Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance effect of product quality and servicequality to customer satisfaction, analyze the significance of product quality, servicequality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty and analyze the significance ofeffect of product quality and service quality on customer loyalty with customersatisfaction as intervening variable. This study is a survey of restaurant customers KFCHartono Mall in Solo Baru. Samples of 100 people with purposive sampling technique.Data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis technique used pathanalysis. The results showed that product quality and service quality has positive andsignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality and customersatisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Product qualityand service quality has positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customersatisfaction as intervening variable.Keywords: product quality, service quality, satisfaction, loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of the influence ofproduct quality, service quality and price to customer satisfaction and to analyze theeffect of product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction with price as amoderating variable. This research is a survey on consumer Omah WedanganMojosongo Surakarta. Sample of 100 people with accidental sampling technique. Datacollection technique used questionnaire and literature. Data were analyzed usedmultiple linear regression and test of absolute difference. The results showed that thequality of products, service quality and price have a significant effect on customersatisfaction. Price does not moderate the effect of product quality and service quality tocustomer satisfaction. Results of determination coefficient of 0,450 means that the effectof variable quality products, services and prices of consumer satisfaction is equal to45,0%, while the remaining 55,0% is influenced by other variables not examined, forexample, is the location of the business and promotion.Keywords: product quality, servicy quality, price, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of price,product quality, brand on consumer purchase intention. This type of research is a surveyon consumer Rainovel’s Distro in Surakarta. Sample as many as 100 people withaccidental sampling method. Data collection techniques used questionnaires,observations and documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Abstract

Aim of this research are to explain 1) influence of experiential marketing tocustomer satisfaction; 2) influence of customer satisfaction to repeat purchase; 3)explaining experiential marketing to repeat purchase and 4) explaining experientialmarketing to repeat purchase along customer satisfaction. This research is conducted atOmah Wedangan and Wedangan Konco Lawas Mojosongo Surakarta. Samplemeasurement is used as 165 respondents wih non-probability sampling technique andpurposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is Structural EquationModelling analysis technique. Research result indicates indicates that there is influenceof direct experiential marketing towards customer satisfaction and repeat purchase;influence of direct customer satisfaction towards repeat purchase; and influence ofindirect experiential marketing towards repeat purchase along customer satisfaction.Based on aim of research, sugestion for the Wedangan to live in Mojosongo so thatupgrade customer satisfaction to pass experiential marketing until customer will gonetoo far to do repeat purchase way routine.Keywords: experiential marketing, customer satisfaction, repeat purchase

Abstract

This research have the goal to know how big the effect of the marketing mixvariable concerning the tourist decision in Gajah Mungkur Lake Tourism object ofWonogiri, in Simultaneous and partial. Respondent in this research are the visitor ofGajah Mungkur Lake Tourism of Wonogiri with the sample about 100 respondent,taking the data using accidental sampling method. Quantitative method with questioneras the submitted toll. Double linear regression analysis technique with SPSS forwindows. Based on the result of F test analysis knowing that marketing mix variablehave the effect in simultaneous concerning visitor decision. The result of F test analysisknowing that marketing mix variable have the positive effect and significant to the visitordecision. Adjusted R square analysis (R2) as big as 0,507, this is showing that marketingmix variable have the effect concerning visitor decision as big as 50, 7 %, while the restas big as 40,3% not explained in this research.Keywords: Product, Price, Promotion, Location, Person, Process, Physical Evidence,Visiting Decision.

Abstract

Food and beverage companies are one of the categories of consumer sectorcompanies that are currently growing and developing. The purpose of this study is toanalyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and EarningPer Share (EPS) on Stock Prices in Food and Beverage Sector Companies listed inIndonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014 – 2016. Types of samples used purposivesampling method. The number of samples in this study as many as 10 companies. Thetechnique of analysis is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show thatpartially show ROA and NPM have a positive but not significant influence on StockPrices, while EPS has a negative and insignificant influence on Stock Prices.Simultaneously show ROA, NPM and EPS have a significant influence on stock prices.Coefficient of determination given free variable that is ROA, NPM, and EPS todependent variable that is Stock Price equal to 25,5%. 74,5% influenced by other factoroutside of variable which studied.Keywords: ROA, NPM, EPS, Stock Price

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work environment, discipline, andmotivation simultaneously on employee performance at PT Iskandar Indah PrintingTextile Surakarta. To determine the influence of work environment on employeeperformance at PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. To determine theinfluence of discipline on employee performance at PT Iskandar Indah Printing TextileSurakart. To determine the influence of motivation on employee performance at PTIskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. The population in this research is allemployees of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta amounted to 957 employeesand samples amounted 100 respondents. Technique of data analysis used validity test,reliability test, test the assumption classical, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient ofdetermination. Simultaneously work environment, discipline, and motivation havepositive and significant effect to employee performance of PT Iskandar Indah PrintingTextile Surakarta. Using t-test work environment (X1) have positive and significanteffect to employee performance of PT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Thediscipline variable has a positive and significant effect to the employee's performance ofPT Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of products,promotion and quality of service of the decision of the members to save money onKSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri Branch Karanganyar and Jeruksawit analyze the dominantvariables its influence on the decisions of members to save money on KSPPS Bina InsanMandiri Branch Jeruksawit Karanganyar. This study used a survey method, the type ofdata the data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used theprimary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all members of theKSPPS Bina Insan Mandiri Branch Karanganyar Jeruksawit a number of 1,284members, with as many as 100 samples of respondents, with incidental use of samplingtechniques in sampling. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliabilitytest, test the assumption of linear regression analysis, classic double, t test, F test andcoefficient of determination. The research results obtained the conclusion that there is asignificant influence on products, promotions and quality of service of the decision of thesaving. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of influence of leadership style andwork environment on employee performance with work motivation as moderationvariable. The survey was conducted on Banaran9 Coffee and Tea Colomadu employees.Types of data use qualitative data and quantitative data. Data sources use primary datasources and secondary data. The research population is employee of Banaran9 Coffeeand Tea Colomadu with sample of 33 respondents using census technique. Datacollection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniquesuse instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F testand coefficient of determination and test the value of absolute difference. The resultsshowed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance. The work environment is negatively affiliated with employee performance.Motivation of work has a significant and positive impact on employee performance.Motivation does not moderate the leadership style and work environment onperformance.Keywords: Leadership style, work environment, work motivation, employeeperformance.

Abstract

Investment planning is an act of allocating a number of funds currently made inthe hope of obtaining future income. Investment planning is an important thing that isowned by people who have a fixed income so that the income derived from the results oftheir work can be useful for their future. The population in this study were permanentincome people in Jaten Village, Karanganyar Regency. The sampling technique usesporous sampling and snowball sampling, a sample used by 100 people. Data collectiontechniques using: questionnaire. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiplelinear regression, t test, F test, and determination coefficient. The results obtained by theconclusion: Hypothesis 1 which states that: There is a significant effect of self-control oninvestment planning in the fixed income community in Jaten village, KaranganyarRegency, proven to be true. Hypothesis 2: which states that: There is a significantinfluence of financial knowledge on investment planning in fixed income communities inJaten village, Karanganyar Regency, proven to be true. Hypothesis 3 states that: Thereis a significant effect of financial experience on investment planning in the fixed incomecommunity in Jaten village, Karanganyar Regency, proven to be true.Keywords: self control, financial knowledge, financial experience, investment planning.
