Abstract

This study aims to determine the CAR, NPL, NIM, BOPO and LDR against ROA. Types of data used in this study are Qualitative Data and Quantitative Data. The data source used in this research is obtained from the annual financial statements of Foreign Exchange Private National Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013 - 2016 published on the BEI website (www.idx.co.id). The population in this study were 35 Banks, the sampling technique used purposive sampling that is 16 banks. Data analysis techniques used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result of the research shows that: CAR has no significant effect on ROA, NPL has no significant effect on ROA, significant effect on ROA, BOPO has no significant effect on ROA and it can be seen that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion of purchasing decisions in Pecel Ndeso Yu Djasmo either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is associative research. The population in this study is Pecel Ndeso Yu Djasmo consumers in Solo Quare Solo, the number of samples in this study 97 people. Sampling technique in this research using nonprobability sampling method. Data were obtained by spreading the questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The result of data analysis found that product quality, price, and promotion have significant effect to purchasing decision simultaneously or partially. The result of coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 84,0%, while the rest equal to 16,0% influenced by other factor not included in this research.Keywords: price, product, promotion, purchase decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of PDAM Surakarta using Balanced Scorecard method. This research was conducted taking data for 2 years, from 2015 and 2016 from PDAM annual report and annual financial report of PDAM. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data. Sources of data used are secondary data. Technique of collecting data with documentation, literature study and observation. Furthermore, the researcher compared the theories that become the basis of the research by using four perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, learning and growth perspective, after measured by those four perspectives, PDAM will get the level of performance measure. From the results of the study shows that financial perspective has good results, Customer's perspective has poor results, Internal business perspective has good result, Learning perspective and growth have bad result. Surakarta PDAM performance measured by balanced scorecard method has good result, customer perspective and learning and growth perspective need to be improved its performance.Keywords: performance measurement, financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective, learning and growth perspective, PDAM Surakarta

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the retribution of tourist attractions, the number of tourists and entertainment taxes to the original income of karanganyar regency. This study uses quantitative data and uses secondary data sources. The population of this research is 48 data and sample of this research consist of 48 data from retribution of tourist object, number of tourists, entertainment tax and local revenue. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The result of research partially indicate that the retribution of tourist object and the number of tourist tourists have positive but not significant effect to the original income of the region. The entertainment tax has a positive and significant effect on the local revenue. Simultaneously the retribution of tourist attraction, the number of tourists and entertainment tax has a positive and significant effect on the local revenue.Keywords: local revenue, levy of tourist attraction, number of tourists, entertainment tax

Abstract

This research describe effect of product, price, promotion and distribution to purchasing decisions of book in CV Gramera Solo. Samples are taken from large consumer CV Gramera Solo which amounted to 35 agencies. This type of research uses quantitative research type, with convenience quoting sampling technique. Data obtained by spreading the questionnaire through CV sales. Gramera. The result of data analysis found that product, price, promotion and distribution have significant influence to purchasing decision simultaneously or partially. R2 result of 85,5%, while the rest of 14,5% influenced by other factor not included in this research.Keywords: price, product, promotion, distribution, purchase decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) analyze the significance of the influence of capital adequacy to profitability, 2) to analyze the significance of the effect of liquidity on profitability, 3) to analyze the significance of the effect of credit risk on profitability, 4) to analyze the significance of the effect of operational efficiency level on profitability, significance of capital adequacy, liquidity, credit risk, and operational efficiency simultaneously to profitability. This type of research use survey, data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis with sample of 8 bank with purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test), and test of coefficient of determination (R2). The result of t analysis shows that partially CAR, LDR, and NPL variables have no significant effect on ROA, while BOPO variable has significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously capital adequacy, liquidity, credit risk, and operational efficiency affect the ROA of National Private Private Banking at BEI. The result of (R2) shows that 93,7% variation of profitability variable can be explained by BOPO.Keywords: capital adequacy, liquidity, credit risk, operational efficiency, profitability

Abstract

Cafe is an exciting place to hangout with friends. Some cafes around uns are quite famous among the public. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty by using crm (commitment, communication, and service quality). The research uses quantitative data type and data collection techniques in this study using primary data with convenience sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 140 people. Validity and reliability testing using confirmatory factor analysis and cronbach’s alpha and analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling. The result of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on CRM to customer satisfaction, CRM to customer loyalty, and CRM to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.Keywords: CRM (commitment, communication, and service quality), customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research is meant to find out the influence of the variables of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Perfoming Ratio (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), (BOPO) dan Firm size to Return on Asset of Islamic banks operating in Indonesia from 2014 – 2016. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling method with the criteria of Islamic banks makes an annual financial report in the period 2014 – 2016, has been published in Islamic banks and banking companies have profit in the period 2014 – 2016. Based on the predetermined criteria, the sample of 6 Sharia Commercial Banks is obtained. The type of data used in this study is secondary data using financial report data and analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. Result of t test show CAR, NPF, FDR and Company Size have no significant effect to ROA, but BOPO show significant influence to ROA. The result of F test of CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO and Firm Size ratio have significant effect to ROA.Keywords: CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO, Firm Size, ROA

Abstract

This study aim to determine whether physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy affect simultaneously and partially to the satisfaction of community at district office Laweyan Surakarta. The population in this study is the community of service users at the district office Laweyan Surakarta amounted to 66,484 people and took a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used were instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. Simultaneously the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have positive and significant impact on the satisfaction of the community at the district office of Laweyan Surakarta. Partially, physical evidence doesn’t have significant influence on satisfaction of community at the Laweyan sub-district office in Surakarta, the reliability doesn’t have significant effect on satisfaction of community at the Laweyan sub-district office in Surakarta, the responsiveness has significant effect the community satisfaction at the Laweyan Surakarta sub-district office, has significant influence on satisfaction of community at the Laweyan sub-district office in Surakarta, empathy has significant effect on the satisfaction of community at Laweyan sub-district office in Surakarta. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of communication, motivation and partially working environment as well as the simultaneous performance against Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo. This study used a survey method, the type of data the data used was qualitative and quantitative data, the source data used the primary data and secondary data. The population in this study are all employees of a KFC Branch Manahan Solo totalling 52 employees, the number of samples that used as many as 52 employees, so it is a research census. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire and documentation. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumption of linear regression analysis, classic double, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that significant influential communication employee performance against Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo. Significant effect on performance the motivation of employees. Significant influential work environment on performance of employees. Communication, motivation and work environment simultaneously influential employee performance significantly to Kentucky Fried Chicken Branch Manahan Solo.Keywords: communication, motivation, work environment, the performance of employees.
