Abstract

This study aimed to determine the empirical evidence about the influence of experiential marketing, emotional branding and brand image on brand loyalty simultaneously. In addition to knowing the influence of experiential marketing to brand loyalty, emotional branding to brand loyalty and brand image on brand loyalty.This study was conducted on people of Yogyakarta are using the provider Simpati. The number of samples in this study 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling where samples were taken based on predetermined criteria. The criteria are the people of Yogyakarta are using the provider Simpati over 3 years. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to the people of Yogyakarta. Simpati Provider related variables experiential marketing, emotional branding, brand image and brand loyalty.Based on the test results t variable experiential marketing and emotional branding does not have a significant effect on brand loyalty, while brand image variables have a significant effect on brand loyalty. Based on F test results indicate that the variable experiential marketing, emotional branding and brand image simultaneous effect on brand loyalty sympathy in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

In 2013, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy stated Yogyakarta and Surakarta as a destination city of MICE in Indonesia. Data from Tourism Department of DIY 2011 shows, the implementation of MICE event recorded 4,509 times / year. In Surakarta, according to GTZ (2009), during the period between 2007-2009 MICE events that has been held as many as 12,981 activities. From these data shows that there is a potential opportunity to enter in this MICE industry. By using the business model canvas and empathy map, this event organizer's business analysis is expected to provide a comprehensive overview so that business actors in this field are able to fulfill the market demand and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of Work Interfering Family and Family Interfering Work toward the Organizational Commitment that mediated by Job Satisfaction. Information of this research is useful for organization (Univesity) as a consideration base to improve work achievement. The subject in this reseach is female lecturer in Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. Purposive sampling is the method that used in this research. The method to collect the data is by spreading the questionnaire, and through this method, researcher gained 110 lecturer as respondent. The data is analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of this research shows that the of Work Interfering Family has a significant negative effect on Job Satisfaction, and Family Interfering Work has a negative effect yet insignificant toward Job Satisfaction, and Job Satisfaction has a positive effect and significant on Organizational Commitment. This research is also shows that of Work Interfering Family has a positive effect and significant towards Organizational Commitment, and Family Interfering Work has a positive effect and insignificant toward Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Role Conflict on Performance with Self Efficacy as a Moderation on the set of Variables the student Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (HIMAMA, HIMA and HIMIE). The population or a sample that is used is the caretaker and the third member of the organization which amounted to 156. The data used in this research is the primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to our respondents. Analysis of testing data using validity and reliability testing, regression and moderated regression analysis, and test the assumptions of the classical test of normality, multikolonieritas, and heteroskedastisidas. The results showed a negative effect and role conflict significantly to the performance of the organization means that the higher role conflict occurs then the performance is declining. Meanwhile, self efficacy are able to moderate the influence of role conflict on performance where self efficacy are positive and significant effect on performance of the organization. This means the higher self efficacy which belonged to someone then its performance will be better and is able to dampen the conflict of roles.
