pra UNBK menggunakan komputerisasi yang dilaksanakan 3 kali. Simulasi Pra UNBK Berbasis Jaringan Client Server dibangun untuk membantu siswa-siswa dalam mengikuti pelaksanaan ujian dan mengenalkan sistem ujian yang sudah menggunakan komputerisasi. Sistem simulasi ini dibuat dengan 2 hak akses antar muka aplikasi yaitu administrator dan siswa. Administrator dapat mengelola data soal, jawaban, serta peserta simulasi Pra UNBK. Sedangkan siswa dapat mengikuti ujian pada aplikasi dengan mengerjakan soal-soal yang telah diberikan. Simulasi Pra UNBK dimana aplikasi ini akan disimpan di server, sehingga client akan mengakses aplikasi lewat IP Address dari server tersebut. Berdasarkan fungsi dan fitur dari aplikasi sudah berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan dan siswa dapat mengakses aplikasi simulasi Pra UNBK secara serentak.Kata Kunci : Simulasi, Pra UNBK, Client Server

Management Study Program is one of the study programs at the Faculty of Economics, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu. Every academic year, students who have fulfilled the credits or are in semester 6 or 7, submit a file for submission of titles to the staff of the study program, then the Head of Study Program will check related to the title submitted, if possible and in accordance with the disside of science, the title is issued will approved and the study program will appoint supervisor 1 and supervisor 2 from the student concerned. The application of the pattern for selecting students’ thesis titles at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In the application, the Levenstein Distance Algorithm has been applied to the new title submission form, where a comparison will be made against previously accepted titles that have been stored in the database. The title is accepted if the similarity level is below 50%, while the title is Rejected if the similarity level is above 50%. Based on the trial for submitting a new title, the application is able to provide information on whether the title is accepted or Rejected based on the Levenstein Distance Algorithm approach. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionalities of the application run as expected and the application is able to display the results of the analysis through the stages of the Levenstein Distance Algorithm for the submission of new titles.
