Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, (2) effect of restaurant image to customer satisfaction, (3) effect customer satisfaction to behavioral intentions, (4) effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on this research are all customer of restaurant Ayam Goreng Mbah Karto in Sukoharjo. The samples of this research consist of 100 respondent, taken with accidental sampling. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis, the researcher using the path analysis, meanwhile data processing in this research using SPSS program. The result reveals that (1) restaurant image have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (2) restaurant image have significance effect to customer satisfaction; (3) customer satisfaction have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (4) there is a significance direct effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. The conclusion of this research that all hypothesis are supported. Keywords: restaurant image, customer satisfaction, behavioral intentions

Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) effect of perceived value to behavioral intentions, (2) effect of perceived value to consumer satisfaction, (3) effect consumer satisfaction to behavioral intentions, (4) effect of perceived value to behavioral intentions, through consumer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on this research are all consumer of Hartono Life Style Mall in Solo Baru. The samples of this research consist of 100 responden, taken with convenience sampling. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis, the researcher uses the path analysis, meanwhile data processing in this research using SPSS program. The result reveals that (1) perceived value have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (2) perceived value have significance effect to consumer satisfaction; (3) consumer satisfaction have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (4) there is a significance direct effect of perceived value to behavioral intentions, through consumer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Abstract

The research objectives are to analyze the significance of the effect work motivation on employee performance, work ethics on employee performance, tenure on employee performance, the effect of the work motivation on employee performance moderated by tenure, and the effect of the work ethic on employee performance moderated by tenure in Business Multi Purpose Cooperative Sinar Mas Motor Delanggu. The research method used survey method, the type of data use quantitative and qualitative data. Source of data used are primary and secondary data. Collection method: questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The sampling technique to include all employees by 30 respondents. Test instrument is validity and reliability test. Data analysis technique used classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination (R2), the absolute value of the difference test. The test result indicates that motivation (X1) have an influence on employee performance (Y) in the Business Multipurpose Cooperative Sinar Mas Motor Delanggu because the value of the regression of the most large. The tenure does not moderate the effect of work motivation on employee performance and the tenure does not moderate influence on employee performance work ethic in Multipurpose Cooperative Sinar Mas Motor Delanggu. Abstract

The goal of this research is to analyze the significance of the service quality influence, reputation and trust to consumer satisfaction of Jayapura Motor repair shop in Jatipuro Karanganyar. To analyze whether the trust moderating services quality influence and company reputation to consumer satisfaction at Jayapura Motor repair shop in Jatipuro Karanganyar. The result of this research conclude there is a significance influence from service quality, company reputation and trust to consumer satisfaction at Jayapura Motor repair shop in Jatipuro Karanganyar. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of service quality of mobile banking and satisfaction on loyalty and analyze the effect of the service quality of mobile banking on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction. This study is a survey at consumers of Bank BNI Sukoharjo. Population are customer whose used mobile banking. Sample as many as 100 people with convenience sampling. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires, observations and literature. Data were analyzed used path analysis. The survey results revealed that the service quality of mobile banking has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality of mobile banking has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract

The objective of this study are to know the effect of green marketing to purchasing decisions Ades. Population in this study were students in Slamet Riyadi University. In this research the large amount of samples was determined as many as 100 respondents. Technique analysis of data used was multiple linear regression technique analysis. The data used in this research are primary data obtained by giving questionnaires to respondents. Test precondition analysis used in this study include: normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity autocorrelation and linearity hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis, F test, T test and the coefficient of determination. Based on the result of the study it can be concluded that the green product influence positive on purchasing decisions Ades, green price no influence on purchasing decisions Ades, green promotion influence positive on purchasing decisions Ades and green place influence positive on purchasing decision Ades. Based on the results of the calculation Adjusted R square of 0,325 so that it can be interpreted that 32,5 percent Ades purchasing decisions green marketing. Abstract

Purpose of this research to analyze effect of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction. Research design was survey on customer of Arfa Barbershop Surakarta. Type of data used qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data used primary and secondary data. Population are customers Arfa Barbershop Surakarta. Sample used 100 customer with convenience sampling. Technique of collecting data used questionnaire, observation and documentation. Analysis data used assumption classic test, multiple regression, t test, F test and coefficient determination. Result showed that tangibles has did not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Reliability has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Responsiveness has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Assurance has did not significant effect on customer satisfaction. Empathy has significant effect customer satisfaction. Reliability was a dominant variable on customer satisfaction because has value of coefficient regression are biggest. Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of promotion, price and customer satisfaction towards purchasing decision Smoking Djarum Super on society in the village Central sub-district of Sragen. 2) to analyze the effect of moderation in consumer satisfaction influence promotion and price of purchase Smoking Djarum Super on society in the village Central sub-district of Sragen. Research methods using method survey. The population in this research community teenagers and adults who smoke Djarum Super sex with males in the Village Central sub-district of Sragen. In research technique sampling using a purposive sampling, the number of samples that used as many as 100 people. Technique of data analysis used a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, the coefficient of determination and analysis of the absolute difference. The research results obtained conclusions: there is a significant influence on promotion, price and customer satisfaction towards purchasing decision Smoking Djarum Super on society in the village Central sub-district of Sragen. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of the work environment and motivation to employee performance and analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance mediated by motivation. This study is a survey of staff at the Department of Cleanliness And Landscaping Surakarta. The study population and sample as many as 421 people were taken as many as 85 people with proportional cluster random sampling technique. The type of data used quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data used primary data and secondary data. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires, observations and literature. Data were analyzed used validity, reliability, classic assumption test and path analysis. The survey results revealed that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment has a significant effect on employee motivation. Motivation has no significant effect on the employee performance. Motivation does not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee performanceKeywords: work environment, motivation, performance.
