Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Quality hospital services is reflected in the achieving of medical records. Improper medical record documentation would negatively affect the quality of service delivered to patients and it would disadvantage the hospital when medical disputes occur.Objective:Analyzing the management of medical record completeness at RSWN to guarantee the legality of medical record documents and its effect in supporting the completeness of medical record documents.Method:In this qualitative research,  observation and interviews were conducted to 60 PJRM officers in the Arimbi ward, Banowati, Nakula I and Prabukresna. The obtained data were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed based on several underlying theories.Results:The results showed that the completeness of some aspects includinghuman, money, method, material and machine elements was proper. The quantitative analysis showed 100%, while the qualitative analysis showed a percentage of 100% with the exception on the informed consent component with the potential for loss of 99%.Conclusions:The human element required periodic outreach to PPA. In the machine element, special computerswere needed for PJRM officers, and the importance of informed consent for patients undergoing hemodialysis to obtain medical records with strong legal force. Key Words           :Management, Medical Record Completeness, Legality of Medical Records.

Abstract

The SARS-CoV-2 virus that causes a worldwide pandemic has changed the learning system to online since early 2020. However, the Ministerial Decree 4 states that schools may hold face-to-face learning in 2021. The purpose of the study was to determine the preparation of elementary schools to carry out face-to-face learning. This type of research is descriptive with a population of 45 elementary schools in the district of West Semarang. The results of the study provide an overview of toilets (100%), hand washing facilities (100%), disinfection (100%), access to health services (87%), application of social distancing (10%), checking body temperature (56%), use of PPE (100%), human resources (80%), parent counseling (100%), monitoring (68%). So, it can be concluded that elementary schools are ready to learn face-to-face with an average score of 85.8%.

Abstract

Addiction to online games can alter sleep patterns, which can put your health at risk. This study aims to determine how the sleep patterns of gaming disorder students. This study uses a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach, involving six participants with a purposive sampling technique and collecting data using interviews and observation. The credibility of data using member check and triangulation method, then using phenomenological analysis. While playing online games, all participants often stayed up late to be exhausted due to lack of sleep, then slept only during the day, felt dizzy, and disturbed concentration. Then all participants did not want to leave the game because they were not satisfied and could not control themselves. All participants experienced game addiction in the high category (100%) and a hobby of playing games. There are disturbances in sleep patterns due to playing online games, such as staying up late. Participants are expected to prioritize physical needs such as sleep rest and limit the hours of playing games to a maximum of two hours a day to reduce the risk of harmful health effects.Keywords: Sleep Pattern Disorder, Gaming Disorder, Student

Abstract

Peningkatan polusi udara menyebabkan suhu udara lingkungan makin naik. Banyak orang yang membutuhkan alat untuk meurunkan suhu ruangan. Banyak AC yang dibeli serta limbah buangan air AC dibuang begitu saja. Jumlah yang banyak tersebut menghasilkan kondensat air AC yang sangat banyak. Banyaknya air kondensat tersebut akan sia-sia jika dibuang tanpa diolah dan tanpa dimanfaatkan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji parameter fisika, kimia, serta mikrobiologi. Tujuan tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan kelayakan kondensat air AC sebagai air minum. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampel secara sampling. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yakni parameter fisika, parameter kimia serta parameter mikrobiologi memiliki nilai yang sangat kecil dan dibawah batas ambang yang telah ditentukan. Karena itu kondensat air AC direkomendasikan sebagai air minum.  Keywords: Kondensat air AC, air minum, parameter uji

Abstract

Menstrual pain or commonly known as dysmenorrhea is muscle cramps felt in the lower abdomen that appear before or during menstruation (menstruation). Menstrual pain is caused by the muscles of the uterine wall contracting, compressing the surrounding blood vessels, as a result, the oxygen supply to the uterus is blocked and triggers pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving green coconut water in reducing dysmenorrhoea pain in adolescent girls in the Stikes Dormitory of Pasapua Ambon. This study uses a pre-design experimental design with static group comparison: randomized control group only. The results showed that there was an effect of giving green coconut water to dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls in the Stikes Dormitory of Pasapua Ambon with p = 0.000 (p <0.05). The conclusion is that there is an effect of giving green coconut water on dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls in the STIKES Pasapua Ambon dormitory
