Abstract

Knitting bag is one of a kind handcrafted handbag that has a high exclusivity value in terms of price, shapes and colors. Crafts knitting bag employs students and worked with housewives and children of women who dropped out or just graduated of elementary school, Junior high school who didnt get a decent job because of there is no certificate. Methods of implementation include the preparation of materials, making the initial node, a process of production and marketing. For the bag and the resulting knit has its own uniqueness which makes is the same person. The determination of the sale price of the knitting bag hanging from the selection of materials and the difficulties level of making.Keywords : Knitting bag, ekslusivity,methods of implementation, and uniqueness.

Abstract

The rehabilitation centers BNN Tanah Merah incerease in rehabilitated drug users since 2013 from 5 people to 68 people in 2016. This study is intend to research is to determine correlation between a family situation with drugs relapse behavior to resident in Rehabilitation centers BNN Tanah Merah Samarinda. This research using Cross Sectional research design and the sampling technique used probability sampling with simple random sampling type.This research using a Chi Square statistic test. Based on the result, a good family situation respondents but still experience the relapse are 18.9% and a bad family situation respondents and still experience the relapse are 19,0%. Statistically obtained p-value 1.00 (p<0.05). it can be concluded that there is no correlation between a Family Situation with drugs relapse behavior to resident at Rehabilitation centers BNN Tanah Merah Samarinda.Keywords : Family situation, Relapse, Drugs, Resident.

Abstract

Sonneratia alba is a mangrove species that is widely available in Indonesia. Phytochemical studies on Sonneratia alba showed that this plant is very potential as an anti-fungal, especially in the bark. However, few studies on the utilization of the fruit of S. alba. Therefore, required a study of phytochemicals from fruit S. alba which may be useful as an antibacterial. The process of this research is a fruit extraction using maceration method terraced ie the fraction of n-hexane, ethyl acetate and ethanol. The results maceration then tested the phytochemicals in order to know the content of the active compounds in the fruit of S. alba. Then, each fraction is tested antibacterial activity. Based on the results obtained by maceration extract of S. alba yield on the solvent n-hexane amounted to 3.17%, the solvent ethyl acetate by 1.91% and amounted to 8.69% ethanol. Phytochemical screening results, the solvent n-hexane contained alkaloids and flavonoids, ethyl acetate solvent contained alkaloids, steroids and flavonoids and flavonoid compounds contained ethanol and carbohydrate. Antibacterial test results and inhibition zone measuring results, the three extracts of S. alba is n-hexane, ethyl acetate and ethanol has potential as an antibacterial against Streptococcus mutans, Propionibacterium acnes, and Candida albicans. Keywords: Sonneratia alba, phytochemicals, antibacterial

Abstract

Tenaga kerja bagian pabrik PT. X yang setiap harinya melakukan proses pengolahan minyak kelapa sawit beresiko terpapar kebisingan yang berdampak pada kelelahan kerja. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara intensitas kebisingan dengan kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja bagian pabrik di PT. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observasional analitik dengan menggunakan studi cross sectional. Populasi yaitu seluruh tenaga kerja bagian pabrik yang berjumlah 73 orang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan batas toleransi kesalahan 10% didapatkan responden berjumlah 42 orang. Analisis hubungan menggunakan uji chi square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% dan α = 0,05. Hasil pengukuran intensitas kebisingan yang diterima oleh tenaga kerja bagian pabrik PT. X menunjukkan intensitas kebisingan > NAB yaitu 94 dB sebanyak 27 orang dan intensitas kebisingan  ≤  NAB yaitu 75 dB sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil pengukuran kelelahan kerja pada tingkat kelelahan lelah ringan 15 orang,  pada tingkat kelelahan lelah sedang 17 orang dan pada tingkat kelelahan lelah berat 10 orang. Hasil uji chi square memperoleh nilai p value = 0,002 (α < 0,05), terdapat hubungan antara intensitas kebisingan dengan kelelahan kerja pada tenaga kerja bagian pabrik di PT. X.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh pihak kelurahan Sungai Pinang Luar Samarinda adalah penggunaan minyak jelantah yang berulang kali oleh ibu rumah tangga untuk menggoreng makanan dan membuang minyak jelantah tersebut sembarangan. Pengabdiaan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada ibu-ibu PKK kelurahan Sungai Pinang Luar Samarinda tentang bahayanya penggunaan minyak jelantah yang digunakan berulangkali bagi kesehatan dan pembuangan minyak jelantah ke lingkungan yang akan mengganggu stabilitas ekologi pada lingkungan tersebut, sehingga dibentuk sebuah upaya tindakan melalui pelatihan pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai ekologis dan ekonomis. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan langsung kepada ibu-ibu PKK di kelurahan Sungai Pinang Luar dalam pembuatan lilin aroma daun jeruk dari minyak jelantah. Hasil pengabdian ini terlihat antusiasme peserta untuk mencoba membuat sendiri lilin aroma daun jeruk dari minyak jelantah yang digunakan. Kata Kunci: pelatihan; minyak jelantah; lilin aroma daun jeruk. ABSTRACTThe main problem faced by the Sungai Pinang Luar village Samarinda is the repeated use of used cooking oil by housewives to fry food and throw the oil carelessly. This service aims to provide an understanding to PKK women in Sungai Pinang Village, Luar Samarinda about the dangers of using used cooking oil repeatedly for health and the disposal of used cooking oil into the environment which will disrupt the ecological stability of the environment, so that an action effort is formed through oil processing training, waste cooking becomes something of ecological and economic value. The method used in this service is direct training to PKK women in Sungai Pinang Luar village in making orange leaf scented candles from used cooking oil. The results of this service were seen by the enthusiasm of the participants to try to make their own orange leaf scented candles from the used cooking oil.Keywords: training; cooking oil; citrus leaf scented candle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, quality and packaging design on Teguh Raharjo jenang purchasing decisions in Ponorogo district. The population in this study were all buyers in Teguh Raharjo in Ponorogo district in February March 2020 as many as 150 respondents. In this study, the sample technique used was purposive sampling, namely sampling in accordance with what the researcher wanted, The number of samples in this study were 57 respondents. the analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test. The analysis results obtained (X1) price, (X2) quality, (X3) packaging design with reliability test is reliable. Multicolinearity test passes the test, heterocedasdicity passes the test, autocorrelation passes the UI and the normality passes the test, The results showed that price, quality and packaging design had a positive effect on Teguh Raharjo's jenang purchasing decisions in Ponorog district. The research suggestion is that the company should always develop the quality of jenang products and make innovations about the packaging design of jenang products and pay attention to prices so that consumers always buy jenang products at Teguh Raharjo

Abstract

AbstrakTahu adalah sebuah produk kuliner dari efek hibriditas oleh kaum Tiongkok. hingga saat ini kuliner yang berbahan dasar kedelai ini sangat digemari oleh kalangan masyarakat. jika dilihat dari proses produksinya juga tak lepas dari alat penunjang yang berkembang seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan pola pikir masyarakat. Perkakas adalah alat yang berperan penting bagi terciptanya sebuah tahu, selama ini para pengrajin cenderung tidak memperhatikan pentingnya peran perkakas dalam prosesnya, jika diperhatikan pada setiap daerah penghasil tahu mempunyai bentuk perkakas yang berdeda-beda. maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan sejarah keberadaan, (2) mendeskripsikan bentuk dan fungsi perkakas yang digunakan dalam proses pembuatan tahu Dusun Setembel Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (3) mendeskripsikan cara pemakaian perkakas yang digunakan oleh pengrajin tahu Dusun Setembel Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah Perkakas Pembuatan Tahu Dusun Setembel Kecamatan Gambiran Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode, observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: perkakas yang digunakan yaitu Mesin Penggilingan, Bak (Alas Tahu), Blengker, Penutup Blengker, Centung, Centung Bur, Kain Sifon (Penyaring), Tong Penggodokan, Keranjang (Erek), Bak Cuka, Bak Perendam Kedelai, Batu Pemberat, Penggaris Kayu, Pentang Penyaring, Bak Putih, Corong, Pisau, Tumbu, Gayung. Cara pemakaian serta proses pembuatan tahu terdiri dari perendaman, penirisan, penakaran, penggilingan, pemasakan, penyaringan, pemerasan, pengadukan atau fermentasi, pemisahan, penyiapan cetakan, pencetakkan, pemotongan.Kata-kata kunci: Tahu, Perkakas, Dusun SetembelAbstractTofu is a culinary product of the hybridity effect by the Chinese. Until now, this soybean-based culinary is very popular among the people. when viewed from the production process, it cannot be separated from the supporting tools that develop along with the development of technology and the mindset of the community. Tools are tools that play an important role in the creation of tofu, so far, craftsmen tend not to pay attention to the importance of the role of tools in the process, if you pay attention to each tofu-producing area, the shape of the tool is different. Therefore, this study aims to (1) describe the history of existence, (2) describe the shape and function of the tools used in the process of making tofu in Setembel Hamlet, Gambiran District, Banyuwangi Regency, (3) describe how to use the tools used by tofu craftsmen in Setembel Hamlet, District Gambiran Banyuwangi Regency. the type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research is the Tofu Making Tool in Setembel Hamlet, Gambiran District, Banyuwangi Regency. The method of data collection is using methods, observations, interviews, documentation. based on the research that has been done, the results obtained are as follows: the tools used are Milling Machine, Tub (Tofu Mat), Blengker, Blengker Cover, Centung, Centung Bur, Chiffon Fabric (Filter), Boiling Tong, Basket (Erek), Vinegar Tub, Soybean Soaker, Ballast Stone, Wooden Ruler, Sieve Bar, White Tub, Funnel, Knife, Tumbu, Dipper. Abstract

Kebisingan merupakan salah satu faktor bahaya fisik yang sering di jumpai di lingkungan kerja. Satuan dari kebisingan adalah decibell (dB). Stres kerja merupakan bentuk respon psikologis dari tubuh terhadap tekanan- tekanan,tuntutan-tuntutan pekerjaan yang melebihi kemampuan yang dimiliki, baik berupa tuntutaan fisik atau lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur kebisingan di tempat kerja yaitu di fabrikasi logam dan mengetahui tingkat stres kerja yang dialami para pekerja. Pengukuran kebisingan dilakukan di tiga area fabrikasi dengan menggunakan alat pengukuran kebisingan sound level meter. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif meliputi pengumpulan data atau menjawab pertanyaan mengenai status terakhir dari subjek penelitian. Data hasil penelitian pengukuran kebisingan dari tiga area fabrikasi di PT. ARUNG, didapatkan hasil 81 dBA, 82 dBA, 81 dBA. Hasil dari kuesioner stres kerja didapatkan hasil dari 15 responden dengan presentase 6,67% Stres Ringan PK, 6,67% Stres Sedang TP, 6,67% Stres Sedang KP, 6,67% Stres Sedang BBkuant, 60% Stres Sedang TJO, dan 13,33% Stres Berat TJO. Kebisingan yang dihasilkan di ke 3 area fabrikasi tersebut adalah kebisingan Impulsif  yaitu kebisingan yang datang tidak terus-menerus atau terpotong-potong. Kebisingan mencapai 90-95 dBA setiap saat, tingkat stres kerja berdasarkan dari wawancara dengan karyawan menunjukkan bahwa tidak hanya faktor kerja yang menyebabkan stres, tetapi juga masalah di luar pekerjaan, seperti masalah dengan teman, keluarga, dan gaji. Hal itulah yang membuat para pekerja sering mengalami stres ketika sedang bekerja.

Abstract

Water is a chemical compound that is very important for the life of living things on this earth. The function of water for life cannot be replaced by other compounds. The main use of water and very vital for life is as drinking water. This is to meet the needs of water in the body. The refill drinking water depot is an example of processing water into drinking water and selling it directly to buyers. The existence of refill drinking water depots continues to increase in line with the dynamics of the community's need for quality and safe drinking water for consumption. Even though it is cheaper, not all this depots are guaranteed the safety of their products. This happens because of the weak supervision of the relevant agencies. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct socialization and inspections related to the Depot, especially in Tenggarong District within the working area of ??the Rapak Mahang Health Center. This activity was carried out with the aim of ensuring the quality of drinking water safety and increasing the knowledge of water depot refills owners regarding the hygiene sanitation of the refill drinking water depot in accordance with the established quality standards. This activity was carried out in several stages, ranging from interviews, the examinations, to the socialization stage. The process of this activity went quite well, as evidenced by the willingness of the owner during the socialization and inspection.

Abstract

Borax detection can be done using the flame test method, volumetric titration, spectrophotometric analysis, and qualitatively using natural materials such as curcumin and anthocyanins. Acid-base titrations have the potential to utilize the high content of anthocyanins in grapes as an indicator of natural acid-base. The research objective was to determine the potential of anthocyanins in the flesh and skin of grapes in detecting natural borax, which is absorbed on filter paper, Whatmann paper no. 41, and Whatmann paper no. 42. We then tested it on meatball samples from five vendors in Samarinda Seberang and Mangkupalas village. The research method used is a quantitative analysis of the color changes that occur. Based on the research results, filter paper can have better absorption, as shown by the dark color on Whatman No. 41 and 42. Grape skin extract can detect borax more clearly than flesh by forming a dark purple ring when reacted with borax. In testing using meatball samples, the overall results of the samples contained borax. It was concluded that the filter paper from the absorption of grape skin anthocyanins could be used as an alternative for quantitatively testing the borax content in food.
