Abstract

This research aims to analyses the role of job satisfaction as mediatingvariable of the effect intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation onorganizational commitment. This study is sensus research, using location inState Treasury Service Office/KPPN Surakarta areas,, using sample of 109employees. To test hypothesis using path analysis. The result shows that (1)intrinsic motivation has significance effect on job satisfaction, so thehypothesis 1 accepted; (2)extrinsic motivation has significance effect on jobsatisfaction, so the hypothesis 2 accepted; (3) ) intrinsic motivation hassignificance effect on organizational commitment, so the hypothesis 3accepted; (4) extrinsic motivation has significance effect on organizationalcommitment, so the hypothesis 4 accepted; (5) has significance effect on jobsatisfaction, so the hypothesis 5 accepted; (6) effect of intrinsic motivation onorganizational commitment mediated job satisfaction, so the hypothesis 6accepted; (7) effect of extrinsic motivation on organizational commitmentmediated job satisfaction, so the hypothesis 7 accepted.Keywords: intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, job satisfaction,organizational commitment

Abstract

This research aims to analyses (1) significance effect implementation ofthe SIM-online system on public satisfaction (2) significance effectimplementation of the SIM-online system on performance of the policemembers (3) significance effect public satisfaction on performance of thepolice members (4) the effect implementation of the SIM-online system onperformance of the police members mediated public satisfaction. Location ofthis research in Surakarta regency police department, using samples of 100communities who using services of SIM-online system with accidentalsampling technique. Data collecting with questionnaire technique throughvalidity and reliability test. To test hypothesis using path analysis. The resultshows that (1) implementation of the SIM-online system has significanceeffect on public satisfaction, so the hypothesis 1 accepted; (2)implementation of the SIM-online system has significance effect onperformance of the police members, so the hypothesis 2 accepted; (3) publicsatisfaction has significance effect on performance of the police members, sothe hypothesis 3 accepted; (4) the effect implementation of the SIM-onlinesystem on performance of the police members mediated public satisfaction,so the hypothesis 4 accepted.Keywords: implementation of the SIM-online system, public satisfaction,performance of the police members

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style andmotivation to employee performance with the discipline of work as anintervening variable. This study uses survey method, the type of data usedquantitative and qualitative data, the data source used primary data andsecondary data. The population in this study were all employees of theRegional Secretariat Ngawi which amounted to 165 employees. The numberof samples in this study as many as 82 employees, with a samplingtechnique using proportional cluster random sampling. Data collectionmethods are used: a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used to test thevalidity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis.The resultsof data analysis we concluded that: (1) significantly influence the leadershipstyle of discipline of employees working at the Regional SecretariatEmployees Ngawi. (2) Motivation significant effect on employee workdiscipline at the Regional Secretariat Ngawi. (3) The leadership style have asignificant effect on the performance of employees in the RegionalSecretariat Ngawi (4) Motivation significant effect on the performance ofemployees in the Regional Secretariat Ngawi. (5) working Disciplinesignificant effect on the performance of employees in the RegionalSecretariat Ngawi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and quantify the effect ofvariable tolerances of the risks, the success of self, freedom of work, and thebackground of parents work either partially or simultaneously against theinterests of students into entrepreneur. In this study, the population isSurakarta University students who already take entrepreneurship courses.Based on data obtained from the Head of the Academic Faculty ofEconomics, University of Surakarta in 2013 – 2015 amounted to 718students, while the sample is taken as many as 71,8 (72) respondents.Hypothesis analysis tools used in this study are: the classic assumption test,linear regression, t-test test, test F-test and coefficient of determination. Theresults of data analysis using SPSS version 21.0 for classical assumption,that the test for normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, andheteroscedasticity, shows all the variables used in this study has escapedfrom the classical assumption test. In terms of significance, seen from the ttest, that tolerance of risk (X1), the success of the self (X2), Freedom in theworks (X3), and the background of their parents' job (X4) partially positiveinfluence and significant impact on student interest into entrepreneur (Y).Furthermore, seen from the F test, proved that tolerance of risk (X1), thesuccess of the self (X2), the freedom to work (X3), and the background oftheir parents' job (X4) simultaneously affect positive and significant impacton student interest into entrepreneur (Y) , Judging from the magnitude of thecoefficient of determination (adjusted R square) which has a positive value of0,821, indicating that the interest of the students to be explained by thevariable entrepreneur will risk tolerance, personal goals, freedom in workand educational background of the parent amounted to 82,1% and thebalance of 17,9% describe their other variables that are not observed in thisstudyKeywords: tolerance of the risks, the success of self, freedom of work, thebackground of the work of parents, student interest intoentrepreneur.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance of theinfluence of the work environment, compensation and job satisfaction onperformance and job satisfaction on the moderation of the influence of theworking environment and compensation to performance.This study tookplace in the Forestry and Plantation Sragen with variables research ofworking environment, compensation, job satisfaction and performance. Thepopulation in this study were all employees in the Department of Forestry andPlantation in the Sragen regency totaling 38 employees. The collecting datain this study was using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used totest the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, and absolutedifference.The results of data analysis we concluded that: (1) The hypothesissaid that "the working environment have a significant effect on theperformance of staff at the Department of Forestry and Plantation Sragen"not verified, (2) The hypothesis said that "compensated significant effect onthe performance of staff at the Department of Forestry and PlantationSragen" was verified, (3) The hypothesis said that "the job satisfaction have asignificant effect on the performance of staff at the Department of Forestryand Plantation Sragen" was verified, (4) The hypothesis said that "jobsatisfaction moderate the influence of the working environment on theperformance of staff at the Department of Forestry and Plantation Sragen"was verified, (5) The hypothesis said that "job satisfaction moderatinginfluence compensation to the employee performance of Forestry andPlantation Sragen" not verified.Keywords: work environment, compensation, employee job satisfaction,performance.

Abstract

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of budget participation,budgettargetclarity, accounting control, reporting system, decentralisation,functional supervision and organisation culture to ward the localgovermentsfinancial performanceaccountability of Karanganyar.Testinghypothesis in this research use the regressionanalysis with ttest, Ftest anddeterminationcoeficient (R2). The population in this study is the structuralemployees of regional work unit in Karanganyar. The sampling method ismultistage sampling. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership,organizational culture, professionalism and work satisfaction to employeeperformance. The others to knows work satisfaction are moderated effect ofleadership, organizational culture and professionalism to employee performancein the Mental Hospital of Central Java Provincial Government Owned. Thepopulation of as many as 1,382 employees. Samples taken as many as 10% ofthe population with cluster random sampling method so that a sample of 140people.. Analysis techniques used multiple linear regression and test the absolutedifference. The results showed that the leadership have a significant effect onemployee performance. Organizational culture have a significant effect onemployee performance. Professionalism have a significant effect on employeeperformance. Job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance.Work satisfaction moderate the effect of leadership on employee performance.Work satisfaction moderate the effect of organizational culture on employeeperformance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the significance effect ofcurrent ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover, net profit margin andsize of the company profit growth. This type of research is empirical researchin the pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed inIndonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015. A sample of 8 companies with totalsampling technique. Data collection technique used documentation.Mechanical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The resultsshowed that the current ratio of no significant effect on earnings growth. Debtto equity ratio significant effect on earnings growth. Total asset turnover havea significant effect on earnings growth. Net profit margin significant effect onearnings growth. Abstract

This research is conducted to analysis the effect of: Transformationalleadership style to the satisfaction work nurse, organisastion climate to thesatisfaction work nurse, work stress to the satisfaction work nurse, whichvariable which most dominant influence the satisfaction work nurse.Thepopulation is entire nurse at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah (RSJD) Surakarta asmany as 225 nurses. The sample is taking by purposive sampling, as manyas 80 nurses. The technique of gathering the data is using questionerthrough validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses doubleregression with classical assumption.The conclusion of the research:Transformational leadership style have significant influence to satisfactionwork nurse. Organizational climate have significant influence to satisfactionwork nurse.
