Abstract

Manufacturing industry is always required to carry out efficiency and effectiveness in the production system. One strategy can be done to achieve is through setting the layout of the facility. By structurizing the layout of good facilities, companies can reduce production costs without reducing the quality of the products produced. One of the companies that designs the facilities layout to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the production system is PT. AGNA INSPIRE, manufacturer of slider frames in the Banjarsari area, Surakarta. The company plans to replace machinery and move the factory to another location. The arrangement of the machines carried out in the previous factory only considered empty space, regardless of the order of the production process. In fact, the company's production is made to stock and the arrangement of the machines should follow the order of the process. Therefore, it is necessary to design the layout of operating machinery facilities by considering thesequence of processes to minimize distance and material handling costs. The method used in determining the layout is the blockplan method. Based on the results of data processing, the proposed layout design was obtained with Material Handling Cost (OMH) of Rp. 651,000. This value is more efficient than OMH in the previous layout of Rp. 1,036,000, -

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is an important component in a company, so a massive and continuous effort is needed in managing HR in a company. As the change in theparadigm of HR management in a company causes the level of competition in the world of HR development consulting business in Indonesia is very tight. Consultant companies that cannot adapt to these changes will automatically be overwhelmed by existing developments. Change is a transformation from the present state to the expected condition in the future, a better condition of course. Change is a sign in life that always takes place constantly. Only companies that have the ability to adapt to change will be able to survive. Change management is one of the important strategies of a company capable of increasing competitiveness. Change management that involves intense relationships between employees and management will boost a company's competitive advantage. The research method uses a qualitative approach through collecting change management literature. Competition in the business world of consultants increasingly demands the improvement of the quality and innovation of personnel and products continuously and consistantly.

Abstract

Testing development of data digital is processing the whole of important information is stored in digital of website. This study in order to give understanding of data digital was a specification stored in website. The using method is a digital forensic. The focus of this methods are used to provide direct identification and understanding of information the data digital will be proved. To smooth the use of testing that included also forensic software. This Developing tested can be hoped to complete information, such as: the action of what is being done at the time of website attacked, any application that is installed, how the website and network systems configured, How to restore the files that have been missing, and finally, how to collect the returned information is missing. This testing Results was collected for using as occurring data digital legality or illegal, so that key questions such as: who, what, when, how, where and why can be answered scientifically.

Abstract

Edmodo is one of educational technologies that aims at providing teachers with tools to help them communicate with their students and parents. It can be used to help students to raise their motivation in learning English especially in reading ability. This research aims to identify the potentials and challenges of using Edmodo on reading ability. This research used qualitative descriptive design. This research is paper based research. The researcher carried out the information about Edmodo tools then discussed with the research before. The researcher focus on the benefit of using edmodo in teaching learning process. The writer carries out a qualitative research inthis research. The result of the research shown that Edmodo can be engage effectively to create inovative blended-learning. First, Edmodo is a useful and helpful tool to teach and to learm English ability particularly in reading ability. Second, Edmodo helps teachers to control and maintain their students’ learning process. Third, Edmodoprovides the overview and transparancy of students’ progress and achievement. Fourth, Edmodo provides a feature for the students to build good communication with theirteacher.

Abstract

The final project data processing in Sahid Surakarta University still uses manual data processing system today. Data recording of final project to the final exam sub mission, does not uses particular application for final project data processing. This way, however has some weakness specially it is often occurred, some errors and takes a long time in recording and searching the data. The objective of this research to construct a system of data system is the processing of data and information which operated manually converted to application program. The converting is required to make the data processing and information access easily. It is due to the fact that many weakness which is encountered in manually data processing system can be avoided.

Abstract

The making of investigating report on the factory of tobacco products (cigarette and tobacco factories) in middling KPPBC Pabean B at Surakarta was still done semi-manually with Microsoft Office. Even though an investigating report was computerized but it was still not effective. It is due to the fact that the officers had to manually record of investigation results on the forms and input the data one section at a time in Microsoft Excel. Semi-manual data processing is a problem in completing work. These problems include lag in processing data. The investigating report system on web-based in middling KPPBC Pabean B at Surakarta is used to complete the work in making the investigating report to be faster and more accurate. It is because the large number of supervision and work areas of middling KPPBC Pabean B at Surakarta. This study used the waterfall method as a system design while data collection techniques used interviews, observation, literature studies and questionnaires. Whereas, the system testing used the webqual method. This research produces a system of investigating report on web-based in middling KPPBC Pabean B at Surakarta. System testing shows that usability quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction because it has a significance value of 0.03 0.05 and interaction service quality has a positive effect on user satisfaction because it has a significance value of 0.001

Abstract

The rice pest control system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and powered by Solar Power Plants (PLTS) is an innovative solution aimed at enhancing productivity and sustainability in Indonesia's agricultural sector. This community service project, conducted in Wukirsari Village, Kapanewon Cangkringan, Sleman Regency, primarily focuses on addressing pest issues and technological limitations. The designed device integrates ultrasonic sensors and UV light controlled by the ESP32 microcontroller, utilizing PLTS as the energy source. The system can be accessed and controlled remotely via the Blynk server, making monitoring and control more efficient and sustainable. The research methodology includes information gathering, device design, testing, and comprehensive evaluation. Integration with PLTS ensures the system uses environmentally friendly energy. The test results indicate that the device effectively monitors and controls pests while providing ease of management with a responsive modern tool. The device operates in real-time and is highly responsive, supported by solar panels with a capacity of 920W, capable of fully charging the battery in approximately 2.6 hours. This allows the device to operate continuously for 24 hours. The implementation of this technology not only demonstrates reliability in addressing pest issues but also proves that the system can function sustainably, supporting agricultural productivity, and providing significant benefits to farmers in Wukirsari Village.

Abstract

Pengaturan penjadwalan tenaga kerja perawat di rumah sakit adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang menjadi salah satu beban bagi manajemen rumah sakit. Pembagian penjadwalan perawat menjadi sebuah tuntutan tersendiri dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sumber daya tenaga yang terbatas melalui optomasi, namun di era pandemic sekarang ini kebutuhan tenaga perawat kepada pasien harus tetap terpenuhi dengan jumlah pasien yang terus bertambah jumlahnya, bahkan sering tidak sebanding dengan tenaga perawat yang tersedia. Untuk itu dilakukan penerapan optimasi tentang analisa penjadwalan perawat dalam situasi keterbatasan jumlah perawat, disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan terhadap pasien sebagai usaha untuk mennyesuaikan jumlah perawat sesuai dengan penjadwalan kerja. Untuk itu dilakukan pendekatan optimalisasi kebutuhan perawat yang digunakan melalui metoda Gillies dan metoda Swanburg, sehingga dicapai kondisi yang ideal di suatu bangsal bedah rumah sakit X di Kuwait sebanyak 17 perawat, sementara pada penjadwalan ini menerapkan sistem 4 grup dengan 3 shift merupakan kondisi yang efektif diterapkan pada bangsal tersebut.

Abstract

The research was carried out at batik Busana Asri, the Pilang Batik Industry Center, Masaran, Sragen. This study aims to formulate a digital-based marketing implementation strategy to increase batik sales volume. The benefits of research are generated by formulating models and implementing batik marketing in the new normal period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The object of this research is Batik Clothing Asri at the Pilang Masaran Batik Industry Center, Sragen. Data collection methods are through questionnaires, observations, interviews and direct activities at Batik Busana Asri. The analytical method designed the concept of a digital marketing implementation model and through regression to determine the effect of the digitalization marketing strategy implementation indicators on sales volume. Marketing digitization strategy variables include: company web site (X1), tiktok social media (X2), Instagram social media (X3), facebook social media (X4), digital marketing (shopee) X5, product catalog (X6), youtube social media (X7), company signage promotion (X8) and sales volume (Y). Based on the resulting analysis: (1) the formulation of a digital-based marketing implementation model, (2) digital marketing (shopee) dominantly affects the increase in sales volume, (3) the overall implementation of digitalization variables affects the increase in sales volume.
