Abstract

The main objective of this study is to find out the direct effect between job rotation, work stress towards job satisfaction, and to find out the indirect effect between job rotation, work stress towards organizational commitment through job satisfaction. The population was 52 respondent of banking employees. The results of this study provided evidence that there was a significant effect between job rotation towards job satisfaction, work stress towards job satisfaction, and job rotation towards organizational commitment; whereas between work stress towards organizational commitment, and job satisfaction towards organizational commitment showed the insignificant effect.

Abstract

The research has been done at KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri  in Nganjuk. It examines the influence of disciplines on the employee performance. The objective of this research is, that the employee don’t have discipline in the works so  that influence the employee performance. The fisrt  result from this reseach show that discipline and properous, discipline and punishment, certain on discipline done, discipline support the purpose, participations of the discipline, and the example from leader as key a discipline  were influencing the work spirit or performance. The second  result show that the dominant factor influence work spirit or performace employee is certained on the discipline done. So we have the conclution that this conditions suitable with actual conditions in KSP Tunas Artha Mandiri – NGANJUK. Although prosperously has a good condition but work spirit or performance employee don’t maximal. This is make H2 refused, but if certain on disipline done built up make work spirit or performance employee good  more.

Abstract

The aims of research are to examine and to analyze whether workplace spirituality to turnover intention through the organizational commitment (the study of the employee non-nurse medical directorate RS. Al – Irsyad Surabaya). The sampling technique of research used proportionate stratified random sampling, with 86 respondents as sample. Statistical analysis method used partial least square (PLS). Based on causality test, showed that spirituality in the workplace has positive and significant on the organizational commitment.  Organizational commitment has negative and significant on the turnover intention. The value of the coefficient indirect effect of spirituality in the workplace against turnover intention through organizational commitment is greater than the direct effect of spirituality in the workplace against turnover intention. The result that organizational commitment as mediation of spirituality in the workplace to turnover intention.

Abstract

This study intends to test of: first, the effect of earnings, residual income, economic value added, and Operation Cash Flow simultaneously on returns received by shareholders manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and second the effect of earnings, residual income, economic value added, and Operation Cash Flow partially on returns received by shareholders manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses linear regression to see the contribution of each independent variable in influencing stock returns. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2008-2011. Being sampled in this study was determined using purposive sampling method. With purposive sampling method found 40 companies that meet the criteria and deserves to be sampled. Based on the analysis it can be concluded simultaneously Earnings, Economic Value Added, Residual Income and Cash Flow Operation significant effect on the return. In partially, only Earnings and Cash Flow Operation significant effect on the return.

Abstract

Business industry progress of the country not always runs same way with ethic rule and law, this reality is disadvantage. One of sources is the personal quality of religious back ground. In spite of that this writing to give solution which how to develope human resources developmant bocome spiritual personality in thinking and acting.  The sources are taken from library text, media on line, electronic and paper media were critized in Islamic law or maqashid al-Syariah. Based on analized that recommended of developing the future human resources development can be hold by Islamic college, School as like honesty canteen, family and society. By this approach is hoped building the complete HRD in spitituality, knowledge, morality, professionality and  good Islamic relationship. Therefore they, human economic-materilistic, do economic activity as The Islamic law, theology approach, which bring their life to be good, humanity, ethic value and justice. We do hope.

Abstract

Paradigma based on this research is naturalistic paradigm sourced from phenomenologist which more criticize on positivism approach which considered to rigid, black and white, also toomuch obeying the concept. According to knowledge paradigm an social science also problem to be answered in this research, the research uses qualitative approach. The research finding are: 1) people empowerment in Sumberoto village based on Islamic religious values, they are believing, purity, and ukhuwah islamiah (Islam brotherhood). This model is also built by trust and norm (rule) in society with reciprocal relations. While system used is network, with voluntary, similarity, freedom, and civilization, moved by proactive all empowerment management. 2) moral value reflected in social capital and religious value has played role in producing poor people empowerment model more fair, independence, honorable, and continued without losing humanity. That’s the poor people empowerment model which became this research’s thesis.

Abstract

Marketing communication has an important role in new product marketing process to inform dan promote the existing products. This research was focused and aimed to identify the implementation of marketing communication on recycle product from plastic bottles trashes at Malang. The research is descriptive qualitative and data was collected by quesionaire and observation. The result shows that producers of recycle product plastic bottles trashes have already implemented four marketing communication programs consist of advertising, sales promotion, publicity, dan personal selling. However, they have not implement direct marketing yet because lack of human resuorces.

Abstract

The present study aimed at finding out various practices of Bank Thithil at Bethek Urban Village, Malang, along with the people’s perception and the impact of such practices towards the people’s welfare. Employing qualitative approach, this study focuses on the people’s perception, particularly those belonging to debtors trapped in Bank Thithil, such bank’s creditors, and some local cultural leaders, who lived at Bethek Urban Village, Malang. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. In analyzing the data, Miles Huberman’s analysis was employed which consisted of the following action: collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing supported by a phenomenological method which tried to capture and understand the reality. The result showed that Bank Thithil at Bethek Urban Village belonged to an informal financial organization as it was not a legal entity. As a consequence, the creditors may set rules of loan and sanctions without any reference to the legal law of financial organizations in Indonesia. The people’s perception towards Bank Thithil was various; some people felt fine with its practices because they need it and some another people strongly disagreed for some reasons, one is the prohibition on Islamic law.

Abstract

This research investigates the extent to which Burnout and Emotional Intelligence impacts on the  work performance of employee. This research sets its goal to know  the significant influence of Burnout and Emotional Intelligence toward the performance of employee Bank Mega Syari’ah Malang.This is explanatory research which has goal o test defined hypothesis on the influence of burnout and Emotional Intelligence toward the work performance of employee. The research population  involved 32 employee of Bank Mega Syari’ah Malang.  Quistionnaire is used as research instruments in this research. This research employs path analysis to statistically analyze the data in which the coefficient determinants is set on 0,05 level. The result of the research analysis proves that  Burnout and Emotional Intelligence simultaneously give significant influence on the work performance employee with determination coefficient  shows 0,468. Based on finding, it is further suggested that leader on Bank Mega syar’ah Malang should give more attention to the  Burnout and Emotional Intelligence. The result of this research proves that Burnout and Emotional Intelligence simustaneously give significant influence on work performance.

Abstract

This research was aimed to examine the effect of good corporate governance and the accounting ratios that partially or simultaneously are concerned with bond credit ratings. The population in this research are are all the companies rated by PT.PEFINDO over the period 2010 to 2011. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique and number of sample are 42 companies. The analysis method of logistic regression is used for measuring the effect of good corporate governance, the financial ratios and bond credit ratings. The result shows, the value of the Adjusted R Square of 0,45 or 45% indicates that the independent variable, namely corporate governance and accounting ratios, can explain the dependent variable bond ratings by 45% while the remaining 55% is explained by other factors outside the model studied. Significant variable are the board, audit committe, the company’s growth in the proxy by ROA, Leverage ratio in proxy by DER, Slovency ratio and Liquidity ratio. This situation is based upon the significant number of 0,05, while the variables that are not significant are the NPM variables, Sales to Asset, Institutional ownership, managerial ownership and the size of the board of commissioners.
