KotaÂ Ambon merupakan Ibu Kota Provinsi Maluku dan merupakan pusatÂ pendidikan, pemerintahan, perdagangan sehingga memacu arus urbanisasi. Pertambahan jumlah penduduk akan mempengaruhi permintaan energi listrik baik masyarakat individu, masyarakat industri, pemerintah dan sosial. BerdasarkanÂ hasilÂ analisaÂ denganÂ menggunakan program SPSS temyataÂ untukÂ masyarakatÂ individuÂ nilaiÂ b1 (harga pemasangan instalasi) sebesarÂ 9.904, nilai b2 (penduduk) = 3.431 selanjutnyaÂ nilai b3 (pendapatan perkapita)=Â 4.388 artinya nilai elastisitas berpengaruh secara signifikan. DiamatiÂ dariÂ nilaiÂ hubunganÂ (regresi)Â ternyataÂ memberikan sumbangan r = 1 sedangkan nilai korelasi r2 = 99,9 artinva variabel x1,x2,x3 (harga pemasangan, penduduk, pendapatan perkapita) sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pemutusan energi listrik bagi konsumen masyarakat individu. Selanjutnya untuk masyarakat industri ternyata diperoleh nilai b1= (-5,900) kemudian nilai b2 = 2.383 selanjumya nilai b3 = 1,296 artinya variabel yang sangat berpengaruh adalah variabel penduduk dan pendapatan perkapita.

This study has the objective to examine and analyze about the effect of relationship role conflict, work overload and intrinsic motivation toward Burnout level at lecturer who have double posts in private college. This study is an explanatory study conducted toward 6 (six) private colleges (PTS) in Ambon area using quantitative approach. Through survey by using questionnaire instrument for data collection andbased on probability sampling method also multistage cluster sampling technique for sample selection, thus the sample consists of 102 lecturers. The result of hypothesis testing through path analysis has shown that intrinsic motivation and work overload has significant effect toward Burnout while role conflict has no effect toward Burnout. Other result revealed that intrinsic motivation has been proved to have a significant effect toward role conflict.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of auditor competence and independence on audit quality as moderated by auditor ethics and professional commitment. The population of this study is the BPKP Auditor Representative of Papua Province with census sampling as the sampling method. Data collection was carried out by direct survey. Hypothesis testing was tested empirically using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the study have proven that the competence and independence of auditors has a positive and significant effect on audit quality at BPKP Representatives of Papua Province. It is evidenced by the regression coefficient, which shows that the increase follows competence or independence of auditors increases, as well as the increase of audit quality. The results of this study also show that the interaction or influence of auditor ethics does not moderate the effect of auditor competence on audit quality at BPKP Representatives of Papua Province. Moreover, the interaction of professional commitment does not moderate the effect of auditor independence on audit quality. It is believed that the factor caused the phenomena is that the auditors of BPKP Representative of Papua Province have good values or fundamental principles of ethics as well as professional commitment. The values that have been held so far are relatively relevant or have a lot in common with the auditorsâ€™ ethics and professional commitment.Â

This study aims to investigate the determinants of the success of the tourism business in coastal areas and small islands. This type of research is an exsplanatory study. The number of samples analyzed was 137 respondents, the sample selection in this study, using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The findings of this study explain that, the entrepreneurial characteristics indicated in terms of, characteristics of faith, self-confidence, courageous, independent, persevering, aggressive, applicative, and open communication are proven to influence the success of the tourism business. This study reveals the findings that the level of education in terms of formal education, suitability of science and non-formal education has no real influence on the success of the tourism business. The results of the research prove that the characteristics of the business in terms of business origin, length of business, business scale, and characteristics of business operations have a positive effect on business success. The results also prove that entrepreneurial characteristics, education level and business characteristics influence simultaneously as a determinant of the success of tourism business in coastal areas and small islands.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi, terbuka, adil dan bersaing terhadap efektifitas dan efisiensi e-procurement serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan pengguna ULP Provinsi Maluku.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta atau penyedia barang/jasa pemerintah yang terdaftar pada ULP Provinsi Maluku dengan purposive sampling sebagai metode sampel dengan 79 peserta atau penyedia barang/jasa pemerintah sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei langsung. Pengujian hipotesis diuji secara empiris menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi, terbuka, adil/tidak diskriminasi dan bersaing terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas dan efisiensi e procurement pada ULP Provinsi Maluku dan penerapan e procurement telah dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan e procuremen di Provinsi Maluku. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan melalui koefisien regresi yang menunjukkan jika prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi, terbuka, adil/tidak diskriminasi dan bersaing meningkat, maka peningkatan tersebut akan diikuti oleh peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi e procurement pada ULP Provinsi Maluku serta jika penerapan e procurement secara efektif dan efisien meningkat maka peningkatan tersebut akan diikuti oleh peningkatan kepuasan pengguna.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk membedah korelasi antara Abnormal Return dan Aktivitas Volume Perdagangan sebelumnya, kemudian setelah fakta POJK nomor 11 tahun 2020 dan POJK nomor 14 tahun 2020. Strategi pengujian menggunakan Puposive Sampling. Uji eksplorasi mutlak adalah 51 organisasi di bidang moneter yang tercatat di BEI. Pengujian teori yang digunakan adalah Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan penting dalam pengembalian yang tidak biasa sebelumnya, kemudian setelah fakta strategi kontra-siklus, sementara pertukaran tindakan volume tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keefektifan pengendalian intern, ketaatan aturan akuntansi, kesesuaian kompensasi, moralitas manajemen, dan budaya etis organisasi terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi. Penelitian dilakukan di Pemerintah Kabupaten Jayapura. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang diberikan secara langsung kepada responden. Metode analisis information dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keefektifan pengendalian intern, moralitas manajemen dan budaya etis organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi. ketaatan aturan akuntansi dan kesesuaian kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi.

This research aims to find out and analyze the magnitude of the effect of causality between organizational culture, job satisfaction and employee performance of Dr. Haulussy Ambon. Based on the research objectives above, this type of research can be classified as an explanatory research (exsplanatory). Through surveys using questionnaire and interview instruments for data collection and probability sampling methods as well as purposive sampling techniques for sample selection, 111 respondents were obtained as research samples. The results by using path analysis indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of RSUD Dr. Haulussy Ambon. Thus it can be said that the drive to improve organizational culture will increase the level of performance and subsequently the drive to increase job satisfaction will increase the level of employees’s performance of RSUD Dr. Haulussy Ambon
