Abstract

Consumer in this time very inovatif conducting a process of product purchasing which they wish, at this situation consumer cope to look for the information as much as possible hitting product which they wish the. The information is obtainable from assorted of source and assorted of media. Usually consumer very paying attention to of problem categorize the product, do not take as problem of to hit the price problem, searching good quality, good model and also recognized brand.This research measure the influence of Consumer Innovativeness and Market Maven to Opinion Leadership on the use of transport service providers. Independent variable in research is Consumer Innovativeness and Market Maven. While variable dependen in this research is Opinion Leadership. Result from test of ANOVA or F Test got by F calculate 269.995 with level signifikan 0.000. so that probabilitas 0.000 compared to smaller level signifikan of equal to 0.05, hence can be said that by variable of Consumer Innovativeness and Market Maven by simultan have an effect on to Opinion Leadership, inferential that independent variable have an effect on the signifikan to variable dependen.

Abstract

Information technology adoption process much use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which consists of three main variables, namely Perceived Ease Of Use, Perceived Usefulness and the Acceptance of IT. This study was followed by testing the extent to which the influence of the adoption of information technology to increase competitiveness companies especially in the SME sector. The analysis technique used is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) AMOS with respondents IT users working in the field of SME sector of the economy. Results showed that Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) significantly influence Perceived usefulness (PU). Perceived Usefulness (PU) does not significantly influence IT acceptance. While Perceived ease of Use (PEOU) does not significantly influence IT Acceptance. In the end, IT Acceptance a significant effect on increasing SMEs competitiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variable independen (kinerja keuangan), satu variabel dependen (Nilai Perusahaan) dan dua variabel moderasi (Corporate Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governance). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan, menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dalam memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan menguji pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dalam memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 16 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010 – 2015 dengan jumlah data 91. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Dimana ada beberapa kriteria yang akan digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Kriteria tersebut antara lain: 1) Perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2010 – 2015; 2) Perusahaan yang diteliti memiliki laba yang positif selama periode penelitian; 3) Perusahaan yang diteliti telah dan melaporkan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial selama periode penelitian. 4) Perusahaan yang diteliti memiliki kepemilikan manajerial.Sebelum dilakukan pengujian hipotesis akan dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu. Uji Asumsi Klasik yang di lakukan terdiri dari: uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi dan uji heteroskedastisitas.Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan beberapa analisis. Pertama, analisis regresi linier sederhana: digunakan untuk menguji apakah variabel independen mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Kedua, Uji Interaksi atau Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Negeri 1 Bantul Yogyakarta. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja dalam peningkatan Kinerja Guru SLB di SLB Negeri 1 Bantul. Subyek penelitian adalah Guru SLB Negeri 1 Bantul yang terdiri dari Guru yang mengajar di jurusan A (tuna Netra), jurusan B(tuna rungu wicara), jurusan C (tunagrahita) dan jurusan D(tunadaksa), jumlah responden sebanyak 53 Guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, jenis datanya adalah data primer dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja Guru SLB Negeri 1 Bantul tinggi dan tingkat Stres Kerja sedang. Sedangkan hasil analisis kuantitatif bahwa Kepuasan kerja Guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru sedangkan Stres Kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru di SLB Negeri 1 Bantul.

Abstract

Sharing knowledge is a core value in the learning process of higher education.This research aims to analyze the factors influence knowledge sharing in the implementation of e-learning in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The subject in this study is 115 lectures in Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and using validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, F test and t test. The results of this study indicate, first, that the lecturer attitude, motivation to share, communication and technology simultaneously significant effect on knowledge sharing. Second, the lecturer attitude have a negative influence and no significant evidenced by the coefficient value of the lecturer attitude is -0.164. Another variables have a positive impact and significant, regression coefficient evidenced by the value of the motivation to share is 0,482, regression coefficient value of the communication is 0.191 and regression coefficient of technology is 0.220. Analysis of the coefficient of determination shows 0,403; which means the lecturer attitude, motivation to share, communication and technology affect knowledge sharing by 40,3%.
