Abstract

Abstract: For Muslims, benevolent’s behavior is highly recommended, because its a good behavior. To beable to compete to provide services for the patient, the nurse should be able to provide services based on thebenevolent’s behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine, test, and evaluate the influence of spiritualleadership, workplace spirituality, job satisfaction and benevolent’s behavior. The study conducted in RSIAisyiyah of Malang. Research population was all nurses. The Research samples were 60 nurses. Quistionareused to collect data from RSI Aisyiyah of Malang and the research data was analysis using PLS (Partial LeastSquare). The result showed that spiritual leadership significantly influenced workplace spirituality, spiritualleadership had no significantly influenced job satisfaction, spiritual leadership had no significantly influencedbenevolent’s behavior. Workplace spirituality significantly influenced job satisfaction, Workplace spiritualityhad no significantly influenced benevolent’s behavior, job satisfaction significantly influenced benevolent’sbehavior. Based on the result, it can be concluded that job satisfaction is valuable organizational component.This component may become on organization’s core competencies for improving benevolent’s behavior, whichare as sources of organizational competitive strengths in facing the rapidly changing business environments.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of emotional quotient to job performance; the influencespiritual quotient to job performance; to know organizational citizenship behavior mediated emotional quotientand spiritual quotient to job performance. This research was explanatory research. The population in thisstudy are 155 employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Malang and the number of samples are 61 employees.Research results revealed that emotional quotient has no effect directly to job performance; spiritual quotienthas no effect directly to job performance; OCB is not able to mediate emotional quotient to job performanceand OCB was able to mediate the spiritual quotient to job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine, test, and examine the effect of Perceived Value on Service Satisfaction. Testing the role of Brand Image as a variable mediation influence Perceived Value on Service Satisfaction. The research was conducted in Accounting Department of Faculty of Economics, Surabaya State University, Airlangga University Surabaya, State Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Brawijaya University, and State University of Malang. The population of this study are all students of Accounting Department of Economics Faculty of State University in East Java as many as 5,366 students. The sample of this research is 98 students. Data collected directly from resonden by using research instrument in the form of questionnaire and technical data using Path Analysis. The results show that Perceived Value has a significant effect on brand image. Brand image mediates the influence of Perceived Value on Service Satisfaction, where the image of the brand image as a full mediation. Based on these results, it can be interpreted that every member of the organization should be able to create and maintain excellent service provided to students, so that students feel safe and comfortable to perform activities that are closely related to organizational goals, and not reluctant to perform activities that can increase the value that customers perceive to the organization. With a good understanding of the basic concepts of service satisfaction that are firmly rooted in the mind of a student, the student will show the satisfaction of the various forms of service as well. Students will tend to think that the satisfaction of the service is received in accordance with the perceived value of the sacrifice of the cost given to it in obtaining the service. The better the services provided by the department to the students the better the assessment given by the student. So that good service brings out the brand image itself against a student in the State College.Keyword: Perceived Value, Service Satisfaction, Brand Image

Abstract

This study purpose is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type where the aim is to test between hypothesized variables. This research has hypotheses that will be tested the truth. Samples are 86 respondents.  Data is collected by questionnaires and documentation.  The data is analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS). The research result indicates that job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance at PT Pindad (Persero). Job satisfaction has no direct effect on employee performance. Test Sobel results show organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment on work commitments, work commitment on employee performance, and work commitment as a mediator of work environment influence on employee performance. The samples are 43 KPPN employees in Malang. Data are collected directly from the respondents through questionnaires and analyzed with path analysis using SPSS software.  The result shows that work environment has a positive and significant influence on work commitment, and work commitment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, work commitment proves to be a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to know the direct effect of leadership style on employee performance and test and analyze workplace spirituality's role as a mediator influencing leadership style to performance of employees. The target population of this study was employees of Indonesian Islamic banks in Malang Raya, totaling 310 employees. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling, using Slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10 percent, then obtained a total sample of 76 employees. Data were collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of the study prove that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Workplace spirituality mediates influence leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

The effect of Intelligence on employee performance is highly essential, although contradictions related to the current research found. This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect effect of spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research using Partial Least Square (PLS) with 50 respondents as samples. It shows that emotional intelligence has a direct and indirect effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, spiritual intelligence only has a direct effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence can increase employee performance indirectly through OCB. Management implies that the supervisor is supposed to conduct an assessment on OCB to enhance employee performance continuously.JEL Classification: D23, J24

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is a behavior that has an effect on organizational effectiveness. It has important consequences in workplace. OCB can contribute to organizational effectiveness through improved performance, enabling organizations to adapt to environmental change, and strengthening coordination within working groups. Therefore, it is important to investigate the variables that can improve the OCB. This study aims to determine the direct effect of spiritual leadership on employee’s performance, identifying the role of OCB to mediate the effect of spiritual leadership on employee’s performance. The population is all 436 employees of Sharia banking with state-owned status in Malang Raya, consist of Bank Sharia Mandiri, BRI Sharia, BTN Sharia and BNI Sharia. Total 140 samples selected are all permanent employees calculated by using Slovin formula. Data is collected directly from respondents by questionnaires and analyzed by PLS. The research results show that spiritual leadership has n0 effect on performance. OCB mediates the effect of Entrepreneur leadership on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the work environment on employee performance mediated by work discipline. It is quantitative research with questionnaires as the data collection method. Data were analyzed by using Path Analysis. The populations are all of the full-time employees, and seventy-eight respondents of them were selected by saturated sampling method. The study shows that the work environment affects employee performance, and work discipline mediates the effect of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan program ini adalah stimulant dana yang berkelanjutan melalui pendidikan, pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai aktualsiasi P3 sebagai aplikasi hak cipta sederhana. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan metode yang dikemukakan oleh O'Brien (2001) dijelaskan empat tahap dalam melakukan penelitian, yaitu: perencanaan,  tindakan, refleksi dan semua tahapan dilakukan dengan pendekatan group discussion (FGD) untuk mengambil kesepakatan bersama. Hasil pengabdian dapat dipaparkan berikut ini, (i) rekayasa kelayakan model usahatani yang inovatif (efesien) dari segala bidang melalui control lingkungan yang terintegrasi, (ii) kaji tindak (action research) pelatihan dan pendampingan agroindustri tepung, mie dan beras singkong, (iii) analisis nilai tambah (value added) dan kelayakan usaha agroindustri makanan; (iv) kaji tindak (action research) pada kelompok sasaran pemberdayaan makanan. Pasca wabah covid-19 hingga tahun 2022 yang tangguh melalui akses stimulan dana dengan transaksi syari’ah adalah usaha bengkel peracangan. Hal ini disebabkan karena fleksibilitas tarnsaksi syari’ah qordhul-hasan dengan 9 model kesepakatan (agreement) jumlah (9KJ). Atas dasar pada hasil penelitian ini, maka rekomendasi yang ditawarakan adalah produk tepung yang dihasilkannya dapat diciptakan sendiri sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan kelompok adopter.
