Abstract

ABSTRACT   The tendency of science cutting loose from its philosophy, causing science loss its vision and philosophical orientation. On that account, effort to bring into contact to return the science with its philosophy root represents actual agenda for academic world. The purpose of this article is discussing the philosophical aspects of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, a relative newly construct in Organizational Behavior. The study is conducted based-on three science philosophy pillars, namely ontology, epistemology and axiology. The result indicates that from aspect ontological, epistemological and also axiological, OCB represent study object having a significance contribution to Organizational Behavior studies. Abstract

ABSTRACT Management and career planning to face the environmental change and organization, which quickly is not easy to. Therefore is needed by design and forming return to develop their career. There are some reason is; why needed by management and good career planning, because career planning become the do it yourself project, entire combination of interest management required by every organizational type have been known better, and people start their career by thinking organization as something that have to be created by “ no to be followed”. All individual capable to develop the knowledge, skill will place his self in its own career efficacy. In career development, each of individual have to develop the new interest which deal with self management and its career, and also everyone require to learn how to develop the knowledge and adaptation to his self. Career satisfaction is often made by as successfulness indicator program career at one particular organization. Organizational with the high career satisfaction level is indication of how element from organization able to support its employees career development, so that able to trigger the satisfaction appearance in their career. Manager represents one of element from company capable to assist in make-up of satisfaction of employees career. How management support able to influence the career satisfaction will be studied in this research. Cause of interaction between employees and manager will have a share to influence their career satisfaction level. Oftentimes career satisfaction is caused by sympathetic attitude from line manager in supporting the employees’ career development. Abstract

ABSTRACT   Accounting system for business organization is widely known by economic society, especially for those who are interest in accounting. On the other hand human resource accounting system in accounting, hasn’t been know widely. Human resource accounting system which is usually used by business organizational, both service and industrial organization, is conventional accounting. This system treats all expenses concerned with human resources as one expense, consequently this expense will be deleted directly is related period. The review of human resources accounting system need to be done basically, moreover it must be based on human resource treatment properly. Abstract

ABSTRACT Stress is used to show an unwanted condition, unpleasure one, both mentally (emotion) and physically. Stress not only shows an unpleasure condition (negative) but also a pleasure one (positive). One's performance is influenced negatively when he or she has a heavy loadwork. It is a potential condition in emerging stress. The emerged stress will give bad influence to someone, in his or her work and life quality. Career woman that faced to many works usually has more stress than man, thus it results in disturbing physic and mental healthy and can hinder the goal to reach top manager position. There are stress differences in workplace that can happen to any management level, and can happen both to man and woman. Thus we will see how far does that stress happen in workplace and influence one's performance, both man and woman.   Keywords: stress at workplace, performance, stress influence, work and life quality

Abstract

ABSTRACT Technology change, globalization, working force variety, working trend and business environment condition cause more competitive competition in business. Consequently organizations need to create competition excellence continuously in order to survive. The competition excellence can be created by changing the role and human resource management paradigm. The old paradigm placed human resource not in vital position, while new paradigm place it is as vital aspect in organization, so that human resource is considered to be crucial asset. Human resource management has to be able to manage human resource optimally in organization structure with strategic steps to improve human resource quality as human capital. It can be done by improving employee capability and employee commitment. Human resource is expected to have distinctive capabilities experience and know-how, since it has the ability to be organization distinction factor in competition by creating valuable, rare, uninitiated and uneasy substitute product, so continuous competition excellence is created. Abstract

ABSTRACT The study aims to know the significance of gender difference influence toward factors which affect the students of accounting department to choose the profession of public accountant and non public account. The study is conducted in faculty of economics UNISRI Surakarta with fifty respondents from the students of accounting department. To get sample, proportional simple random sampling is used, statistic test, and discriminate sample independent test is used to analyze the data. The result show that there is no significant difference between the factors affecting the students of accounting department to choose the difference among the factors which are considered to be able to differ the profession choice between public accountant and non public account. Variable order from the most important to less one in forming discriminate function are the variable of working opportunity for female respondent who choose public accountant and variable of working opportunity which is more important for those who choose non public accountant. For male responded working opportunity is more important variable for those who choose public accountant.   Keywords: Gender, public accountant, students of accounting department

ABSTRACT Career managerial get change together with expanding organization chart. In early millennium, various changes will be non-stopped to emerge accompany the turn of century. The century 21 estimated will bring various elementary changes in organization. Pattern of Career managerial will change to accompany the organizational change. Companies make the career planning for the sake of with, because career planning of concerning organizational future and opportunity developing of all employees. A new model of career tries to place return at more vital portion, but new model goodness and also old fashion own the character element, which often disagree with the fact of last and now. Current trend in organization has impact for the psychological change of individual and improvement to HRD. At the moment most executive have earned to accept fully that emotional intelligence (EI) is something that necessary for individual effectiveness. The building of strong team require to emphasize new research include the emotional intelligence (EI) at one particular group and how to reach for the EI with as effective as possible. Real matter which can be perceived that the impact of emotional intelligence to mobility of somebody career. Abstract

Abstract The concept of 360 degree appraisal is straight forward enough. In the systems, individuals evalute themselves and receive feedback from other employees and organizational members. The feedback comes from an individuals immediate supervisor and peers, and if the individual is manager from his or her direct subordinates. Employees performance can improved through feedback with evaluate themselves and receives feedback from other employees. Abstract

INTISARI Mental wirausaha merupakan sikap yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi berbagai situasi. Seorang wirausahawan yang sukses memerlukan kesabaran, percaya diri dan sehat fisik maupun mentalnya. Keberhasilan dapat dicapai dengan bekerja keras serta percaya kepada kekuatan sendiri. Pemikiran-pemikiran yang kreatif dan konstruktif sangat diperlukan terutama untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang mungkin muncul dalam menjalankan usahanya untuk menghadapi perubahan dalam lingkungan bisnis. Kata kunci: usaha, tantangan, kewirausahaan,pemikiran kreatif dan konstruktif.
