Arranging a research proposal is similar to make a good to sell. A quality research proposal will be continued with a research. If the proposal is clear, the research is easy to conduct. Research is a pious deed (sunnah) from prophet Muhammad SAW, Allah SWT ordered to “read†has a broader meaning, consist of thinking, writing (research), listening, etc. Research result used as evidence for the truth of qouniyah verses in life. Research is conducted either in qualitative or quantitative approach. There are many aspects that need to be considered in recognizing whether the research is qualitative or quantitative. The nature of proposal’s content is not from the title, purposes, variable and analysis method used; at least 32 points need to be considered. Researcher should develop its knowledge as responsibility to be a scientist.

This research was aimed to determine whether the variables variance return, market value, dividend and earning per share influence the bid-ask spread partially and simultaneously of shares of sharia in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research are the companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index over the period 2007 to 2010. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and number of sample are 10 companies. The result shows, the variance return, market value, dividend and earning per share simultaneously influence the bid-ask spread. While partially, there ar three variables that significantly influence the bid-ask spread that is variance return with significant positif, dividend, and erningper share with a significant negative relationship. Variable market value does not affect the bid ask spread. Increase in variance return would cause the dealer / broker to cover the high spread. The existence of dividend payments and earnings per share would have an impact on high stock trading so dealers will not take long to save the stock This results in reduced inventory holding cost and ultimately lower the bid ask spread.

The purpose of this study was to measure the gap of understanding that comes from the vocational school students majoring in accounting, high school social studies and Madrasah Aliyah Department of General of the basic concepts of accounting. The basic concept of accounting is used as a variable in this research that the assets, liabilities and capital. Techniques of data collection in this research using questionnaires. Population and sample in this study were 100 students majoring in accounting at the State Universities in Malang City listed as an active student for the academic year 2010/2011 and has completed introductory accounting courses I and II. This study uses a different test Kruskal Wallis to measure the gap of understanding that comes from the vocational school students majoring in accounting, high school social studies majors and Madrasah Aliyah General of the basic concepts of accounting. The results show that, of the three variables are used as the measurement of differences in levels of student understanding of basic concepts of accounting are assets, liabilities, capital and otherwise there is no students' understanding of basic concepts of accounting. From the mean rank of three variables it is seen that students from Madrasah Aliyah better understand the basic concepts of accounting compared to students from SMK Accounting Department and high school social studies majors.

The competitive advantages of the company’s are mainly determined by the performance. One important aspects of performance is financial aspects which are illustrated in financial statements. However, it is not enough to only assess the financial performance of companies. It required the analysis of financial statements to obtain the whole picture of company’s progress which is can be used by management or other users of financial statements to make decision making. The financial analysis in this research is used Z-Score to determine the company's financial performance more accurately and the health level of cigarettes companies in facing global competition and also dealing with the smoking ban regulations. The research was conducted on three tobacco companies that go public on the Stock Exchange Indonesia, that are PT Bentoel International Tbk., PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. Z-Score results showed that PT Bentoel International Tbk in 2008 and 2009 had a poor financial performance and classified as highly vulnerable company, whereas in 2010 the company was in a good performance and healthy condition. Meanwhile, PT Gudang Garam Tbk from 2008, 2009 and 2010 is classified as healthy company. PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk has a good financial performance and categorized as healthy company began in 2008, 2009 to 2010. To conclude, among the three tobacco companies that go public on the Stock Exchange Indonesia, PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk is a company that has the best financial performance and classified as a healthy company.

This study aims to determine how the stock prices in a state overvalue or undervalue, as well as to identify and empirically examine the methods used to determine the fair price of the stock of manufacturing companies and Fundamental analysis, Benjamin, Gordon method. To answer the above purpose will be done in stages that is to prove that the price of shares in the conditions used overvalue or undervalue the fundamental analysis by measuring three variables: EPS, PER, and PBV, whereas to answer the second objective is to determine and empirically examine the methods used for determining the fair price of the stock in order to form the new method. Based on the result of the analysis that in order to assess the fair price of the stock with Fundamental methods, Gordon and Benjamin still needs to be done because the method of proof based on the research there is still no common shares in the fair value of manufacturing companies during the years 2000 until 2007. This writer tried to make the method for calculating the fair value of stock with the method of fundamental analysis, Gordon, and Benjamin combined. Researchers Hope to the formation of reasonably priced stocks can help investors to invest in capital markets, if when the price is nearly equal to its intrinsic value, then the investor will buy, but if the market price is greater than its intrinsic value, the investor will sell the shares.

Kota Ambon merupakan Ibu Kota Provinsi Maluku dan merupakan pusat pendidikan, pemerintahan, perdagangan sehingga memacu arus urbanisasi. Pertambahan jumlah penduduk akan mempengaruhi permintaan energi listrik baik masyarakat individu, masyarakat industri, pemerintah dan sosial. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan menggunakan program SPSS temyata untuk masyarakat individu nilai b1 (harga pemasangan instalasi) sebesar 9.904, nilai b2 (penduduk) = 3.431 selanjutnya nilai b3 (pendapatan perkapita)= 4.388 artinya nilai elastisitas berpengaruh secara signifikan. Diamati dari nilai hubungan (regresi) ternyata memberikan sumbangan r = 1 sedangkan nilai korelasi r2 = 99,9 artinva variabel x1,x2,x3 (harga pemasangan, penduduk, pendapatan perkapita) sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pemutusan energi listrik bagi konsumen masyarakat individu. Selanjutnya untuk masyarakat industri ternyata diperoleh nilai b1= (-5,900) kemudian nilai b2 = 2.383 selanjumya nilai b3 = 1,296 artinya variabel yang sangat berpengaruh adalah variabel penduduk dan pendapatan perkapita.

Research explores the most appropriate strategies which are made to develop women as UMKM Actor at Ambon City. The field review shows that for business development, the UMKM Actor must increase the entrepreneurship capability by emphasizing on the empowerment aspect of public economic because both are very important features for UMKM Actor at Ambon City. Research method is qualitative method. Data collection techniques involve interview, observation and documentation. The first informant is selected by purposive sampling. Next informant is selected through snowball sampling, while the final informant is based on the satiation rate of information, in wich no more variance of information is required. Data collected from the field are analyzed using Spradley Model. Domain analysis technique is the first step, and continued by taxonomy technique. Interview, observation and documentation are conducted over the artisan of pearl mollusk, fish trader and entrepreneur of fumed fish, who are mostly women. The supporting interview and documentation from related agencies at Ambon City are also considered. Research recommends the business development strategy which is expected to be the guide to the similar business development works and the empowerment effort for the women of UMKM Actor at Ambon City.

This research aimed to find competitive position and to determine marketing strategic based on competitive position of producer “kripik tempe†at Sanan Kota Malang. Number of responden are thirty companies or 11% of population and the sampling method is purposive sampling. The variables consist of sales, production, price, equity, period of business, and employee. Cluster analysis was used to answer the aim of this research. The result shows competitive position of the produser “kripik tempe†shared in four cluster are: first cluster named market leader consist of one company, second cluster named market nicher consist of thirteen companies, third cluster named market challenger consist of six companies, and the last cluster named market follower consist of ten companies. Based on this cluster, the company that produce “kripik tempe†can determine dan implement marketing strategic according each competitive position.

This paper is trying developing a small scale Keynesian macroeconometric model for Indonesia as the main framework to explain some characterized of macroeconomic variables and its transmission path in order to understand how economy of one country is work. However, the main goal of the developing this macroeconomic model is based on monetary perspective, so that the model would be linked with policy framework of Central Bank as guidance and its strategy for combating inflation and at the same time can be achieve the expansion of employment and economic growth as well. This macroeconometric model is transmitted facilities and take function as the macroeconomic channel for testing the effectively of BI rate as monetary instrument. So that the model as developed in this paper will be examine using 2SLS simultaneous econometric methods and the next simulation process as an effort in understanding the fenomena as Indonesian economy is working under the recognition of monetary instrument policy.

Currently the business world faces a new era of competition is very tight.For example in the trade industry, the strictness of a competition requirescompanies to be more active in promoting its products.
