Abstract

Abstract: Every organization must have a culture that guides the organization. Someone will work seriously ifin a comfortable atmosphere and working environment. The purpose of this study was to find out how big inthe organizational culture directly or indirectly that influenced the Nurses Ihsan Behavior at GondanglegiIslamic Hospital of Malang. Type of research used a quantitative research model with descriptive or surveyapproach that aimed at testing the predefined hypothesis. The object of this study was conducted atGondanglegi Islamic Hospital of Malang. The sample used 72 respondents with non-probability samplingtechnique. The result indicated that the organizational Culture had direct and significant effect to NursesIhsan Behavior. The Organizational Culture had significant effect to Ihsan Behavior through Personal Values.It meant that if in the organizational culture and personal values increase, then the Nurses Ihsan Behavior willalso increase variable.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the influence of financial factors on employee performance at the sekretariatDPRD Kabupaten Bone Bolango. The methods used in this research is quantitative. The population of thisresearch is all employees of sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bone Bolango which need 25 sampling technique byusing simple random sampling. Data completion method used in this research is through questionnairedistribution to employees who become sample. The results of this study stated that the financial factorpositive and significant effect to employee performace at the sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bone Bolango.

Abstract

Abstract: The manufacturing company is an industrial company that processes raw materials into finishedgoods. In its operations, manufacturing companies require huge costs. Large-scale enterprise will easilyobtain a loan. However, with debt financing will affect the profitability of the company. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the effect of operating leverage on profitability in the consumer goods industrymanufacturing company. The sample used in this study were 17 out of a population of 37 companiesmanufacturing consumer goods industry 2011-2015. The results showed that operating leverage effectsignificantly positively on profitability.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of emotional quotient to job performance; the influencespiritual quotient to job performance; to know organizational citizenship behavior mediated emotional quotientand spiritual quotient to job performance. This research was explanatory research. The population in thisstudy are 155 employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri Malang and the number of samples are 61 employees.Research results revealed that emotional quotient has no effect directly to job performance; spiritual quotienthas no effect directly to job performance; OCB is not able to mediate emotional quotient to job performanceand OCB was able to mediate the spiritual quotient to job performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and explain the effects of compensation and work environment onemployee performance at the Office of District Salahutu Central Maluku District. Research in the Office ofKecamatan Salahutu, Central Maluku District. The population of this research is all employees of DistrictOffice of Salahutu Regency of Central Maluku which need 57 sampling technique by using census samplingdata. Data completion method used in this research is through questionnaire distribution to employees whobecome sample. Comprehensive data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis method to measurethe magnitude of influence or influence of independent variable to dependent variable, either partial orsimultaneous influence with other independent variables. The result of the research shows that there issignificant influence on employee performance. Thus all the hypotheses in the research received

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of servicescape and price to the satisfactionof visitors. This research was conducted at Museum Angkut Movie Star Studio Kota Wisata Batu. Samples ofthis study are 120 respondents, through purposive sampling method. Data collection was done throughobservation and questionnaires. Based on the analysis multiple linear regression research shown thatservicescape and prices simultaneous effect on satisfaction of visitors. Servicescape and prices partial effecton satisfaction of visitors. Servicescape predominantly affect the satisfaction of visitors.
