Abstract

Aim of this research are to explain 1,2) influence of product quality and servicequality to customer satisfaction; 3,4) explaining product quality and service quality tocustomer satisfaction and 5) customer satisfaction to re-purchase intention.Thisresearch is conducted at Rumah Makan Pecel Solo branch Solo. Sample measurement isused as 135 respondents with non-probability sampling tekhnique and purposivesampling method. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modelinganalysis technique. Research result indicates that there is influence of significantproduct quality and service quality toward customer’s satisfaction; product quality andservice quality give influence significant to repurchase intention; and customersatisfaction influence significant to repurchase intention. Based on aim of research,suggestion for the management of Rumah Makan Pecel Solo, is to improve the quality ofservices and maintain the quality of their products in order to provide total satisfactionto the consumer and the impact to the strong of re-purchase intention.Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction, re-purchase intentions

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the effect ofcompensation, leadership, competence and discipline to employee performance as wellas the dominant variable influence on employee performance. The usefulness of thisresearch for the Islamic Charity Hospital Healthy Sragen is can be used asconsideration for policy making in improving employee performance through theprovision of compensation, leadership, competence and work discipline. This study usessurvey method, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data sourceused primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all employeesat the Islamic Charity Hospital Healthy Sragen as many as 315 people. The number ofsamples in this study as many as 83 people, the number of samples used as many as 79people, the sampling technique using proportional cluster random sampling. Datacollection methods are used: questionnaires and documentation. Data analysistechnique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiplelinear regression analysis. In conclusion: Compensation, leadership, competence anddiscipline significant partially effect on employee performance. Abstract

PT Metropolitan Retailmart Solo Baru is a retail company in the field of fashion,hearts run company trying to improve the operational activities of employees boardingcosts. The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the influence ofemotional intelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational CitizenshipBehavior on employee performance as well as the dominant variable influence onemployee performance. Emotional intelligence significantly influence employeeperformance. Organizational commitment significantly influence employeeperformance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior significant influence on employeeperformance. Organizational commitment variables are variables that dominantinfluence on employee performance. F test results obtained p-value of 0,000 < 0,05means that the model used to test the effect of independent variables of emotionalintelligence, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior onemployee performance is appropriate. The results of the analysis of the coefficient ofdetermination is obtained is known that the influence exerted by the independentvariable of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior of the dependent variable is the performance of employees is55,5% while the rest (100% - 55,5%) = 44,5% influenced by other factors beyond thevariables studied.Keywords: emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, organizationalcitizenship behavior, employee performance

Abstract

The objective of research was to assess the financial performance of cementindustry using financial ratio analysis. This research was conducted in the cementindustries enlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange with qualitative and quantitative dataas the types of data used. The data source employed was secondary one in the form ofcompanies’ financial statements published. Technique of analyzing data used wasfinancial ratio analysis with liquidity ratio (performance ratio), profitability ratio(return on equity ratio), solvency ratio (debt to equity ratio), and market ratio (priceearning ratio and dividend yield). The result of research showed that the cementindustries enlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange, viewed from liquidity, profitability, andsolvency ratios compared between one year and another using industrial average ratio,showed the poor performance, while viewed from market ratio, it showed the goodperformance.Keywords: liquidity ratio, profitability ratio, solvency ratio, market ratio

Abstract

Research conducted at PT PLN (Persero) Area Surakarta discount objectives,among others, to determine the effect of workload and work motivation on employeeperformance, to know is there any influence of workload on employee performance andto know there any influence of work motivation on employee performance. The results ofthis study are expected to provide positive feedback to the management of PT PLN(Persero) so that in the future can be used as a reference and consideration in decisionmaking and also if it can enrich the material and also add information to science. Theresults of this research is the discovery of effect workload and motivation is theindependent variable on the performance of 72,7% based on a test of R2 (determination)with the remaining 27,3% is influenced by other variables not be research in thepreparation of this thesis. For variable influence on the performance of the workloadwith other factors constant found no significant effect positive as evidenced by t-test, pvaluewhere 0,000 < 0,05 of data that is processed through the application of SPSSversion 16.0. For variable work motivation on the performance of the other factorsconstant found no significant effect as evidenced by the positive test results in which thep-value 0,000 < 0,05 conclude that motivation has a significant positive effect onemployee performance.Keywords: workload, work motivation, employee performance

Abstract

Samsung company is now a producer of Android phones in the world. To meet theneeds of its customers, the Company Samsung has always product updates by generatingnew products and constantly innovate products and improve product quality to betterdirection. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence ofproduct innovation, product quality and brand image of Samsung brand mobile phonepurchasing decisions on the Faculty of Economics, University of Slamet RiyadiSurakarta. Analyzing the moderating effects of brand image on the influence of productinnovation and product quality to the purchasing decision brand mobile phone Samsungat Faculty of Economics, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. This study uses surveymethod, the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source usedprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study were all students of theFaculty of Economics University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The number of samples inthis study were 100 students, the sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Datacollection methods are used: questionnaires and documentation. Data analysistechnique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiplelinear regression analysis, t-test, F, coefficient determination and test the absolutedifference. In conclusion: There was a significant effect of product innovation, productquality and brand image of Samsung brand mobile phone purchasing decisions on theFaculty of Economics, University of Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Brand image does notmoderate the effect of product innovation and product quality to the purchasing decisionbrand mobile phone Samsung at Faculty of Economics, University of Slamet RiyadiSurakarta. This means that the brand image does not amplify the effect of productinnovation on Samsung brand mobile phone purchasing decisions.Keywords: product innovation, product quality, brand image, purchase decisions

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the significance of the effect ofcompensation, motivation and discipline of work on employee performance CV MajuAbadi Garment and dominant variable influence on employee performance CV MajuAbadi Garment. This study used a survey method. Types of data used are qualitative andquantitative data source in the form of primary and secondary data. The technique ofcollecting data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population inthis study are employees CV Maju Abadi Garment advanced as much as 311 employees.The sampling technique using proportional random sampling method were 81respondents. Data were analyzed using classical assumption test, multiple linearregression analysis, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. Based on that conclusion,compensation, motivation, and discipline significant effect on employee performance CVMaju Abadi Garment and compensation is the dominant variable influence on employeeperformance CV Maju Abadi Garment.Keywords: compensation, motivation, discipline work, employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the working environment andcompensation to employee performance. The effect of the working environment andcompensation to employee performance and job satisfaction as a moderating variable.The population in this study were all employees at the BodyPaint PT Nasmoco AbadiMotor Branch Ringroad Karanganyar totaling 40 employees. Data collection techniqueused questionnaire that through stages of testing the validity and reliability. Data wereanalyzed using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linearregression test, and test-gap absolute value. Based on the survey results revealed thatthe working environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employeeperformance. Compensation does not significantly influence employee performance. Jobsatisfaction does not moderate the effect of the working environment and compensationon employee performance of BodyPaint PT Nasmoco Abadi Motor Branch RingroadKaranganyar.Keywords: work environment, compensation, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

The objectives of research were: To know the significance of the partially effect ofproduct quality, price, location and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions atJodho Bekonang Mojolaban food stall. To know customer satisfaction in moderating theeffect of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at Jodho BekonangMojolaban food stall. Research method using a survey method, the types data used werequalitative data and quantitative data, the data sources employed were primary data andsecondary data. The population of this research was customers at Jodho BekonangMojolaban food stall. The total samples of this research were 100 respondents, withpurposive sampling as the technique of sampling used. Data methods used werequestionnaire, observation, and documentation. Techniques of analyzing data used werevalidity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysisand absolute difference value test. The result of research, showed that: There was asignificant effect of product quality, price, location and customer satisfaction partiallyon purchasing decisions at Jodho Bekonang Mojolaban food stall. Customer satisfactionmoderate the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at Jodho BekonangMojolaban food stall. Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning, empowerment, internal factors andexternal factors affecting the interest in entrepreneurship students of the Faculty ofEconomics, University Islam Batik Surakarta. Students who were respondents of 100people were deployed at the Faculty of Economics. The data collected is the primarydata by means of questionnaires and measurements of variables using purposive randomsampling technique sampling. Data Analysis Methods usedwere validity test, reliabilitytest, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R²). External factors that areenvironmental factors, affect sikfikan the interest in entrepreneurship with a significantlevel of 0,05. The factors of learning, empowerment, internal factors, but not significantpositive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. Value determinants of these threefactors is 0,265, meaning 26,5% of research variables able to determine the interest inentrepreneurship, while the remaining 73,5% is determined by variables outside theresearch.
