Abstract

This study was conducted to design Clustering using Fuzzy C - Means algorithm rainfall data in the city of Bengkulu and evaluate performance C - Means Algorithm to generate the level of location accuracy in forecasting monthly rainfall Climatological Station Island Baai Bengkulu . The analyzed using C - Means algorithm in which the testing is done using matlab software. From the test using a software assisted SOCR test results obtained by using Fuzzy C - Means for clustering data based on the degree of membership that the resulting cluster centers in reaching target function looking for the best location for the clusters can be done faster as indicated by termination of the iteration process. The output of the fuzzy C - Means is not a Fuzzy Inference System , but a row of cluster centers and some degree of membership for each data point.

Abstract

PT. Daria Dharma Pratama is one of PT Kebun Sawit as well as the manufacture of CPO (Crude Palm Oil) in Mukomuko Regency. Weed weeds or herbicides are compounds or materials that are spread on agricultural land to suppress or eradicate plants that cause a decrease in yield (weeds). So far, the process of managing data on the use of weed killer poison at PT Daria Dharma Pratama is still using the manual method, namely by identifying the number of estates and the amount of use of weed killer poison every month then inputting the data into an office application package for making reports on the use of weed killer poison per estate. in 1 year. This research was conducted to determine the level of use of weed killer poison using the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm and create an application that will apply the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm for the clustering process. Application of Clustering the level of use of weed killer poison at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama can simplify the process of managing data on the amount of weed poison used in each estate and can make it easier for PT. in obtaining information on the level of use of weed killer poison which is grouped into high and low based on the results of the clustering that has been carried out using the Fuzzy C-Means Algorithm. Application of Clustering the level of use of weed killer poison at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database. Based on the grouping carried out using the data for the last 3 years (2018, 2019, 2020), it was found that the Number of Toxic Use Groups in Cluster I was 9 and the Number of Use Groups Toxins in Cluster II A total of 12. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, functionally from the Clustering Application the level of use of weed killer poisons at PT. Daria Dharma Pratama has worked as expected and is able to provide information on the level of use of gulam killer poison

Abstract

Geographic Information System is one of the information management systems whose development is very fast along with the increasing development of human intelligence. In its development, what is needed to develop a Geographic Information System is data and information. Geographic Information System is very important for the development of an area. One of them is the Geographic Information System about the location of urban villages in Bengkulu City. The presence of the Geographic Information System is expected to provide convenience to people who need information about the location of urban villages in Bengkulu City. In this study, an application was developed by implementing a Geographic Information System that was able to display a map of the location of the village head office with the help of Google Map Api, and also the basis of this application there were two types, namely Web and Android. This Geographic Information System is divided into 2 application parts, namely web-based applications and Android-based applications. For data processing using a web application, while to get information about the location of the village head office can use the android application. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, with black box testing, it was found that the Android application succeeded in automatically displaying the location of the village head office along with information and routes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendesain Fuzzy Clustering menggunakan algoritma C-Means dan algoritma Mixture dalam penclusteran data curah hujan Kota Bengkulu, membandingkan algoritma C-Means dan Algoritma Mixture dalam emnghasilkan performasi algoritma C-Means dan lagoritma Mixture dalam menghasilkan tingkat keakuratan lokasi perkiraan curah hujan bulanan stasiun Klimatologi Pulau Baii Bengkulu. Data curah hujan Kota Bengkulu dianalisis menggunakan algoritma software matlab. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan software matlab dibantu menggunakan software SOCR diperoleh hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan  Fuzzy C-Means karena pengelompokkan datanya berdasarkan dengan derajat keanggotaan sehingga pusat cluster yang diahsilkan dalam mencapai fungsi sasaran mencari solusi terbaik untuk cluster-cluster dapat dilakukan lebih cepat ditunjukkan dengan proses pengehentian iterasi. Output dari fuzzy C-means bukan merupakan Fuzzy Inference System, namun merupakan deretan cluster dan beebrapa derajat keanggotaan untuk tiap tiap titik data. Informasi ini dapat digunakan untuk membangun suatu fuzzy inference system.

Abstract

Analysis of mineral water using AT89S51 microcontroller-based measuring this resistance is a tool designed to analyze the content contained in mineral water on the market in glass packaging. The use of these tools is the electrolysis treatment and precipitate member, then see the results of sediment and analyzed. The results showed the existence of various types of content contained in mineral water on the market with the content of which is a pollutant and an effect on human health. Abstract

Selection of issues regarding the kind of kidney disease as a sample of this study, is the fact that diseases Kidney is an important organ in our body's metabolic system, because the density of activity, we often forget to take care of. Irregular diet, inadequate intake of fiber and mineral water, as well as the consumption of food or drink high calorie instant, un-wittingly aggravate the kidneys. Starting from the filtration, reabsorption, to augmentation of nutrients that under to the kidneys via the blood. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system Kidney disease using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language that is capable of providing services to the public and delivery of information related to kidney disease. Pre-study and research conducted at the Hospital Dr. M.Yunus Bengkulu which began in March to August 2014. In this research, data collection is done by using the method of observation, interviews, and literature. From the results of this study indicate that the presence of kidney disease diagnosis expert system in humans can provide significant benefits, among others, the processing of data and consultation process carried out quickly and produce a fairly accurate report, thus making the job more effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Expert System, Disease, Kidney, Human

Abstract

The main purpose and the holding of this study was to create a Decision Support System Competency Achievement Plus Students at SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu Using Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW). Data collection methods used in this study is the observation, interviews, and literature. Software used to build this system is Language Program-ming Visual Basic 6.0 and the results obtained are able to provide fast and precise output. The results of this study are in the form of Decision Support Systems Competency Achievement of SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu Using Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) which resulted in a decision that is the value of student learning outcomes. From the main menu there is a system consisting of data subjects, teacher data, student data, attendance data, the data value of cognitive, affective value funds, the data value of the practice, the data weights, the data input process of determining the complete-ness of data, and the menu contains a report which reports student learning outcomes and report student mastery achieve-ment. From the discussion, it can be concluded that Decision Support Systems Competency Achievement of SMA Plus Negeri 7 Bengkulu Using Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) replacing the old system with a new system which is a program that is specific.Keywords: Decision Support Systems, New Student Reception

Abstract

The main objectives and the holding of this study was to create a Decision Support System for Determining the Best Volunteer at PMI Bengkulu with Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) using Visual Basic Programming Language 6.0. Data collection methods used in this study is the observation, interviews, and literature. Software used to build this system is the programming language Visual Basic 6.0 and the results obtained are able to provide fast and precise output. The results obtained from this study is a Decision Support System for Determining the Best Volunteer at PMI Bengkulu with Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) which results in a decision that is the end result. From the main menu there is a system consisting of volunteers of data, weighting the data, the data value criteria, SPK and process data menu peorangan report that contains reports and ranking reports. From the discussion, it can be concluded that the Decision Support System for Determining the Best Volunteer at PMI Bengkulu Bengkulu Weigthing Simple Additive method (SAW) replaces the old system with a new system which is a program that is specific.Keywords: Decision Support System for Determining the Best Volunteer

Abstract

This report describes the software application Tanagra in data mining. Tanagra is a data mining software that can be used to access some of the existing methods of data mining. This application uses the input dataset. In implementing this algorithm testing data used is the data item in the supermarket Fadhilla Bengkulu. In this application, use the application clustering using K -means algorithm. Of data processed by the data sample taken in Supermarkets Fadhilla Bengkulu, it produces two types of data sets. Ie low sales data and high sales data. So with the grouping of data is the self- Fadhilla can determine the type of goods sold and selling. So that goods in the warehouse does not accumulate.Keyword : K-Means, Clustering, Data Mining.

Abstract

This study aimed to compare the Gaussian Method, Mean and Median in performing noise reduction using the programming language Matlab. Can make improvements in particular digital image noise reduction. Limitation of the study is a programming language used to build applications of digital image processing, especially the reduction of noise in this research Matlab programming. Digital image used jpeg extension. The method used method of Gaussian, Mean and Median. Initial image or the input image is an image that is damaged due to disturbances in image noise and generate output * .jpg. Results of the study was the result of improved image noise, especially against tampering methods used method of Gaussian, Mean and Median, of the three methods are used equally well, because all three of these methods can improve the existing noise disturbance. In doing repairs noise on digital images to note the type of interference and a good method to use. The resulting image of this improvement is relatively equal in terms of both the pixel size and the amount of file.Keywords: Gaussian, Mean and Median
