Abstract

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Solo as banking institutions arealways working to improve customer satisfaction by providing optimum service andincrease customer confidence. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significanceof the impact of service quality on customer confidence in PT Bank Tabungan Negara(Persero) Tbk Branch Solo, analyze the significance of the impact of service quality andcustomer confidence in the customer satisfaction in PT Bank Tabungan Negara(Persero) Tbk Branch Solo, analyzing the mediating effect of customer confidence in theimpact of service quality on customer satisfaction in PT Bank Tabungan Negara(Persero) Tbk Branch Solo. This study uses survey method, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data.The population in this study were all customer PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) TbkBranch Solo in January 2017. The number of samples in this study as many as 100customers, accidental sampling technique using random sampling. Data collectionmethods are used: questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis technique used totest the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. In conclusion:1) There is significant influence service quality to customer confidence. 2) There was asignificant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. 3) There is significantinfluence on customer satisfaction customer confidence. 4) The client's trust mediates theimpact of service quality on customer satisfaction.Keywords: service quality, trust, customer satisfaction

Abstract

PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk is now one of the State OwnedEnterprises (SOEs) that have been listed on the Stock Exchange in Indonesia arerequired to carry out organizational changes in order to improve organizationalperformance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect oforganizational change, organizational culture and job satisfaction to employeeperformance. Analyze the effect of organizational change and organizational culture onemployee performance moderated job satisfaction. This study uses survey method, thetype of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary dataand secondary data. The population in this study were all all employees of PT BankTabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Solo as many as 199 employees. The number ofsamples in this study as many as 53 employees, the sampling technique usingproportional cluster random sampling. Data collection methods used: questionnaire,observation and documentation. Data analysis technique used to test the validity,reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F,coefficient determination and test the absolute difference. In conclusion: There was asignificant effect of organizational change, cultural organization and job satisfaction toemployee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch Office Solo.Job satisfaction moderate the effect of organizational change and organizational cultureon employee performance at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Branch OfficeSolo.Keywords: organizational change, organizational culture, job satisfaction, employeeperformance.

Abstract

PT Indaco Warna Dunia Karanganyar in conducting its operational activitiestrying to improve employee performance. Factors affecting the performance ofemployees is the stress of work, compensation and job satisfaction. The purpose ofresearch is to analyze the significance of the effect of work stress on job satisfaction andcompensation to the employees of PT Indaco Warna Dunia Karanganyar, analyze thesignificance of the effect of work stress, compensation and job satisfaction on theperformance of employees of PT Indaco Warna Dunia Karanganyar, analyze jobsatisfaction in mediating the effects of work stress and compensation to employeesperformance of PT Indaco Warna Dunia Karanganyar. This study uses survey method,the type of data used quantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primarydata and secondary data. The population in this study were all employees of PT IndacoWarna Dunia Karanganyar as many as 344 employees. The number of samples in thisstudy as many as 69 people, the sampling technique using proportional randomsampling. Data collection methods are used: questionnaires and documentation. Dataanalysis technique used to test the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, andpath analysis. In conclusion: there is a significant effect of work stress on jobsatisfaction, there was a significant effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction,there was a significant effect of work stress on employee performance, there was asignificant effect of compensation to employee performance, there is a significantinfluence job satisfaction the performance of employees, there is an indirect effect ofwork stress on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, there is the indirecteffect of compensation to employee performance mediated job satisfaction. Suggestionsin this research are: Chairman of PT Indaco Warna Dunia Karanganyar in an effort toimprove employee performance should evaluate its policies before a potentially stressfulfor employees, in particular by reducing the activity outside the duties andresponsibilities of employees, and conduct recreational activities for all employees aswell as continue to maintain and even improve employee satisfaction so the employee'sperformance may continue to rise.Keywords: job stress, compensation, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: the effect of organizational culture,leadership style and work motivation on employee performance and to analyze theinfluence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance aremoderated by the work motivation. This study is a survey on employees PDAMSurakarta. The research sample as many as 67 people with a proportional randomsampling technique. Data collection technique used questionnaire and literature. Datawere analyzed used multiple linear regression, t-test, F, coefficient determination andtest the absolute difference. The results showed that organizational culture has asignificant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect onemployee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employeeperformance. Work motivation moderating the effect of organizational culture onemployee performance. Work motivation does not moderate the effect of leadership styleon employee performance.Keywords: organization culture, leadership style, work motivation, performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the effect ofmotivation, the image of the institution, families and groups of reference to consumerdecisions. This study is a survey. The study population is students LPK FujiyamaGakkoo in Surakarta totaling 120 people. The research sample of 60 people with simplerandom sampling technique. Data collection technique used questionnaire, observationand documentation. Data were analyzed used multiple linear regression, t-test, F andcoefficient of determination. The results showed motivation has significant effect onconsumer decisions in the selection of service courses on Fujiyama LPK Gakko inSurakarta. The image of the institutions has significant effect on consumer decisions inthe selection of service courses on Fujiyama LPK Gakko in Surakarta. Families has asignificant effect on consumer decisions in the selection of service courses on FujiyamaLPK Gakko in Surakarta. Reference group has a significant effect on consumer decisionsin the selection of service courses on Fujiyama LPK Gakko in Surakarta.Keywords: motivation, image of institution, families, group of references

Abstract

Car Salon M2CW Karanganyar in an effort to increase customer loyalty strive toprovide optimal service quality to customers. The purpose of this study was to analyzethe significance of the effect of service quality and corporate image on customersatisfaction in Salon Car M2CW Karanganyar, analyze the significance of the influenceof service quality, corporate image and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty inSalon Car M2CW Karanganyar, analyze the significance of the impact of service qualityand corporate image of the customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction inKaranganyar M2CW Car Salon. This study used survey methods, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data and secondary data.The population in this study customers who use the services of the Car Salon M2CWKaranganyar, the sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, with a samplesize of 100 respondents. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of quality of food, service, priceand store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions This study is a survey. The typeof data used quantitative and qualitative data. The data source used primary datasources and secondary data. The study population is consumer Vien's Selat Segar danSop Solo. The research sample of 100 people with accidental sampling technique. Datacollection technique used questionnaire, observation and literature. Data were analyzedused multiple linear regression, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The resultsshowed that the quality of food significantly effect on purchasing decisions. Services hassignificantly effect on purchasing decisions. Price has significantly effect on purchasingdecisions. Store atmosphere does not significantly effect on purchasing decisions. Thecoefficient of determination of 0,811 means that the contribution of variables influencethe quality of food, service, price and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions was81,1%, while the remaining 18,9% is influenced by other variables not studied, forexample, is location.Keywords: quaity of food, service, price, store atmosphere, purchasing decision

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the diversity of the menu, trust andcustomer value on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and satisfaction mediates the effectof the diversity of the menu, trust and customer value on customer loyalty. This studyuses primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling.Data were analyzed using analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) wiht IMBsoftware SPSS Amos 20. The results of the analysis obtained significant influence thediversity of the menu and the value of the customer to customer satisfaction, there is nosignificant effect of trust to customer satisfaction, a significant influence satisfactioncustomer loyalty, there is a signifacant effect on loyalty diversity of the menu, there is nosignificant effect on the value of customer loyalty, satisfaction mediates the effect of thediversity of the menu and truston customer loyalty, satisfaction does not mediate theeffect of customer value on costumer loyalty.Keywords: diversity menu, trust, costumer value, satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

Investors investing aims to earn income (dividend yield) and the differencebetween the selling price of stock over its purchase price (capital gain). Investors asshareholders expect to get large dividends, or at least relatively stable from year to year.The problem in this study is whether there is a significant influence cash ratio, ROA,growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size and the institutional ownership of the dependentvariable is the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in the Indonesia StockExchange. The purpose of research is to analyze the significance of the effect of the cashratio, ROA, growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size and the institutional ownership of thedependent variable is the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in theIndonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses a case study, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used secondary data. The populationin this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for theperiod 2013-2015 as many as 141 companies, the sampling technique used purposivesampling that a number of the 30 samples, the data collection methods useddocumentation. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple linearregression analysis, t-test, F, and the coefficient of determination. In conclusion, that thecash ratio, debt to equity ratio, firm size and institutional ownership has no significanteffect on the dividend payout ratio at manufacturing companies in the Indonesia StockExchange, while the ROA and growth significantly influence the dividend payout ratio atmanufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange,Keywords: cash ratio, ROA, growth, debt to equity ratio, firm size, institutionalownership, dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the new policy the tax amnesty program, one of thepolicy objectives namely to encourage taxpayer who previously did not obey be obedientin the future. Then the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of policy taxamnesty, awareness, information and services tax amnesty on tax compliance together,knowing the effect of policy tax amnesty on tax compliance, determine the effect ofawareness of taxpayers on tax compliance, determine the effect services on taxcompliance and tax amnesty determine the effect of information on tax compliance. Thestudy population was 3,475 taxpayers to follow tax amnesty program on STO Surakarta.A sample of 100 taxpayers with accidental sampling technique. Analysis of the data usedin this study using multiple regression analysis, validity, reliability test, classicassumption test, the coefficient of determination (R2 test), regression test stimultan (Ftest), and partial regression test (t test). The results showed that the tax amnesty policy,awareness, information and services tax amnesty jointly influence on tax compliance onSTO Surakarta. Based on the results of data analysis known that the tax amnesty policyand no significant negative effect on tax compliance.Awareness of the taxpayer does nothave a significant effect on tax compliance. Services and significant positive effect on taxcompliance.
