Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence on the profitability of banks against NIM Government and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 2) to analyze the significance of the influence on the profitability of banks against BOPO Government and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 3) to analyze the significance of the influence of LDR against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 4) to analyze the significance of the influence of the NPL against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. 5) to analyze the significance of the influence of NIM, BOPO, LDR and NPL simultaneously against profitability at Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange period 2012-2014. Research methods method using case studies, the data type of the data being used is qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the data of seconds. The population in this research is Government banks and national private commercial banks in Indonesia stock exchange as much as 21 banks, using purposive sampling technique of sampling, namely an amount of 18 banks, methods of data collection used documentation. Technique of data analysis used a classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) partially known that Net Interest Margin (NIM) significant positive effect towards profitability. 2) partially known that operating expenses/operating income (BOPO) significant negative effect towards profitability. 3) partially known that the Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) of significant negative effect towards profitability. 4) partially known that Non Performing Loan (NPL) effect is not significantly to profitability. 5) simultaneously can note that Net Interest Margin (NIM), operating expenses/operating income (BOPO), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) have a significant effect on profitability.Keywords: NIM, BOPO, LDR, NPL, profitability.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze: (1) the significant effect of Debt To Equity Ratio on Return On Asset; (2) the significant effect of Inventory Turnover on Return On Asset; (3) the significant effect of Total Asset Turnover on Return On Asset; and (4) the significant effect of Firm Size on Return On Asset.This research took object in Indonesia Stock Exchange in Real Estate and Property companies presenting financial statement for 2011-2014 period and yielding profit during 2011-2014 period. This study was a secondary research; technique of collecting data used was documentation study on financial statement for 2011-2014 period. The method of analyzing data used was regression prerequisite test using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determinacy test, while hypothesis testing was carried out using t-test and F-test. Considering the classical assumption test, it could be seen that the data of research variable had meet the required assumption in multiple linear regression model, in which there was no multicolinearity problem, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity and normal residual. Based on t-test, it could be found that only Inventory Turnover indicated insignificant result. The size of independent variable’s contribution to independent variable was 41%. The conclusion of each hypothesis testing result showed that (1) Debt to Equity Ratio affected significantly Return On Asset in Real Estate and Property company during 2011-2014, yielding p value 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, hypothesis 1 was supported; (2) inventory turnover ratio did not affect significantly the Return On Asset in Real Estate and Property company during 2011-2014, yielding p value 0.745 > 0.05; thus, hypothesis 2 was not supported; (3) Total Asset Turnover ration affected significantly Return On Asset in Real Estate and Property company during 2011-2014, yielding p value 0.000 < 0.05; thus hypothesis 3 was supported; (4) firm size affected significantly Return On Asset in Real Estate and Property company during 2011-2014, yielding p value0,002 < 0,05; thus hypothesis 4 was supported.Keywords: debt to equity ratio, inventory turnover, total asset turnover, firm size, return on asset.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, organizational culture, and job satisfaction against Organization Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo. 2) to analyze the dominant influence variables (characteristics of individual, organizational commitment, organizational culture, or job satisfaction) of Organization Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and the data of secondary. The population in this study are permanent employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo totaling 144 people. In this research technique sampling using the technique of proportional random sampling. As for the number of samples used in the study was as many as 72 people respondents. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of Linear regression analysis, classic Double, t test, F test, the coefficient of determination and the absolute difference test. The research results obtained conclusions: there is a significant influence on the characteristics of individual, organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior against on the employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo. Organizational culture is the dominant variables that affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT Pos Indonesia Branches Sukoharjo.Keywords: characteristics of individual, organizational culture, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. The effect of leadership on teacher performance. The effect of job satisfaction on performance with less leadership as a moderating variable. The study population was all teachers civil servants in SMP Negeri 1 Jumapolo, with a sample of 40 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and test-gap absolute value. Based on the results of research in the know that job satisfaction does not significantly influence the performance of teachers. Leadership significant effect on the performance of teachers. Leadership moderating effect of job satisfaction on the performance of teachers.Keywords: job satisfaction, leadership, performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (2) impact of service quality on customer loyalty (3) the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (4) impact of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study population was all subscribers Grocery Store Mursid in Boyolali with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using path analysis. Based on the validity of the test showed that all valid instrument and of the reliability test showed all instruments reliable. Classic assumption test results show that the variable data of this study has been to meet the assumptions required by multiple linear regression model that does not happen multikolinearitas problem, does not occur heteroskedastisitas, and autocorrelation, and residual normal. The conclusion from the results of testing each hypothesis shows that all hypothesis can be accepted or proven true, except for the hypothesis (2) impact of service quality on customer loyalty in Boyolali Mursid Wholesale Stores that can not be substantiated.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) the effect of advertising creativity to the purchase decision As mobile card on S1 students University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta (2) the effect of celebrity endorser on purchase decisions As mobile card on S1 students University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta (3) the effect of advertising creativity on purchasing decisions As cellular card in moderation the celebrity endorser at the University of S1 students Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Population of this research is a mobile card users on S1 students University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta as the use of As mobile card and seen the advertisement “selamat pagi ayam” and taken a sample of 70 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity dan reliability test. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using absolute difference test. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) advertising creativity does not have a significant effect on purchase decision As mobile card on S1 students University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, is shown by p value 0,842 > 0,05. (2) celebrity endorser have a significant effect on purchase decision As mobile card on S1 students University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta, is shown by p value 0,015 < 0,05. (3) celebrity endorser does not moderate the effect of advertising creativity on purchase decisions As mobile card on S1 student University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta , it is shown by p value 0,073 > 0,05 .Keywords: advertising creativity, celebrity endorser, purchase decision.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of the working discipline, leadership styles, motivation and compensation on performance on employees at PT Graha Service Indonesia (GSI) of Surakarta. 2) to analyze whether the motivation to moderate the influence of work discipline, leadership style and compensation on performance on employees at PT Graha Service Indonesia (GSI) of Surakarta. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and the data of skunder. Population and sample in this research is part of the employee's service in PT Graha Service Indonesia (GSI) of Surakarta. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, linear regression analysis of multiple test, t test, F test and the determination of the coefficient of absolute difference. The research results obtained conclusions: there is a significant influence of the working discipline, leadership styles, motivation and compensation on performance of employees on the employees of PT Graha Service Indonesia (GSI) of Surakarta. Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction using bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; the effect of price on consumer satisfaction that use bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; the effect of the facility to the satisfaction of consumers who use bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; which of the quality of service, pricing, or facilities were dominant influence on consumer satisfaction using bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar. The population in this study is that consumers who use bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar, with a sample of 70 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires instrument through the stages of testing the validity and reliability first. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis beganda. The results showed that the quality of service significantly influence consumer satisfaction using bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; prices not significant effect on customer satisfaction using bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; facilities significantly influence consumer satisfaction using bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar; service quality is a dominant influence on the satisfaction of consumers who use bus transportation services PT Rosalia Indah Transport in Palur Karanganyar.Keywords: service quality, price, amenities, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: to analyze the significance of the influence of remuneration against motivation, analyze the significance of the influence of remuneration on performance, analyzing the significance of the influence of motivation on performance and to analyze the significance of the influence of remuneration on performance that is mediated by the motivation on the immigration Clerk class I. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this research is the entire Immigration clerk class I of Surakarta, that as many as 77 people. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, path analysis. Based on the research results obtained the conclusion that influence remuneration against motivation, influence remuneration against the performance of an employee, the influence of motivation on performance clerk retrieved the conclusion there is a significant influence. Other findings from the results of the analysis show that mediate the influence of remuneration motivation on performance clerk at the immigration Clerk class I.Keywords: remuneration, motivation, employee performance.

Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) the effect of service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. (2) the effect of patient satisfaction to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. (3) the effect of patient satisfaction in moderation the service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong. Population of this research is all of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong patients during Desember 2015, and taken a sample of 70 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity dan reliability test. Test requirements regression using classic assumption test. Data were analyzed using absolute difference test. The conclusion of each hypothesis test results show that (1) the service performance does not have a significant effect to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, is proven by probability value of t test result 0,08 > 0,05. (2) patient satisfaction have a significant effect to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, , is proven by probability value of t - test result (0,000) < 0,05. (3) patient satisfaction does not moderated the service performance to patient loyalty of RSUI Yakssi Gemolong, it is proven by probability value of absolute difference test result 0,155 > 0,05.Keywords: service performance, patient satisfaction, patient loyalty
