BAPEDA Litbang Ponorogo Regency in managing employees puts forward the vision and mission of innovation and the ability of employees to improve their ability to carry out their duties. The success of an organization in achieving goals cannot be separated from the role of employees. The most important resources in an organization are human resources, the people who give their energy, talents, creativity and efforts to the organization. One of the main problems in human resource management is how to find the best way to improve employee performance. Things that can affect employee performance are promotion, performance benefits, and leadership. The problem is: do promotion, performance allowances, and leadership have a significant effect on employee performance at the Ponorogo District Research and Development Agency Office? This study aims to analyze the significance of the effect of promotion, performance allowances, and leadership on employee performance at the Bappeda Research and Development Office of Ponorogo Regency. The population of this study were 60 employees at the Bappeda Research and Development Office of Ponorogo Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and literature studies that have passed the validity and reliability tests. The regression requirements test uses the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing was carried out by means of the t test. The results of this study indicate that promotion, performance allowances, and leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Research and Development Planning Agency of Ponorogo Regency. The variable that has the dominant influence on the performance of employees at the Ponorogo District Research and Development Agency Office is the variable of promotion because the value of the highest coefficient.

This study aims to determine the effect of price, quality and packaging design on Teguh Raharjo jenang purchasing decisions in Ponorogo district. The population in this study were all buyers in Teguh Raharjo in Ponorogo district in February March 2020 as many as 150 respondents. In this study, the sample technique used was purposive sampling, namely sampling in accordance with what the researcher wanted, The number of samples in this study were 57 respondents. the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test. The analysis results obtained (X1) price, (X2) quality, (X3) packaging design with reliability test is reliable. Multicolinearity test passes the test, heterocedasdicity passes the test, autocorrelation passes the UI and the normality passes the test, The results showed that price, quality and packaging design had a positive effect on Teguh Raharjo's jenang purchasing decisions in Ponorog district. The research suggestion is that the company should always develop the quality of jenang products and make innovations about the packaging design of jenang products and pay attention to prices so that consumers always buy jenang products at Teguh Raharjo

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DENGAN PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA KANTOR BALAI DESA CANGKOL Program Pascasarjana Program Studi Magister Manajemen Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Februari 2021. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik terhadap kepuasan masayakat di Desa Cangkol baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasai Persepsi Masyarakat di Kantor Balai Desa Cangkol Kecamatan Plupuh Kabupaten Sragen. sampel diambil berdasarkan rendom samping sebesar 10 %, dengan jumlah 108 pupulasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melaului uji validatasi dan reabilitas. teknik analisis melalui analisis jalur (path) dengan uji asumsi klasik. Dari hasil uji validitas, instrumen penelitian dari variabel kualitas pelayanan publik, persepsi masayrakat ¬dan Kepuasan masyarakat valid. Hasil uji reabilitas adalah reliabel. Dari uji asumsi klasik, uji multikolinieritas lolos uji, uji heteroskedastisitas lolos uji, uji autokorelasi lolos uji dan uji normalitas lolos uji. Hasil analisis menujukan bahwa Kulitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi masayakat. Persepsi masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Cangkol Kecamatan Plupuh Kabupaten Sragen. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayan Publik, Persepsi Masyarakat, Kepuasan Masyarakat

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Ease of Use and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) to the lifestyle as well as its impact on purchase decision of Shopee customer in Surakarta. The population in this study are Shopee users in the city of Surakarta and the sample size using SEM analysis tools is 100-200. Analysis techniques using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this study show that the Ease of Use and E-WOM have influence on lifestyle. E-WOM have influence on purchase decision but different with Ease of Use have no significant on purchase decision. In conclusions, the lifestyle is an intervening variables that can mediate the effect of variable Ease of Use and E-WOM on purchase decision. THE EFFECT OF COMPANY IMAGE AND RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH CONSUMER TRUST AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLES (Survey on Residential Consumers of Peni Regency Solobaru). Postgraduate Program in Management Masters Program, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. January 2021. This study aims to: (1) analyze the significance of the influence of corporate image on consumer confidence in Peni Regency Solobaru residential. (2). to analyze the significance of the effect of residential facilities have a significant effect on consumer confidence in residential Peni Regency Solobaru. (3). to analyze the significance of the influence of corporate image on consumer satisfaction in Peni Regency Solobaru residential. (4). to analyze the significance of the effect of residential facilities on consumer satisfaction in residential Peni Regency Solobaru. (5). to analyze the significance of the influence of consumer trust on consumer satisfaction in Peni Regency Solobaru residential. (6). to analyze the role of trust in mediating the influence of company image on consumer satisfaction in residential Peni Regency Solobaru and (7). to analyze the role of trust in mediating the effect of company facilities on consumer satisfaction at residential Peni Regency Solobaru. The population of this research is 50 people of Peni Regency Solobaru residential. The research sample was taken as a whole from the total population. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data collection obtained a questionnaire that was entered by 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the path analysis test with multiple linear regression through the classical assumption test. Where all the assumptions as the prerequisite for regression can be fulfilled, namely the absence of multicollinear cases and residual variances in normal distribution. The results of the analysis are as follows: (1) company image has a significant effect on consumer confidence in residential Peni Regency Solobaru, (2). Residential facilities have no significant effect on consumer confidence in residential Peni Regency Solobaru, (3). Company image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at residential Peni Regency Solobaru, (4). Residential facilities have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of residential Peni Regency Solobaru, (5). Consumer confidence has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction in Peni Regency Solobaru residential, (6). trust mediates a significant effect of corporate image on consumer satisfaction in residential Peni Regency Solobaru, (7). trust does not mediate the effect of residential facilities on consumer satisfaction residential Peni Regency Solobaru. Based on the results of this study, some suggestions as a follow-up to this study are policy to improve the company's image and residential facilities in order to increase customer satisfaction, so that consumers can trust Peni Regency company so that it can increase home sales. This study aims to determine the significant influence between: (1) Brand image and (2)promotion on consumer buying interst in vitamin c Vitalong C at Pt. Bernofarm Semarang. The population in this study were 100 customerss Vitalong C in Semarang. In this study, the sample taken was a saturated sample (census), that is, all populations were sampled. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test. The results of the analysis are (1) Brand Image and Promotion variables is valid. The results of the reliability test were reliable, (2) the multicollinearity test passed the test, passed the heteroscedasticity test, passed the autocorrelation test, and passed the normality test. The results of the analysis show: brand image and promotion a significant effect on consumer buying interst in vitamin C Vitalong C at. Pt Bernofarm Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor karakteristik penerapan Islamic Marketing pada Bank Syariah. Terdapat empat faktor yang akan diteliti penerapannya. Penelitian ini meneliti di Bank BRI Syariah yang ada di Solo Raya. Populasi dalam penilitian ini adalah pegawai Bank BRI Syariah di Solo Raya dengan seluruh pegawai sebanyak 77 orang yang terdiri dari tim bisnis, operasional dan support. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pegawai yang bersinggungan langsung dengan nasabah, yaitu bagian marketing dan bagian frontliner dengan jumlah pegawai sebanyak 53 orang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Sugiyono yang apabila populasi kurang dari 100 orang, lebih baik semua populasi diambil sehingga penelitian ini menjadi penelitian populasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Probability Sampling dengan Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian ini kategori sampel dibedakan menjadi dua jenis responden, yaitu responden kunci (pimpinan) yang akan diwawancara dan responden penunjang (pegawai) yang akan di bagikan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keempat faktor karakteristik yaitu, teistis (rabbaniyah), etis (akhlaqiyyah), realistis (al-waqi’iyyah) dan humanistis (al-insaniyyah) maka Islamic Marketing telah diterapkan di Bank BRI Syariah di Solo Raya. Adapun faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah Faktor yang dominan terhadap penerapan Islamic Marketing pada Bank BRI Syariah di Solo Raya adalah faktor etis (akhlaqiyyah). Kata kunci: Islamic Marketing, teistis (rabbaniyah), etis (akhlaqiyyah), realistis (al-waqi’iyyah) dan humanistis (al-insaniyyah).

The aim of this study is to determine the significant influence between: (1) Leadership style of the headmaster on the work performance of private Vocational school teacher in Sukoharjo sub-district, (2) Motivation on the work performance of private vocational school teacher in Sukoharjo sub-district and (3) the organizational climate on the work performance of private vocational school teacher in Sukoharjo sub-district. The population of this study is 80 teachers which is came from 25% of all private vocational school teachers in Sukoharjo sub-district. The analysis technique which is used in this study is multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test. The results of the analysis are (1) The questionnaire for leadership style, motivation, organizational climate and teacher work performance variables is valid. The results of the reliability test were reliable, (2) it also passed the multicollinearity test ,the heteroscedasticity test, the autocorrelation test, and the normality test. The results of the analysis shows that: leadership style and organizational climate have significant effect to the private vocational school teacher work performance in Sukoharjo sub-district, but motivation doesn’t have significant effect to the private vocational school teacher work performance in Sukoharjo sub-district. Jenis penelitian adalah Asosiatif yaitu penellitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Kuisioner yang berisi sejumlah pertanyaan dengan pengukuran skala likert. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu Seluruh pegawai pada kantor Camat Sanggar Kabupaten Bima adalah sebanyak 34 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Camat Sanggar Kabupaten Bima sebanyak 34 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan sampel jenuh yaitu keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Camat Sanggar kabupaten Bima. Besarnya pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan adalah sebesar 11,9 %. Namun, manajemen sumber daya manusia dan budaya organisasi secara Parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Camat Sanggar kabupaten Bima.

This study aims to determine the effect of education and training on work performance of employees in the UPTD education office in Sape sub-district. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The technique used to collect the sample (purposive sampling) by determining the sample as respondents were all civil servants (ANS) as many as 32 employees in the UPTD education office in Sape sub-district. Data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires (questionnaires) with a Likert scale. Technique Analysis using multiple linear regression then processed using SPSS version 20 for windos. The results showed that education did not have a significant effect on the work performance of employees in the UPTD education office in Sape sub-district. Training has a significant effect on employee work performance in the UPTD education office in Sape sub-district, the better the training, the higher the employee's job performance will be. Education and training have a significant effect on the work performance of employees in the UPTD education office in the Sape sub-district.
