Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the raw material needs planning policyimplemented by ATMI PT Duta Engineering. Analyzing the application of the method ofMaterial Requirements Planning can play a role in optimizing raw material inventorycontrol at PT Duta ATMI Engineering. Analytical techniques used in this research is byusing the method of MRP (Material Requirements Planning). The research resultsobtained conclusions planning needs raw materials policy implemented by ATMI PTDuta Engineering yet structured, it is apparent from the raw material procurementsystem which uses a method of forecasting in accordance with sales targets. Applicationof the method of Material Requirements Planning can play a role in mengoptimumkanraw material inventory control at PT Duta ATMI Engineering, it is shown in the totalcost of the inventory using the technique of Lot For Lot (LFL) is Rp 15,443,120, the totalcost of the inventory using the technique of Fixed Order Quantity amounting to Rp13,277,760 and the total cost of the inventory using the policy of the company amountingto Rp 50,754,720. From the comparison it can be noted that a very effective technique toachieve cost-efficiency the total inventory of raw materials is the technique of FixedOrder Quantity.Keywords: need raw materials, Material Requirements Planning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the retribution of tourist attractions, the number oftourists and entertainment taxes to the original income of karanganyar regency. Thisstudy uses quantitative data and uses secondary data sources. The population of thisresearch is 48 data and sample of this research consist of 48 data from retribution oftourist object, number of tourists, entertainment tax and local revenue. Data analysistechniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test andcoefficient of determination. The result of research partially indicate that the retributionof tourist object and the number of tourist tourists have positive but not significant effectto the original income of the region. The entertainment tax has a positive and significanteffect on the local revenue. Simultaneously the retribution of tourist attraction, thenumber of tourists and entertainment tax has a positive and significant effect on the localrevenue.Keywords: local revenue, levy of tourist attraction, number of tourists, entertainment tax

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  determine  the  influence  of  leadership,  human  resourcedevelopment and work discipline on the performance of civil servants. Types of data used in this study are Qualitative Data and Quantitative Data. Sources of data used in this study were obtained from survey results and primary data of the Education Office of Surakarta City. The population in this research is 74 civil servants. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that leadership has positive and significant influence to civil servant performance, human resource development has negative effect on civil servant performance, work discipline has negative effect on civil servant performance and leadership has dominant influence to civil servant performance compared to with the development of human resources and work discipline.Keywords:   leadership,   human   resource   development,   work   discipline,   employeeperformance

Abstract

The phenomenon of displacement behavior of the brand (brand switching) toevaluation is important for every company, to avoid losing customers and going forwardto reach new consumers. The purpose of this research is to know the influence factor ofdissatisfaction, product features, pricing, and word of mouth against brand switching onOppo smartphone products. The respondents in this study are students who are usuallymore in the use of smartphones with a sample of 100 respondents, sampling techniquethat is purposive sampling. Quantitative methods with questionnaires used to collectdata. Using multiple linear regression analysis tool. The analysis of the F-test describesa factor dissatisfaction, product features, price, and word of mouth effect simultaneouslyagainst brand switching on Oppo smartphone products. Through the t-test, thatdissatisfaction has no effect and does not significantly to brand switching on Opposmartphone products. Product features influential and significantly to brand switchingon Oppo smartphone products. Price influential and significantly to brand switching onOppo smartphone products. Word of mouth has no effect and does not significantly tobrand switching on Oppo smartphone products. Of all the variables, contributed 51%obtained from the determination of the test results (adjusted R2), the remaining 49% arenot described in this study.Keywords: dissatisfaction, product features, price, word of mouth, brand switching

Abstract

The purpose of this study is To determine the influence of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance in Public Broadcasting RRI Surakarta. This study uses the population is all employees of the Public Broadcasting Institute RRI with the number of 207 employees. The research sample will be taken 30% from the total population (30% x 207) so that the sample of researchers as many as 66 people. This study uses multiple linear regression data analysis tools. The result of research proves the result of F test analysis known that the variable of leadership, motivation and discipline have influence together and significant to performance. The result of t test analysis is known that leadership variable has significant influence to performance. Motivation variable has a significant influence on performance. Abstract

The aims of this research were to 1) Analyzing the factors that influence the quality control of PT Sari Warna Asli Garment 2) To formulate the most appropriate production quality control techniques to suppress defective products in the processing industry of PT Sari Warna Asli Garment. This research used to check sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Back Map P and layered quality control methods. The result of this research indicate that the level of damage or defective products PT Sari Warna Asli Garment during November – December 2017, varieties step were 120 pieces, hit by needle step were 111 pieces, by loss of component were 98 pieces, by tension were 71 pieces and cut by scissors were 32 pieces. Thus hypotesis 1 (H1) which states the quality control of production at PT Sari Warna Asli Garment was influenced by several factors, among others: perforation due to scissors, perforated due to exposed dirt and loss of components proved true. Trough quality control activities in layered PT Sari Warna Asli Garment could suppress the defect rate of production and maintain the quality of the products produced. Hence hypothesis 2 (H2) that the application of double or layered checking method in controlling product quality of PT Sari Warna Asli Garment could suppress the occurrence of product defects can prove the truth.Keywords: Production, Product, Quality.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service to customer satisfaction on customer. To analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. To analyze the significance of the influence of the quality of service of customer loyalty that is mediated by customer satisfaction. This study used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this research customers who use services in the Putri Ayu bridal makeup of Surakarta number no doubt is not known. The number of samples that are used i.e. 100 people, sampling techniques using a purposive sampling. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire and documentation. Test instrument use test validity and reliability tests. Technique of data analysis using t-test analysis, F-test F, R² and path analysis. The research results obtained conclusions of influential service quality customer satisfaction significantly to bridal makeup Putri Ayu in Surakarta. Service quality and customer satisfaction significantly to influential customer loyalty bridal makeup Putri Ayu in Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance. 2) To know the influence of leadership on employee performance BAPPEDA Surakarta. 3) To determine the effect of motivation on employee performance of BAPPEDA Surakarta. 4) To know the effect of work environment on employee performance of BAPPEDA Surakarta. The population of this research is BAPPEDA Surakarta employees, amounting to 45 people. Because the number of population is 45 people then the technique in this study using census method, the sample in this study is 45 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of t test analysis is known that leadership variable has a significant influence on performance. Motivation variable has a significant influence on performance. Environmental variables have a significant effect on performance. The result of F test analysis is known that leadership, motivation, and environment variables together have influence on performance. The result of determination coefficient analysis is known Adjusted R square (R2) of 0,508, it shows that leadership variable (X1), motivation (X2), and environment (X3) have influence to performance equal to 50,8%. While the rest (100% - 50,8% = 40,2%) is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.Kaywords: Leadership, motivation, environment, performance

Abstract

research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of the discipline of work and individual capabilities against the job satisfaction on Tax Services Office employees Pratama Surakarta. To analyze the significance of the influence of the working discipline, individual capability and the Pontifical work against the performance Tax Services Office employee of Pratama Surakarta. To analyze job satisfaction in the mediated influence of discipline of work and individual capabilities against the performance Tax Services Office employee of Pratama Surakarta. This study used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data. Population and sample in this research is all Tax Services Office employees Pratama Surakarta in particular section Supervisor and consulting (Waskon) as many as 50 employees. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, path analysis, t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The research results obtained the conclusion that: the discipline of work and capabilities of individual positive and significant effect against the job satisfaction. Disciplined work, individual capability and influential job satisfaction significantly to the performance of the employees. Job satisfaction mediate the influence of discipline of work and individual capabilities against the performance of employees.Keywords: disciplined work, individual capabilities, of the pontifical work, the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine effectiveness of the implementation of internal control system in provision credit in PD BKK Gondangrejo Karanganyar. The research method using qualitative research with descriptive analysis technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, documentation, observation, and interviews. Results of this research showed that credit provision system adopted by PD BKK Gondangrejo Karanganyar has been implemented in accordance with the provisions on the procedure of crediting starting from credit applications, investigation and credit analysis, approval of loan application, disbursement, until payment. Credit system supported by the implementation of an effective internal control system, which has met the five elements of the internal control system, namely the control environment, risk interpretation, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. Conclusion, credit provision procedures and internal control system of credit provision adopted by PD BKK Karanganyar is clear and very good. However, PD BKK Gondangrejo Karanganyar should establish a special mechanism for identifying and tracking inconsistencies with customers or borrowers as well as other outside parties in terms of operational, financial and compliance with prevailing policies.Keywords: internal control system, lending
