Abstract

This research is employed 35 property companies that was listed at BEI. The research objective is testing the influance of fundamental variable and macro variable (uncontrolable) towards stock price. Fundamental variables consist of equity to net profit (X1), liquidity ratio (X2), quick ratio (X3), cash ratio (X4), debt equity ratio (X5), price earning ratio (X6), book market value (X7), and earning per share (X8). Macro variables consist of inflation (X9), deposit rate (X10), and economic growth / sale (X11). The result shows all of variables are significantly influance simultaneously towards stock price which indicated by F test = 5.567 on significant level = 0.000. Partially, 6 variables are significantly influance towards stock price there are : X1 (sig level = 0.021; t test = 2.368), X2 (sig level = 0.039; t test = 2.141), X6 (sig level = 0.017; t test = 2.413), X7 (sig level = 0.000; t test = 5.383), X8 (sig level = 0.039; t test = 2.173), X10 (sig level = 0.047; t test = -1.921). Inflation variable is the dominant variable with coeffisien value -1019.402.

Abstract

There is a new trend that corporation focus not only to maximize wealth for the stockholder and to pursue short term profit but also to maintain its sustainability. CSR as a global business strategy and behavior has been a need for long term corporate sustainability. CSR supports good relationship between corporate and the stakeholders. As a strategy, CSR is a must for developing social capital and for financial and long term non-financial return.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to determine profit and loss sharing form that was used by red onion farmer and to explain it’s implementation according to Islamic concept. Research techniques include study approach, determination of research location, field data collection, and data analysis. Data was classified, identified, generalized, and than searched for theoretical constructions. The result of this research shows that red onion farmer did not know the term of profit and loss sharing well because they usually use “pertelonan” term. Implementation of pertelonan is dividing profit into three parts i.e. two parts for the owner of the land and one part for workers of the land. Based on syari’ah concept, this implementation is already according to Islamic law but it is not perfect yet because all process are unwritten or undocumented so if something wrong happened they have not written evidence.

Abstract

Bangalore, sebuah kota yang merupakan ibu kota propinsi Karnataka, salah satu Negara bagian India, telah membuktikan diri mampu mengembangkan diri menjadi kota industri yang yang berteknologi tinggi.   Kota ini dikenal sebagai pusat kota yang produktifitasnya sangat tinggi.  Industri sotware berkembang pesat sehingga mengundang banyak investor asing, yang pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan Negara bagian tersebut.  Keberhasilan ini diawali dengan didirikannya sebuah Universitas Teknologi unggulan di Bangalore, pada tahun 1909.  Dibarengi dengan kondisi alam yang cukup ideal dan beberapa kebijakan pemerintah termasuk revolusi teknologi, perkembangan Bangalore dapat direkomendasikan sebagai  bahan rujukan bagi pembuat kebijakan, terutama bagi pemekaran suatu daerah menjadi sebuah kota berteknologi tinggi.

Abstract

Konflik antara komunitas islam dan Kristen di propinsi Maluku menyebabkan lebih dari sepertiga populasi penduduknya atau 2,1 juta orang menjadi IDP (pengungsi) serta mengalami kemiskinan dan penderitaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti proses, dampak dan  masalah yang dihadapi para IDP. Hasil analisis kualitatif deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa proses migrasi IDP ditentukan oleh tingkat intensitas konflik dan lebih marginal pada lokasi IDP. Disamping itu terlampau banyak masalah yang timbul dalam mengatasi IDP baik internal maupun eksternal.

Abstract

Pursuant to analysis result of research, hence can be pulled conclusion as follows:Mean of percentage of company which don't have ISO certification 9000 experiencing of increase equal to 27,21% the increase smaller relative in comparison with the percentage of mean increase of sale of company which have had certificate of ISO 9000. But that increase do not enjoy by all companies owning certification. Company owning ISO certification 9000 year 1994 having the percentage of biggest improvement that is 63, 51%. Company getting ISO certification 9000 for year 1995 experiencing of the percentage of improvement equal to 9,99% and also for company which have got ISO certification 9000 for year 1996 experiencing of the percentage of degradation equal to - 0,69%.Pursuant to analysis of ANOVA known that there are difference of EPS of company which do not have ISO 9000 with company getting ISO 9000 year 1994, 1995 and 1996.Pursuant to result test Duncan can know that fourth above company category can be differentiated to become two group, first group of company getting ISO 1996, 1995 and which do not get ISO certification 9000. This matter is caused by company which don't have ISO certification 9000 ( Mayora INDO, fresh of sea, Industrial Ultra Djaya Milk, Ades Alfindo, Endless Davomas and Multifarious Prasidina of Commercial) and company getting ISO 9000 year 1995 and 1996 owning average value of earning per share the nearbyness or one group.while second group is company which do not get ISO certification 9000 and company getting ISO 1994. Matter this means there are some companies which not yet got ISO 9000 but have value of ESP the highness that is company of Delta of Djakarta and of Multi Star of INDO.Pursuant to correlation analysis of rank spearmen's known that earning per company share have relation with ISO certification 9000 (for company getting ISO certification 9000 in the year 1994).

Abstract

In financial service business banking is help people to make manage their properties, especially money, this is support by healthy and prudential banking to growing people’s trust. This research has purposed to find to what kind of factors impacts customers use debt card, it’s a shopping style as an alternative payment another credit card. But there are factors impacts customers use debt card are personal factors including of income and education, reference factors including of family and friends advices (social), psychology factors including advertising, and prize, technology factors including faster transaction, more safety, and on line facilities, and dominant factors to affect customers use debt card those factors are the hypothesis in this research.This field research put 65 bank customer use debt card with purposive sampling, this research use Structural Equation Modelling analysis and the result of this analysis there are two factors to attentioned by customer use debt card are personal factors and psychology factors as the dominant decision factors make customers to use debt card.

Abstract

Many theories explain the achievement motivation is influenced by self actualization factor. This research investigates the influence of self actualization to achievement motivation. Data was collected using questionnaires and utilizing purposive non random sampling technique with 56 respondents. Anava Rambang Lugas is used to test the hypothesis. The result shows FoA (6,560) F-tabel 5% (4.03) which means there is significant influence of self actualization to achievement motivation at PT WKS employee.

Abstract

The research construct based on some problems covering the reasons why businessman are prefer to choose franchise rather traditional format, even foreign or domestic franchise and the possibility that franchise could be a distinctive competence. The research has selecting eight variables based on the essence of services marketing theory, which are product, price, place, promotion, process, customer services, franchisor capability and people opinion. The research type is explanatory research and populations of the research are The Franchise Restaurants at Malang. The writer collect data by doing interview spread questionnaires and study document. And we choose purposive sampling techniques which made 5 managers from 5 restaurants become respondent. It is using Mann Whitney U-Test. This research divide franchise restaurant into two groups: foreign group which is represented by Kentucky Fried Chicken, Wendy’s and Pizza Hut; and domestic group which is represented by Es Teler 77 and Wong Solo. In a simultaneous test, the results shows that there’s no significant different between 2 groups. In the other side, the partial test describes that foreign and domestic franchise are lead each other in ten different items. The results reflect that the franchise advantages are the reasons why businessman prefers to choose franchise rather than traditional restaurant. Beside, franchising helps people to avoid three limitations such as limited financial, limited human resources and limited management. It makes the company have ability to operate better than others. That’s why the franchise system could be a distinctive competence.
