Abstract

Abstract: Measuring the performance of sharia banking by using conventional measurement has not beenable to show the assessment of Islamic banking performance in accordance with the purpose of sharia. Thereare differences in sharia banking with conventional banking, so it needs performance measurement from otherside that is devoted to sharia banking. This research aimed at analyzing and comparing the performance ofIslamic banking in Indonesia and Malaysia by using Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI) approach. This researchobject of 11 Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia and 15 Sharia Commercial Banks in Malaysia that havebeen operating during 2011-2015. Sources of research data used annual reports of each bank. The steps tomeasure bank performance with Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI) is ratio performance assessment, assessmentof performance indicators and last assessment of the Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI). The results showed thatthere were differences in performance based on the value of Maqasid Syariah Index (MSI) between Indonesianand Malaysian sharia banks in 2011-2015. Sharia banking performance in Indonesia was better in achievingmaqashid sharia than sharia banking in Malaysia. The highest rating of Islamic banking in Indonesia wasPanin Syariah Bank (BPS) and Islamic banking in Malaysia was HSBC Amanah Malaysia Berhad (HSBC)

Abstract

Abstract: Nowadays, stretching the entrepreneurial communitiy is quite dominate in Indonesia. Evident fromhis contributions in the history of the national economy are quite significant in 1998, Small Medium Enterprisescan be seen as the saviour of the valve in the process of national economic recovery, both in pushing the paceof economic growth as well as the absorption of labour. Based on the data of the Ministry of cooperatives andSMEs in 2012, Small Medium Enterprises sector is the sector with the largest economy with a national economicprosentasi the involvement of the offender of 99.99%. The sector absorbs the 97.15% of the labour force inIndonesia, and contributing to GDP on the basis of the applicable rates of 6.23%.The purpose of this study isto examine, test, and evaluate the impact of financing facility with the products’ qardhul hasan small mediumenterprises’ increased revenues against the small medium enterprises assisted el-Zawa Uin Maliki Malang.The population of this research are all Small Medium Enterprises that constitute the built el-Zawa at onceusing a financing facility with dana Qardh al-Hasan is 84. 30 of Small Medium Enterprises such as researchsamples.The results show that Qardhul Hasan SMEC products can increase the income of clients. In addition,the performance of the services provided by the customer is reasonably satisfied by the clients.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examines the influence of instructor/trainer, training materials,training methods of islamic performance. The research was conducted at PT Syaria Mandiri Bank branch ofMalang. There are 33 samples chosen at random sampling, and analysis used was multiple linear regressionmodels. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the instructor, training materials, trainingmethods have a significant influence on islamic performance. The most dominant influence on the islamicperformance of employees is instructor. So it can be concluded that the variables comprising the instructor,training materials, training methods have an equally important role in improving islamic performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is the result of qualitative research which aims to analyze the conversion of musyarakahcontract in reducing the risk of murabaha problem and accountancy treatment on akad conversion in murabahahfinancing problem in syariah bank. Qualitative method used in this study with the type of case study research.The research data was collected by interviewing the informant, one of the heads of the finance division. Theresults showed that first, one of the efforts to overcome murabaha problem is restructuring in the form ofconversion to musyarakah financing. Secondly, conversion to musyarakah financing means closing the bookall relating to murabahah’s previous financing. Then, the remaining obligations that he can not afford areconverted into musharaka financing. The financing made for business activities with the banks and customersequally provide capital. In this case, the capital of the bank is the nominal residual liability of the customer andthe capital of the customer is the object of financing.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper attempts to construct eWOM concepts based on input-process-output perspectivesthat produce a framework based on the identification of academic literature. This is based on the developmentof the internet world, e-commerce, and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) that is able to influence consumerbehavior. The approach of this paper uses the literature review method of several journals relevant to thetheme and study of communication principles in Islamic perspective and then discuss the data. The findingsin this paper suggest that eWOM is relatively new. This is considered to be quite representative in theliterature review regarding eWOM. The results of the review also get some research showing the theory thatexplains about eWOM phenomenon. The discussion not only aims to meet the gap in eWOM research butalso produces an overview in analyzing eWOM communication. It can present a structured approach inresearching various literatures and identify existing trends and gaps, aiming to find an overview in research oneWOM. The results can integrate the classification framework that can present the concept framework inother studies.

Abstract

Abstract: The effectiveness of any organization including the business organization / company dependsdirectly on the effectiveness of the human resources work of the organization concerned. Human resourcedevelopment that focuses on the development of employee knowledge or knowledge resources is an importantrequirement for the company in exploring human resource capability to achieve company goals. Currentlyawareness of the importance of knowledge resources (knowledge) as the company’s intellectual capital toachieve competitive advantage is higher. Abstract

Abstract: For Muslims, benevolent’s behavior is highly recommended, because its a good behavior. To beable to compete to provide services for the patient, the nurse should be able to provide services based on thebenevolent’s behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine, test, and evaluate the influence of spiritualleadership, workplace spirituality, job satisfaction and benevolent’s behavior. The study conducted in RSIAisyiyah of Malang. Research population was all nurses. The Research samples were 60 nurses. Quistionareused to collect data from RSI Aisyiyah of Malang and the research data was analysis using PLS (Partial LeastSquare). The result showed that spiritual leadership significantly influenced workplace spirituality, spiritualleadership had no significantly influenced job satisfaction, spiritual leadership had no significantly influencedbenevolent’s behavior. Workplace spirituality significantly influenced job satisfaction, Workplace spiritualityhad no significantly influenced benevolent’s behavior, job satisfaction significantly influenced benevolent’sbehavior. Based on the result, it can be concluded that job satisfaction is valuable organizational component.This component may become on organization’s core competencies for improving benevolent’s behavior, whichare as sources of organizational competitive strengths in facing the rapidly changing business environments.
