Abstract

Abstract: Every organization must have a culture that guides the organization. Someone will work seriously ifin a comfortable atmosphere and working environment. The purpose of this study was to find out how big inthe organizational culture directly or indirectly that influenced the Nurses Ihsan Behavior at GondanglegiIslamic Hospital of Malang. Type of research used a quantitative research model with descriptive or surveyapproach that aimed at testing the predefined hypothesis. The object of this study was conducted atGondanglegi Islamic Hospital of Malang. The sample used 72 respondents with non-probability samplingtechnique. The result indicated that the organizational Culture had direct and significant effect to NursesIhsan Behavior. The Organizational Culture had significant effect to Ihsan Behavior through Personal Values.It meant that if in the organizational culture and personal values increase, then the Nurses Ihsan Behavior willalso increase variable.

Abstract

Moslem intellectuals, inter alia : al Farabi, al Mawardi, al Ghazali, Ibnu Taimiyah, Inbu Khaldun, and Jamaludin al Afghani have factually addressed concepts of Islamic leadership since the classical era. Unfortunately, only a few Moslem researchers further study them and they are not yet further developed optimally. Accordingly, it is deemed necessary to further study about Islamic leadership by identifying the parameters advocated by Moslem leaders. The purpose of this study is to explore of Islamic leadership  at Maliki Islamic State University (UIN) Malang. This research used 144 employees as samples. To test Islamic leadership at this unversity, factor analysis is used. The results of factor analysis showed that of the 30 proposed questions, 5 of them were excluded, namely :sincerity (not expecting material rewards), tenacity, friendliness, firmness to give sanctions to indiscipline subordinates and deliberation (openness to accept inputs from subordinates), and the extracted factors were 8 Accumulatively, Islamic leadership was justified by 68.8%. p. It was conclusive that the research contributed to Islamic leadership parameters adopted from the thoughts of classical through modern Moslem intelectuals.

Abstract

Women’s rights are mostly experiencing pressures and obstacles from all sides (groups) which are still influenced by patriarchal culture. In fact, Islam has devoted proportional rights to women such as political right, socio-ecomic rights, educational right as well as cultural right. However, their rights are sometimes  socially overlooked for the religious reasons. On the contrary, that phenomenon is generated from the interpretation which is influenced by the interpreter’s conditional and situational background. The most indisputable issue in recent situation is the illegibility of woman being a leader that she cannot be for any political positions. Therefore, it is necessary to do structural transformation and quality and  capacity development in the same time. It is also one of effort that we need more humanistic interpretation of the Qur’an toward women.

Abstract

Abortion is very where today, even the womwn who has husband or rich family do it by various reasons. Abortion is a mistreatment and a criminal to the mankind. Al-Quran respect so much to human right which is given by Allah to the mankind, including having right to live. That’s why having right to live for children must be protected as early as possible, taking soul of the children either before or after being born is high level of prohibition in Islam, even many different opinions, one of them is it’s allowed to be done before the trob is found.

Abstract

A good environment can be formed through relationships between employees. The relationship between these employees will later have an effect on employee performance, it can be concluded that the relationship between employees is very important to be in the scope of a company organization. Workplace bullying is an act that should not exist in a company or organization. However, it cannot be denied that workplace bullying is now a phenomenon and a problem  for companies. The existence of workplace bullying against employees will cause an employee to feel threatened and if there is constant eating it will cause the employee to have the intention to change jobs (turnover intention ) and looking for a new workplace out there, besides that workplace bullying also causes dissatisfaction dan decrease employee performance which will also disrupted company operations. This research uses quantitative research. Data analysis in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis test. The population in this study were employees of the Amaris Hotel Surabaya and data collected using a questionnaire and the sample used in this study was a saturated sampling method. The results of this study indicate that workplace bullying has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. And job satisfaction cannot moderate the relationship workplace bullying to turnover intention.

Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to determine the response of students of the Madin qualification program to Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah (AIK) courses as well as the implementation of the AIK course learning at STIT Muhammadiyah Bojonegoro where almost all of these students have Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) background. This study used a qualitative descriptive analytic method, with a focus on research of 5th semester students with a total number of respondents as many as 29 students who were the 2018 class. Data collection techniques used in this study included observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study can be given the meaning that (1) the provision of AIK courses to Madin students is well accepted and necessary to increase knowledge insight; (2) based on the results of interviews with students in the class, the lecturer gave a very good understanding and did not blame other understandings; (3) the material is in accordance with the curriculum and can provide great influence on the Muhammadiyah perspective so that it allows them to understand Muhammadiyah. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa program kualifikasi Madin terhadap mata kuliah Agama Islam dan KeMuhammadiyahan (AIK) serta pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata kuliah AIK di STIT Muhammadiyah Bojonegoro dimana hampir semua mahasiswa tersebut memiliki latar belakang Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik kualitatif, dengan fokus penelitian pada mahasiswa semester 5 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 29 mahasiswa yang merupakan angkatan 2018. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) pemberian mata kuliah AIK kepada mahasiswa Madin diterima dengan baik dan diperlukan untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan; (2) berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan mahasiswa di kelas, dosen memberikan pemahaman yang sangat baik dan tidak menyalahkan pemahaman lain; (3) Materi yang sesuai dengan kurikulum dan dapat memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap cara pandang Muhammadiyah sehingga memungkinkan mereka memahami Muhammadiyah

Abstract

Pengrajin anyaman dari mendong diminati warga desa wajak kabupaten Malang, namun variasi produknya terbatas berupa tikar dan tali tampar sehingga pertumbuhan usahanya begitu lambat. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pengrajin mendong terkait pembuatan varian produk yang dibutuhkan pasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah identifikasi masalah, perancangan program, penyusunan buku panduan, sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Pengukuran hasil dilakukan melalui observasi tingkat perhatian peserta selama pelatihan dan unjuk kerja pembuatan produk. Dari kegiatan ini menjunjukkan bahwa antusias peserta cukup baik terbukti sejak kegiatan awal hingga akhir mereka mengikuti dengan tekun, kegiatan juga telah menghasilkan berbagai variasi produk yang terbuat dari bahan mendong. Untuk menjaga keberlangsungan telah pula diterbitkan buku panduan yang mencakup mulai perencanaan hingga teknik anyaman berbagai bentuk produk dan dibagikan kepada peserta pelatihan. Kata kunci— buku panduan, Kerajinan Mendong, Malang, Wajak Abstract Wajak village people from Malang Regency are interested in the weaving craftsmen of Malang Regency, but the variety of products is limited in the form of mats and slap ropes so that their business growth is so slow. This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of mendong craftsmen related to the manufacture of product variants needed by the market. The methods used are problem identification, program design, manual preparation, socialization and training. Measurement of results is carried out by observing the level of attention of the participants during the training and the performance of product manufacturing. From this activity, it showed that the enthusiasm of the participants was quite good. It was proven that from the beginning to the end they followed them diligently. The activity also resulted in a wide variety of products made from Mendong materials. To maintain sustainability, a guidebook has also been published covering planning to weaving techniques for various forms of products and distributed to the training participants.  Keywords— guidebook, mending craft, Malang, Wajak

Abstract

Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan fungsi komunikasi pemerintahan dalam Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) di Kantor Camat Singkawang Utara, meliputi fungsi informatif, fungsi regulatif dan fungsi integratif, yang mana dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi komunikasi pemerintahan diantaranya fungsi informatif, fungsi regulatif dan fungsi integratif belum dilaksanakan dengan semestinya. Informasi yang diperoleh belum merata, belum tepat waktu dan kurang jelas, sehingga beberapa tugas belum dilaksanakan oleh petugas PATEN. Petugas PATEN juga tidak mengetahui peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku dan yang menjadi acuan dalam pelaksanaan PATEN. Selain itu tidak ada saluran komunikasi formal seperti buletin atau newsletter serta laporan perkembangan/kemajuan yang juga merupakan salah satu tugas front office. Sebelum PATEN dilaksanakan seharusnya diadakan rapat khusus untuk petugas PATEN, dalam rapat tersebut Camat dapat menjelaskan dan memberi arahan mengenai pelaksanaan PATEN, kemudian SK yang berisi tugas front office dan operator dapat dibagikan kepada masing-masing petugas. Kantor Camat Singkawang Utara juga perlu memiliki saluran komunikasi seperti laporan/kemajuan atau buletin, sehingga dapat menjadi media yang efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi, untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan PATEN yang belum maksimal. Kata kunci : Fungsi Informatif, Fungsi Regulatif, Fungsi Integrati ABSTRACT The aim of this thesis writing is to describe and analyze the implementation of the government comunication function in the Sub-District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) in the North Singkawang Sub-District Office, which includes informative, regulative and integrative function, which in its implementation is still not optimal. This reseach was conducted using a descriptive method and a qualitative approach, as well as data collection techniques usinng observation, interview and documentation. The result of this study show that the implementation of government communication function including informative functions, regulative function and integrative function have not been properly implemented. The information obtain has yet to be evenly distributed, timely and clear. Therefore, some of the tasks have not been carried out by PATEN officers. The PATEN officers are also not aware of the regulation that apply and used as a reference in the implementation of PATEN. In addition, there are no formal communication channels such as bulletins or newsletters and development / progress reports, which are also part of the front office task. Before a PATEN is held, a special meeting should be held for PATEN officers. In the meeting, the Sub-District Head can explain and give direction regarding the implementation of PATEN, then a decree containing the front office and operator can be distributed to each officer. The North Singkawang Sub-District office also needs to have communication channels such as reports / progress or bulletins, so that it can be an effective medium for distributing information, findinng out about the development and evaluate the implementation of PATEN that is not yet optimal. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dana pihak ketiga (DPK) terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Profitabilitas dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan ROA. Populasi yang digunakan adalah bank syariah yang terdaftar di BI dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2020, penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan didapatkan 6 bank syariah yang memenuhi kriteria. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik regresi linier sederhana dengan hasil sebagai berikut: variabel dana pihak ketiga (DPK) mempunyai nilai t-hitung sebesar 4,414 dan nilai t-tabel sebesar 2,04841 (t-hitung > t-tabel) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,00014 < 0,05. Dengan demikian Ha diterima, yang berarti bahwa dana pihak ketiga (DPK) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah, yang artinya semakin besar dana pihak ketiga (DPK) yang dihimpun, maka profitabilitas bank umum syariah akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) is one of the non-formal education which was founded by ulama figures (kyai) as a place to gain religious knowledge. Currently, Islamic boarding schools have undergone many changes, these changes are marked by the inclusion of formal/general education in pesantren. The purpose of this study was to determine how the strategy of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school environment, Malang Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The results of this study conclude that the strategy for developing an entrepreneurial spirit in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school is by direct assistance by caregivers and head of the board to students who have the will to learn skills. To develop the creative economy in the Al-Khoirot Islamic boarding school environment, students are given the task of making various forms of different and interesting skills.
