Abstract

Hypermart Grand Mall Surakarta is one of the retail stores in Surakarta. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of price discount and store atmosphere on emotional shopping and impulse buying, the indirect effect of price discount on impulse buying through emotional shopping, and the indirect effect of store atmosphere on impulse buying through emotional shopping. This type of research is a survey method conducted at the Grand Mall Surakarta Hypermart. Data sources are primary and secondary data. The research population was all consumers who had made a purchase at the Hypermart Mall Grand Surakarta. The sampling technique uses non-probability techniques with a purposive sampling method of 110 respondents. The analysis technique uses the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Validity test uses confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and reliability testing uses the cronbach's alpha value. The results show that price discount affects emotional shopping, store atmosphere influences emotional shopping, price discount effect on impulse buying, store atmosphere has an effect on impulse buying, emotional shopping has an impact on impulse buying, price discount indirect effect on impulse buying through emotional shopping, and store atmosphere indirect effect on impulse buying through emotional shopping.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, competence, organizational culture and work facilities to the performance of employees of Banjarsari District office of Surakarta City. This research uses the survey method, the type of data used is qualitative data and quantitative data, the data sources used primary data and secondary data. The population and samples in this study were all employees of the Banjarsari district office of Surakarta City which amounted to 32 people, so it is a census study. Data collection methods used: questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analyses, t tests, F tests and coefficient of determinations. The results of the study were concluded that: the work discipline has significant effect on the employee performance of Banjarsari District office in Surakarta City. The competency has significant effect on the employee performance of Banjarsari district office in Surakarta. The organizational culture has significant effect on the employee performance of Banjarsari district office in Surakarta. The facility has significant effect on the employee performance of Banjarsari District office in Surakarta City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on profitability (ROA). the type of data used is secondary data taken by the documentation method by accessing the site www.idx.co.id, and the site of each company. Data analysis techniques using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. the results of the research show that cash turnover partially has a significant effect on profitability, whereas accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover have no significant effect on profitability. Simultaneous cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, and inventory turnover have no significant effect on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of motivation, compensation and work discipline on employee performance and analyze the independent variables that had the dominant influence on employee performance. This type of research is a survey of UNISRI Surakarta staff. The research population is the UNISRI Surakarta company. The sampling technique uses proportional cluster random sampling with a sample of 70 people. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that motivation is not significant for employee performance. Significant compensation for employee performance. Significant work discipline on employee performance. Work discipline is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect of price, facilities, service quality on customer satisfaction Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa Surakarta. This study uses survey methods, the type of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, the source of the data used are primary data and secondary data. The total population in this study was 400 people. In this study, because the population is more than 100, the sampling technique is accidental sampling, which is accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used, Descriptive Analysis, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of this study concluded that the price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa Surakarta. Facilities have a significant effect on customer satisfaction Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa Surakarta. Quality of service does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction Grand Laguna Hotel & Villa Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, analyze customer satisfaction in mediating the effect of service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty. This research is a survey. The population is Surakarta Playground Café customers. The research sample of 100 people with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived value affects customer satisfaction. Service quality affects on customer loyalty. Perceived value affects on customer loyalty. The customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. Service quality affects customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Perceived value affects customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is aimed to find the influence of the dimensions skin whitening product, which consist of quality, public image, and advertising toward customer loyality, which measured through the intention to repurchase with same brand in the future. Through purposive sampling method, using samples 100 respondent were taken from student in area of economics faculty in UNISRI Surakarta. Logistic regression analysis with binary scaled-dependent variable is used to predict the influences dimensions skin whitening product which consist of of quality, public image, and advertising customer’s loyality. The result of the logistic regression analysis with binary scaled shows that there are three dimension of skin whitening product have the most significant effect in creating customer’s loyality through the intention to repurchase with same brand in the future The result of Exp(B) test shows that contribution which given by quality variable toward in creating customer’s loyality are bigger than another variables. Abstract

The purpose of this research was: analyzing the significance of the influence of taste, price and brand image of Mie Sedaap brand switching on a Housewife in the village of Andong Subdistrict Pakel Boyolali Regency. Analyze the dominant influence variables (taste, price or brand image) against the decision of switching brands of Mie Sedaap in Housewife in the village of Andong Subdistrict Pakel Boyolali Regency. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and the data of skunder. The population in this study are all mothers who never consume mie Sedaap and switching to other brands in the village of Andong Subdistrict Pakel Boyolali Regency. In this research technique sampling using the technique of purposive sampling. As for the number of samples used in the study was as many as 100 people respondents. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of Linear regression analysis, classic Double, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. The research results obtained conclusions: there is a significant influence on the taste, price and brand image of Mie Sedaap brand switching on a Housewife in the village of Andong Subdistrict Pakel Boyolali Regency. The taste is variable, the dominant influence of switching brands of Mie Sedaap in Housewife in the village of Andong Subdistrict Pakel Boyolali Regency.Keywords: taste, price, brand image, brand switching decisions

Abstract

The objective of the research are to analyses (1) effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, (2) effect of restaurant image to customer satisfaction, (3) effect customer satisfaction to behavioral intentions, (4) effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions, through customer satisfaction as the mediating variable. Population on this research are all customer of restaurant “Bandeng Segar Mbak Mar” in Surakarta. The samples of this research consist of 100 respondent, taken with accidental sampling. Data collecting with questionnaire technique through validity and reliability test. To test the hypothesis, the researcher using the path analysis, meanwhile data processing in this research using SPSS program. The result reveals that (1) restaurant image have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (2) restaurant image have significance effect to customer satisfaction; (3) customer satisfaction have significance effect to behavioral intentions; (4) customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of restaurant image to behavioral intentions. The conclusion of this research that all hypothesis are supported.Keywords: restaurant image, customer satisfaction, behavioral intentions

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: 1) to analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service of consumer satisfaction on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 2) to analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service of customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 3) to analyze the significance of the influence of consumer satisfaction toward customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 4) To analyze the influence of the quality of service of customer loyalty that is mediated by consumer satisfaction on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. Research methods method using survey data, the type of data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and the data of secondary. The population in this research is that consumers never use Batik Solo Trans Bus Transport Corridor 2 in December 2015 until January 2016. Sampling techniques in the research of using accidental sampling, the number of samples that used as many as 100 people. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaires, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, linear regression analysis of multiple test, t test, F and the coefficients of determination. The research results obtained conclusions: 1) service quality effect significantly to consumer satisfaction on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 2) quality of service effect significantly to customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 3) influential consumer satisfaction significantly to customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2. 4) Satisfaction influences the quality of the service of customer loyalty on Batik Solo Trans Bus Corridor 2.Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
