Labor fishermen are the lowest element of social structure in the fishermen community. The unstable income of labor fishermen because of the season and weather conditions makes their wives work in the public sector to support their household income. This research aims to identify the motivation of the labor fishermen's wives to work in the public sector and to find out their livelihood strategies. The location of the research was determined purposively, namely Pengambengan Village, Negara District, Jembrana Regency, Bali Province. This research used a descriptive and qualitative approach. The key informant was selected purposively while supporting informants were selected by using the snowball sampling technique. The data were collected by using methods of interview, observation and document were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that 1) the motivation of the fishermen's wives to work in the public sector included physiological needs, safety needs, and social needs. 2) There were two livelihood strategies undertaken by labor fisherman wives, namely livelihood diversification through working as traders, tailors, and labor; migration through working outside the village as a laborer in the agricultural sector. Abstract

East Java is a province that has a high population, household consumption expenditure is an important thing to consider. The implication is that there will be an increase in production and investment in East Java. Therefore, household consumption expenditure is one of the determinants of community welfare. This study aims to analyze the structure of household consumption expenditure and the factors that influence food expenditure in East Java. The data used were secondary data from East Java in Figures 2019. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that there has been an increase in the welfare of the people of East Java. This is indicated by an increase in the amount of non-food expenditure is higher than food expenditure. Factors affecting household food expenditure in East Java are GRDP per capita, inflation rate, rice prices, and non-food expenditure. Based on these results it is suggested that the government needs to maintain the stability of prices of goods and services to avoid inflation because inflation will reduce public consumption and have implications for the economy of East Java. Abstract

Forest rehabilitation in Meru Betiri National Park is the main point in environmental sustainability. Forest land rehabilitation activities include breeding ecosystems for security in the forest. The method of determining the research area is done intentionally (purposive method) and the research method uses a qualitative approach. Determination of informants is done by snowball sampling method. The data collection method was carried out by observation, interview and document study and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis method. The results showed that social relations that occur in the management of rehabilitation have 2 forms of domains, namely 1) interpersonal domains that can be seen with communal relations, collegial relations and hirearkis relations. Judging from its power relations are divided into symmetrical and asymmetrical relationships. Symmetrical relationship occurs between rehab land farmers where rehab land farmers have an equal position can be seen from daily relationships and friendly relations in managing rehabilitation land. Abstract

Economic growth and urbanization are increasing the demand for land affecting on the numerous conversion agricultural land. The conversion has bad impacts on the deprivation of the environmental service value. Economic valuation methods using WTA and WTP were applied to calculate the environmental service value produced by agricultural land. The purposes of the research are to calculate the environmental services value which is lost due to the impact of the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land. The quantitative method using cluster random sampling technique was applied to analyze 206 respondents included in this research. The multiple linear analysis methods were used as the analytical method. The results show that there is a potential loss of economic value of Rp. 1.236.659.406 per year from environmental services as a reward for farmers who are willing to cultivate agricultural land which is calculated from WTA value and potential loss of WTP of Rp. 278.820.122 per year. Education, experience, land area, and income are the factors that influence the value of WTA in Purbaratu, Tasikmalaya. Furthermore, land area, fertilizer needs, seed requirements, and income are the factors that influence the value of WTP in Purbaratu, Tasikmalaya city. Keywords: land conversion, Willingness to Accept (WTA), Willingness to Pay (WTP)

Abstract

The partnership is an important solution in agriculture, especially in sugarcane commodities. The ideal partnership is profit and supports each other. But, the partnership process, in general, is inseparable from the existence of asymmetric information. Asymmetric information, also known as “information failure” occurs when one person has greater information than another in economic transactions. Asymmetric information can make low satisfaction with each other. The purpose of the research is to know-how about the satisfaction partnership that occurs between farmers and sugar factories. The last research problem is about the farmers' satisfaction index. It was analyzed by CSI and IPA. The farmer's satisfaction with credits KUR that analyzed by CSI showed 83,90%. It means that the result included in the excellent category. IPA analysis showed the attribute of disbursement of rendemen information and payment time of DO are the priority. CSI value of sugar cane farmers PKBL credit partners is 83.44%. This value is also in a very satisfying category. Based on the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis, which includes attributing A (top priority), namely the attribute of credit fund disbursement, yield information and time of DO payment. Farmers' interest in these attributes is high but their implementation is still lacking. Keywords: Cane, Partnership Credit, Satisfaction Index, CSI, IPA.
